Abstract
本发明提供了一种含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,先将氨水加至0.05mol/L硝酸银溶液中,搅拌,加入海藻酸钠,得到银氨溶液;再将丝素蛋白加至水中,搅拌,加入柠檬酸钠,得到丝素蛋白溶液;最后将银氨溶液与丝素蛋白溶液混合,加入葡萄糖、卵磷脂、微晶纤维素,60‑80℃反应,冷却至室温,即得。经本发明所得抗菌整理剂整理后的面料具有较好的抑菌效果。

技术领域
本发明属于织物整理剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,抗菌、防臭等功能性纺织品需求不断扩大,市场潜力巨大,已引起国内外纺织界的高度关注。棉纤维制品具有穿着舒适、可再生和生物降解等优点,是人们日常生活中使用最多的纤维之一。但正是由于棉纤维制品良好的吸湿性能,使其容易滋生细菌,这也在一定程度上制约了其更广泛的应用。因此,实现棉纤维制品的长效抗菌,已成为其改性研究中的一个重要方向。此外,如能在实现棉制品抗菌的同时,赋予其真丝般的光滑手感,将大大提升其附加值。
银系抗菌剂因其抗菌能力强,效果持久等优点,被大量用于纺织品抗菌整理,其中纳米银又因其安全有效的特点在银系抗菌剂中占据主导地位。纳米银的制备方法有多种,其中化学还原法因制得的纳米银分散性好,粒径集中,形貌均匀而被广泛使用,但此方法大量采用了化学还原剂或保护剂,其毒性或致癌性对生物体和环境有潜在的危害,因此选择合适的还原剂和保护剂制备纳米银显得尤为重要。我国为蚕丝的最大产量国,每年有大量丝蛋白随废丝、废水被直接排放,既造成环境污染,更是巨大的资源浪费。因此,利用丝蛋白开发高科技含量、高附加值的系列产品,不仅能充分利用我国的资源优势,还能“变废为宝”,带来可观经济效益。丝蛋白是带极性残基氨基酸含量较高的天然大分子,结构特点决定了它对纳米银颗粒具有良好的分散和稳定作用。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,经本发明所得抗菌整理剂整理后的面料具有较好的抑菌效果。
技术方案:一种含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将氨水0.5-1.2份加至0.05mol/L硝酸银溶液10-15份中,搅拌,加入海藻酸钠0.05-0.1份,得到银氨溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将丝素蛋白2-6份加至水30-40份中,搅拌,加入柠檬酸钠0.2-0.8份,得到丝素蛋白溶液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将步骤1所得银氨溶液与步骤2所得丝素蛋白溶液混合,加入葡萄糖2-6份、卵磷脂0.1-0.3份、微晶纤维素0.02-0.06份,60-80℃反应,冷却至室温,即得。
进一步地,步骤1中搅拌条件为200-300rpm。
进一步地,步骤2中搅拌条件为100-150rpm、30-40℃、20-30min。
进一步地,步骤3中反应时间为2-3h。
进一步地,步骤3中在反应前需要调节pH至10。
进一步地,所述丝素蛋白分子量在7000-8000Da。
有益效果:经本发明所得抗菌整理剂整理后的面料具有较好的抑菌效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将氨水0.5份加至0.05mol/L硝酸银溶液10份中,搅拌,加入海藻酸钠0.05份,得到银氨溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将丝素蛋白2份加至水30份中,搅拌,加入柠檬酸钠0.2份,得到丝素蛋白溶液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将步骤1所得银氨溶液与步骤2所得丝素蛋白溶液混合,加入葡萄糖2份、卵磷脂0.1份、微晶纤维素0.02份,60℃反应,冷却至室温,即得。
其中,步骤1中搅拌条件为200rpm;步骤2中搅拌条件为100rpm、40℃、20min;步骤3中反应时间为2h,在反应前需要调节pH至10;所述丝素蛋白分子量在7000-8000Da。
实施例2
一种含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将氨水0.7份加至0.05mol/L硝酸银溶液11份中,搅拌,加入海藻酸钠0.07份,得到银氨溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将丝素蛋白4份加至水33份中,搅拌,加入柠檬酸钠0.4份,得到丝素蛋白溶液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将步骤1所得银氨溶液与步骤2所得丝素蛋白溶液混合,加入葡萄糖3份、卵磷脂0.2份、微晶纤维素0.04份,70℃反应,冷却至室温,即得。
其中,步骤1中搅拌条件为250rpm;步骤2中搅拌条件为120rpm、35℃、25min;步骤3中反应时间为2.5h,在反应前需要调节pH至10;所述丝素蛋白分子量在7000-8000Da。
实施例3
一种含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将氨水0.9份加至0.05mol/L硝酸银溶液14份中,搅拌,加入海藻酸钠0.08份,得到银氨溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将丝素蛋白5份加至水37份中,搅拌,加入柠檬酸钠0.7份,得到丝素蛋白溶液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将步骤1所得银氨溶液与步骤2所得丝素蛋白溶液混合,加入葡萄糖5份、卵磷脂0.2份、微晶纤维素0.05份,70℃反应,冷却至室温,即得。
其中,步骤1中搅拌条件为200rpm;步骤2中搅拌条件为100rpm、40℃、20min;步骤3中反应时间为2h,在反应前需要调节pH至10;所述丝素蛋白分子量在7000-8000Da。
实施例4
一种含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将氨水1.2份加至0.05mol/L硝酸银溶液15份中,搅拌,加入海藻酸钠0.1份,得到银氨溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将丝素蛋白6份加至水40份中,搅拌,加入柠檬酸钠0.8份,得到丝素蛋白溶液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将步骤1所得银氨溶液与步骤2所得丝素蛋白溶液混合,加入葡萄糖6份、卵磷脂0.3份、微晶纤维素0.06份,80℃反应,冷却至室温,即得。
其中,步骤1中搅拌条件为300rpm;步骤2中搅拌条件为150rpm、30℃、30min;步骤3中反应时间为3h,在反应前需要调节pH至10;所述丝素蛋白分子量在7000-8000Da。
将实施例1至4所得抗菌整理剂整理到全棉面料上,规格为32s*21/133*60,助剂的用量为50mL/L,烘干温度为150~160℃。结果如下:

1.一种含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将氨水0.5-1.2份加至0.05mol/L硝酸银溶液10-15份中,搅拌,加入海藻酸钠0.05-0.1份,得到银氨溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将丝素蛋白2-6份加至水30-40份中,搅拌,加入柠檬酸钠0.2-0.8份,得到丝素蛋白溶液;
步骤3,以重量份计,将步骤1所得银氨溶液与步骤2所得丝素蛋白溶液混合,加入葡萄糖2-6份、卵磷脂0.1-0.3份、微晶纤维素0.02-0.06份,60-80℃反应,冷却至室温,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中搅拌条件为200-300rpm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中搅拌条件为100-150rpm、30-40℃、20-30min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中反应时间为2-3h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中在反应前需要调节pH至10。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含丝素蛋白的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述丝素蛋白分子量在7000-8000Da。
