本发明提供了一种可微动调节快速锁紧的氮气弹簧装置,所述的氮气弹簧中的伸缩活塞杆安装在筒体内,伸缩活塞杆与筒体之间的封闭空间内有氮气;锁紧调节环一固定安装在筒体上,锁紧调节环一上设置有锁紧螺钉一;锁紧调节环二安装在伸缩活塞杆上,锁紧调节环二上设置有锁紧螺钉二;锁紧调节环一和锁紧调节环二分别与调节套筒固定连接,调节套筒上设置有锁紧螺钉三。本发明结构简单紧凑,操作方便,可靠性高。

技术领域
本发明属于氮气弹簧装置技术领域,具体涉及一种可微动调节快速锁紧的氮气弹簧装置。
背景技术
目前,常用的氮气弹簧装置一般由一个套筒和一个伸缩活塞杆组成,在密闭氮气的作用下,伸缩活塞杆只能实现初始位置和末端位置两个位置的定位,不能实现中间位置精确调节定位。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可微动调节快速锁紧的氮气弹簧装置。
本发明的可微动调节快速锁紧的氮气弹簧装置,包括筒体、伸缩活塞杆、锁紧调节环一、锁紧螺钉一、锁紧调节环二、锁紧螺钉二、调节套筒、锁紧螺钉三;伸缩活塞杆安装在筒体内,伸缩活塞杆与筒体间的封闭空间内有封闭的氮气,封闭的氮气可根据氮气弹簧长度相对于初始状态是伸长还是缩短的要求,以及根据氮气弹簧伸长或缩短后的负载大小,来设计封闭氮气的气压,锁紧调节环一安装在筒体上,通过拧紧锁紧螺钉一可使锁紧调节环一与筒体锁紧抱牢固定,使用过程中锁紧螺钉一通常处于长期拧紧状态,锁紧调节环二安装在伸缩活塞杆上,通过拧紧锁紧螺钉二,可使锁紧调节环二与伸缩活塞杆锁紧抱牢固定,锁紧调节环一和锁紧调节环二上的螺纹旋转方向不一样,一个为左旋螺纹,另一个为右旋螺纹,锁紧调节环一和锁紧调节环二分别通过螺纹与调节套筒上的螺纹连接,调节套筒上的螺纹,一端为左旋螺纹,另一端为右旋螺纹,通过在调节套筒上设计的四个铺助旋转调节圆孔,使用直径略小于调节圆孔的圆棒插入铺助旋转调节圆孔,沿圆周扳动,就可实现调节套筒在锁紧调节环一和锁紧调节环二上的相对旋转,通过螺纹连接的旋转转动,可缩短或伸长锁紧调节环一与锁紧调节环二之间距离的,当需要伸缩活塞杆相对筒体自由伸缩时,锁紧螺钉二不能拧紧,应松开,当需要微动调节筒体与伸缩活塞杆之间距离时,必须拧紧锁紧螺钉二,这样,锁紧调节环一与筒体之间位置相对固定,锁紧调节环二与伸缩活塞杆之间位置相对固定,通过旋转调节套筒,可缩短或伸长锁紧调节环一与锁紧调节环二之间距离,从而达到缩短或伸长筒体与伸缩活塞杆之间的距离,实现微动调节目的,当微动调节到目标距离时,可拧紧锁紧螺钉三,这样就实现了精确调节筒体与伸缩活塞杆之间距离的目的。
本发明的可微动调节快速锁紧的氮气弹簧装置,是利用氮气弹簧本身的特性,增加了微动调节快速锁紧的机构,可实现氮气弹簧伸长或缩短后,微动调节筒体与伸缩活塞杆之间的距离,达到精确定位的作用,本发明结构简单紧凑,操作方便,可靠性高。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细描述。

