Abstract

本发明公开了一种夹带棉纤维胎的经编网孔织物及其夹带结构,所述经编网孔针织物包括第一衬纬线和衬经线为至少一根不可拉伸的高强纱线组成,第二衬纬线为高强涤纶丝。因第一衬纬纱和衬经纱延伸性小,且全幅衬纬和衬经,形成类似机织物结构,故形态较稳定,陪衬棉胎染色前进受力时,纬向变形较小且平整;第二衬纬通过1穿1空或1穿多空形成网眼大小可变的组织,可缓冲纵横向冲撞力;网眼结构益于染液渗透;采用耐碱耐高温性能纤维材料满足多次重复使用,该方案还包含了将该面料用于棉纤维胎作上夹层和下夹层包覆并缝合的可实现连续运行的缝合体。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种夹带棉纤维胎的经编网孔织物及其夹带结构应用,属于纺织品针织技术与印染加工领域。
背景技术
棉纤维属于天然纤维,应用广泛,深受消费者喜爱,用量极大,在现有技术中因为棉纤维属于短纤维,无法进行连续传输,故棉纤维目前以采用非连续的缸染方法为主,生产效率低,染色时间长、能耗高,而且耗水、排污量大。
中国专利申请公布号CN105155166A公开了一种棉纤维连续染色漂白方法及设备,本发明涉及一种棉纤维连续染色漂白方法及设备,其包括棉纤维整理装置、放卷装置、缝合装置和连续染色或漂白装置,将待染色或漂白的棉花通过梳理,平铺成均匀的扁平的棉胎状,一定厚度和宽度的棉胎由上夹层和下夹层夹持,并通过缝合装置将上夹层、棉胎和下夹层缝合为一体,成为可连续传输的缝合体,该缝合体连续输送至后续的连续染色或漂白设备,按照棉纤维染色或漂白工艺进行染色或漂白。染毕通过拆除缝合线,即可得到染色或漂白的棉纤维。CN105155166A专利中描术的上夹层和下夹层即为本专利所申请的经编网孔针织面料。该申请中的棉纤维染色、漂白方法为连续化生产方法,生产效率高,节能减排效果明显,成本低。CN105155166A专利申请的染色方法中,上夹层和下夹层在整个工艺中起重要作用。可作为上夹层和下夹层的面料需要具有一定的透水率,以保证染料或漂白液可以透过上下夹层渗透到棉纤维内部,且作为上夹层和下夹层的面料还要能够保持面料结构稳定,保证棉胎在夹层之间始终维持均匀分布的状态。
现有的机织面料要保证足够的透水率,则组织结构过于稀松,经纬纱之间容易发生滑移,造成棉纤维泄露、聚集,影响连续染色效果。
而现有的经编针织面料不做好改进也不能完成此任务,且延伸性较大,在夹持并陪衬棉胎前进时,会发生严重的变形,影响连续染色效果。该方案包括连续运行的上夹层和下夹层针织网眼织物,还包含了将该面料用于棉纤维胎作上夹层和下夹层包覆并缝合的可实现连续运行的缝合体。
本发明的目的是为了使棉花散纤维通过疏理、混匀、铺平形成棉胎状后就能完成连续运行的加工,提供一种尺寸变形性小,耐碱、耐高温稳定性好,可重复使用的,渗透工作液极佳的网眼针织物,该织物是将梭织物和针织物有机结合,并选用耐碱和耐高温性能好的合成高强度纤维材料,可重复使用。
通过所述的网眼针织物作为上夹层和下夹层包覆缝合的缝合体结构,且下夹层向上卷曲,向上包复,防止棉纤维纤维泄露。行缝缝合结构为可抽拉拆开形式的缝合方式。
本发明所述面料采用E6经编机或其它机型完成。所述经编网眼针织物,包括经编针织纱线a、衬经纱线b、第一衬纬纱线c、第二衬纬纱线d,经编针织纱线a编织成纵向线圈链,纵向线圈链构成面料的网格纵行;第一衬纬纱c通过横向部分衬纬的方式连接相邻两条纵向线圈链,第一衬纬纱线c的横向衬纬段构成网格横列;衬经纱线b通过全幅衬经方式衬入网格纵行,第二衬纬纱线d通过全幅衬纬方式衬入网格横列;
衬经纱线b和第二衬纬纱线d由不可拉伸涤纶股线或拉伸小的高强涤纶丝构成;所述的第一衬纬纱线c为高强涤纶丝;所述的网眼直径的大小为4mm~6mm;所述的纵向线圈链为编链组织。
所述的面料由三把梳栉和一个全幅衬纬装置编织而成,
其中三把梳栉垫纱数码为:
GB1:0-1/0-1//×6 1穿1空;
GB2:1-1/0-0//×6 1空1穿;
GB3:0-0/3-3/2-2/3-3/2-2/3-3/3-3/0-0/1-1/0-0/1-1/0-0// 1穿1空;
MSU:1穿5空;
经编网孔针织面料,既可使棉胎有优异的吸水透水率,又具有一定弹性形变的能力,该经编网孔针织面料适当的变形能力给夹持的棉胎提供一定的缓冲纵横向冲撞的能力,对完成棉纤维连续均匀染色或漂白具有关键作用。
该织物组织的创新之处在于以编链组织加局部衬纬形成网眼结构的基础上,选用延伸小、物理化学稳定性好的高强涤纶丝进行全幅衬经和全幅衬纬,以达到组织结构稳定性好。在陪衬棉胎染色过程中不易变形起皱,网眼适量的延展性、变形性能有利于缓冲棉胎染色时可受到的纵横向冲撞力,采用一穿一空或一穿多空形成较大的网格织物,不仅节省原料、还有利于工作液渗透;选用强力高、耐高温、耐酸碱的高性能纤维材料编织,利于该夹带织物多次重复利用。
一种棉纤维连续染色或漂白结构的夹带结构,包括棉胎e和上夹层f、下夹层g,棉胎e夹在上夹层f和下夹层g之间,并通过缝合装置将上夹层f、棉胎e和下夹层g缝合为一体,成为可连续传输的缝合体,所述的上夹层f和下夹层g为所述的经编网孔针织面料。该缝合体的创新之处在于上下夹层为特种网眼针织物夹持棉胎连续缝成缝合体,首次将类似棉被厚度的缝合体进行真正意义上的连续轧染加工。
有益效果
本经编网孔针织面料组织结构稳定,经纬向延伸小,在陪衬棉纤维(棉胎)连续前进时,受到经向拉伸力作用时,纬向不会产生大量的皱条,宽度也不会有明显的变化,特别适用于作为棉纤维(棉胎)连续染色或连续漂白工艺中夹持棉胎的上夹层和下夹层。
第一衬纬为高强涤纶丝,可根据1穿多空形成网眼组织,从而使面料具有一定弹性形变的能力,该经编网孔针织面料少量的变形能力给夹持的棉胎提供一定的缓冲纵横向冲撞的能力,对完成棉纤维连续染色或漂白具有重要作用,且通过第一衬纬纱线形成网眼结构,可以减少纱线的用量,减少棉纤维染色时作为上夹层和下夹层的本经编网孔针织面料的用纱量。

