Abstract
本发明提供了一种长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法,涉及纺织品整理技术领域,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)将苯酚溶于乙醇中;(2)将长余辉绿色发光荧光粉ZnS:Cu,Al分散到乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到荧光粉的分散溶液;(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述染液中,振荡加热至40~60ºC,保温持续5~30min;(4)最后分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物。本制备技术过程简单,不需要高温条件和复杂的反应设备;所制备的长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物具有无毒、发光亮度高、余辉时间长、不易剥落的优点,可广泛应用于服装、装饰、工业等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品整理技术领域,具体涉及一种长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法。
背景技术
涤纶是一种用途十分广泛的合成纤维,随着科技的不断发展,对涤纶的功能化改性提出了更多的要求,其中,长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物是众多科研人员关注的研究内容之一。长余辉发光纤维可以应用于警示服装、礼服、装饰条、安全标志等领域。目前,长余辉发光纤维的发光功能来自于无机荧光材料,无机发光纤维的制备主要可以分为两种方法:(1)共混纺丝法对无机发光粉体的粒径和表面亲和性要求较高,加工难度较大,且纤维强度偏低;(2)涂层法相对简单,是用由粘合剂和无机发光粉体组成的涂层剂涂覆于纤维或织物表面,缺点是易于剥落,粘合剂在使用过程中容易有刺激气体挥发。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种制备工艺简单,稳定性好的长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法,本发明采取如下技术方案。
一种长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将苯酚溶于乙醇中;(2)将长余辉绿色发光荧光粉ZnS:Cu,Al分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到荧光粉的分散溶液;(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至30~60ºC,保温持续5~30min;(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物。
进一步的,所述的乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的乙醇与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
进一步的,所述的长余辉绿色发光荧光粉ZnS:Cu,Al与乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:100~1000。
本发明的有益效果在于,长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法简单,不需要高温条件和复杂的反应设备;所制备的长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物具有无毒、发光亮度高、余辉时间长、不易剥落的优点。

下文将结合具体实施例详细描述本发明。应当注意的是,下述实施例中描述的技术特征或者技术特征的组合不应当被认为是孤立的,它们可以被相互组合从而达到更好的技术效果。
实施例1
长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将20g苯酚溶于180g乙醇中;
(2)将0.2g长余辉绿色发光荧光粉ZnS:Cu,Al分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到荧光粉的分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至40ºC,保温持续30min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物。
实施例2
长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将300g苯酚溶于100g乙醇中;
(2)将4g长余辉绿色发光荧光粉ZnS:Cu,Al分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到荧光粉的分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至60ºC,保温持续5min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物。
实施例3
长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将50g苯酚溶于250g乙醇中;
(2)将2g长余辉绿色发光荧光粉ZnS:Cu,Al分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到荧光粉的分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至50ºC,保温持续10min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物。
实施例4
长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法详细步骤如下:
(1)将200g苯酚溶于200g乙醇中;
(2)将3g长余辉绿色发光荧光粉ZnS:Cu,Al分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到荧光粉的分散溶液;
(3)将10g涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至40ºC,保温持续15min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物。
本文虽然已经给出了本发明的一些实施例,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明精神的情况下,可以对本文的实施例进行改变。上述实施例只是示例性的,不应以本文的实施例作为本发明权利范围的限定。
Claims (3)
1.一种长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将苯酚溶于乙醇中;
(2)将长余辉绿色发光荧光粉ZnS:Cu,Al分散于乙醇/苯酚混合溶液中,超声下得到荧光粉的分散溶液;
(3)将涤纶织物投入到上述溶液中,振荡加热至40~60ºC,保温持续5~30min;
(4)分别用乙醇洗涤数次,取出后80ºC下烘干,即可获得长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物。
2.如权利要求1所述的长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法,所述的乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的乙醇与苯酚的质量比为1:0.1~3。
3.如权利要求1所述的长余辉绿色发光涤纶织物的制备方法,所述的长余辉绿色发光荧光粉与乙醇/苯酚混合溶液的质量比为1:100~1000。