从图1和图2中可以看出,本发明的可微动调节快速锁紧的氮气弹簧装置,包括筒体1、伸缩活塞杆2、锁紧调节环一3、锁紧螺钉一4、锁紧调节环二5、锁紧螺钉二6、调节套筒7、锁紧螺钉三8;伸缩活塞杆2安装在筒体1内,伸缩活塞杆2与筒体1间的封闭空间内有封闭的氮气,封闭的氮气可根据氮气弹簧长度相对于初始状态是伸长还是缩短的要求,以及根据氮气弹簧伸长或缩短后的负载大小,来设计封闭氮气的气压,锁紧调节环一3安装在筒体1上,通过拧紧锁紧螺钉一4可使锁紧调节环一3与筒体1锁紧抱牢固定,使用过程中锁紧螺钉一4通常处于长期拧紧状态,锁紧调节环二5安装在伸缩活塞杆2上,通过拧紧锁紧螺钉二6,可使锁紧调节环二5与伸缩活塞杆2锁紧抱牢固定,锁紧调节环一3和锁紧调节环二5上的螺纹旋转方向不一样,一个为左旋螺纹,另一个为右旋螺纹,锁紧调节环一3和锁紧调节环二5分别通过螺纹与调节套筒7上的螺纹连接,调节套筒7上的螺纹,一端为左旋螺纹,另一端为右旋螺纹,通过在调节套筒7上设计的四个铺助旋转调节圆孔,使用直径略小于调节圆孔的圆棒插入铺助旋转调节圆孔,沿圆周扳动,就可实现调节套筒7在锁紧调节环一3和锁紧调节环二5上的相对旋转,通过螺纹连接的旋转转动,可缩短或伸长锁紧调节环一3与锁紧调节环二5之间的距离,当需要伸缩活塞杆2相对筒体1自由伸缩时,锁紧螺钉二6不能拧紧,应松开,当需要微动调节筒体1与伸缩活塞杆2之间距离时,必须拧紧锁紧螺钉二6,这样,锁紧调节环一3与筒体1之间位置相对固定,锁紧调节环二5与伸缩活塞杆2之间位置相对固定,通过旋转调节套筒7,可缩短或伸长锁紧调节环一3与锁紧调节环二5之间距离,从而达到缩短或伸长筒体1与伸缩活塞杆2之间的距离,实现微动调节目的,当微动调节到目标距离时,可拧紧锁紧螺钉三8,这样就实现了精确调节筒体1与伸缩活塞杆2之间距离的目的。
本发明的可微动调节快速锁紧的氮气弹簧装置,是利用氮气弹簧本身的特性,增加了微动调节快速锁紧的机构,可实现氮气弹簧伸长或缩短后,微动调节筒体1与伸缩活塞杆2之间的距离,达到精确定位的作用,本发明结构简单紧凑,操作方便,可靠性高。

Claims (2)

1.一种可微动调节快速锁紧的氮气弹簧装置,其特征在于:所述的氮气弹簧包括:筒体(1)、伸缩活塞杆(2)、锁紧调节环一(3)、锁紧螺钉一(4)、锁紧调节环二(5)、锁紧螺钉二(6)、调节套筒(7)、锁紧螺钉三(8);伸缩活塞杆(2)安装在筒体(1)内,伸缩活塞杆(2)与筒体(1)之间的封闭空间内有氮气;锁紧调节环一(3)固定安装在筒体(1)上,锁紧调节环一(3)上设置有锁紧螺钉一(4);锁紧调节环二(5)安装在伸缩活塞杆(2)上,锁紧调节环二(5)上设置有锁紧螺钉二(6);锁紧调节环一(3)和锁紧调节环二(5)分别与调节套筒(7)固定连接,调节套筒(7)上设置有锁紧螺钉三(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可微动调节快速锁紧的氮气弹簧装置,其特征在于:锁紧调节环一(3)和锁紧调节环二(5) 分别与调节套筒(7)之间的固定连接采用螺纹连接,一端为左旋螺纹,另一端为右旋螺纹。