所述的第一衬纬纱线c为高强涤纶丝;
所述的网眼直径的大小为4mm~6mm;
所述的纵向线圈链为编链组织。

1.一种经编网眼针织面料,包括网格纵行和网格横列构成的方格经编网眼即经编针织纱线(a)、衬经纱线(b)、第一衬纬纱线(c)、第二衬纬纱线(d),其特征在于,经编针织纱线1编织成纵向线圈链,纵向线圈链构成面料的网格纵行;
第一衬纬纱线(c)通过横向部分衬纬的方式连接相邻两条纵向线圈链,第一衬纬纱线(c)的横向衬纬段构成网格横列;
衬经纱线(b)通过全幅衬经方式衬入网格纵行,第二衬纬纱线(d)通过全幅衬纬方式衬入网格横列;
衬经纱线(b)和第二衬纬纱线(d)由不可拉伸涤纶股线或拉伸小的高强涤纶丝构成;
所述的第一衬纬纱线(c)为高强涤纶丝;
所述的纵向线圈链为编链组织;
所述的面料由三把梳栉和一个全幅衬纬装置编织而成。
其中三把梳栉垫纱数码为:
GB1:0-1/0-1//×6 1穿1空;

3.如权利要求1所述面料的夹带结构,其特征在于,包括棉胎(e)和上夹层(f)、下夹层(g),棉胎(e)夹在上夹层(f)和下夹层(g)之间,并通过缝合装置将上夹层(f)、棉胎(e)和下夹层(g)缝合为一体,成为可连续传输的缝合体,所述的上夹层(f)和下夹层(g)为所述的经编网孔针织面料。
