本发明涉及一种自清洁式锅炉余热回收装置,包括安装于支架上的烟气通道,支架上还固定安装有置于所述烟气通道中的蛇形管,所述蛇形管的竖直段上滑动安装有烟尘吸尘板,所述烟尘吸尘板为带有多个吸尘空腔并连接有吸尘管,位于蛇形管的外侧的烟气通道中设有导向管,所述烟尘吸尘板的两端滑动安装于所述导向管上,位于烟气通道的顶部安装有提升电机,所述提升电机通过皮带与所述烟尘吸尘板连接。本发明于蛇形管上滑动安装有可升降的烟尘吸尘板,可对烟气通道进行除尘,无需定期人工清理,降低人工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉技术领域,特别涉及锅炉的余热回收装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的锅炉,在锅炉内会产生大量的烟气,烟气直接被排放至外界,由于烟气中会掺杂一些粉尘,直接排放影响环境。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,申请人进行研究及改进,提供一种自清洁式锅炉余热回收装置,本发明采用如下方案:
一种自清洁式锅炉余热回收装置,包括安装于支架上的烟气通道,支架上还固定安装有置于所述烟气通道中的蛇形管,所述蛇形管的竖直段上滑动安装有烟尘吸尘板,所述烟尘吸尘板为带有多个吸尘空腔并连接有吸尘管,位于蛇形管的外侧的烟气通道中设有导向管,所述烟尘吸尘板的两端滑动安装于所述导向管上,位于烟气通道的顶部安装有提升电机,所述提升电机通过皮带与所述烟尘吸尘板连接。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明于蛇形管上滑动安装有可升降的烟尘吸尘板,可对烟气通道进行除尘,无需定期人工清理,降低人工成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的自清洁式锅炉余热回收装置,包括安装于支架1上的烟气通道2,支架1上还固定安装有置于烟气通道2中的蛇形管3,蛇形管3的竖直段30上滑动安装有烟尘吸尘板4,烟尘吸尘板4为带有多个吸尘空腔并连接有吸尘管,位于蛇形管3的外侧的烟气通道2中设有导向管5,烟尘吸尘板4的两端滑动安装于导向管5上,位于烟气通道2的顶部安装有提升电机6,提升电机6通过皮带与烟尘吸尘板4连接。使用时,提升电机6带动烟尘吸尘板4上下移动,对烟气通道2中进行上下移动除尘。

1.一种自清洁式锅炉余热回收装置,包括安装于支架(1)上的烟气通道(2),支架(1)上还固定安装有置于所述烟气通道(2)中的蛇形管(3),其特征在于:所述蛇形管(3)的竖直段(30)上滑动安装有烟尘吸尘板(4),所述烟尘吸尘板(4)为带有多个吸尘空腔并连接有吸尘管,位于蛇形管(3)的外侧的烟气通道(2)中设有导向管(5),所述烟尘吸尘板(4)的两端滑动安装于所述导向管(5)上,位于烟气通道(2)的顶部安装有提升电机(6),所述提升电机(6)通过皮带与所述烟尘吸尘板(4)连接。
