一种高效去污鞋油,包括下述重量份的组分:猪油23‑29份,亚磷酸三异丙酯3‑7份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1‑2份,聚乙烯蜡9‑13份,紫罗兰精油2‑6份,丁香精油1‑3份,香兰素1‑3份,桉叶油4‑8份,乌桕油2‑6份,十八酸镁2‑4份,角鲨烷2‑6份,蜂腊3‑7份,聚硅氧烷3‑5份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3‑8份,聚季铵盐1‑5份,月桂酸2‑4份,成膜剂2‑5份。猪油有很强的疏水性,能增色发亮、软化皮革,亚磷酸三异丙酯可以作为稳定剂,延长增色提亮的时效,进而降低其消耗,有利于环保。

一种高效去污鞋油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋油领域,尤其是一种高效去污鞋油及其制备方法。
背景技术
鞋油是一种用以擦亮、修复皮鞋或皮靴,并加强其防水力的产品,可延长鞋类的寿命。数百年来,多种物质被用作鞋油,如天然物质例如蜡等。现代首只鞋油品牌是德国Werner&Mertz GmbH集团的品牌Erdal,该品牌于1901年正式注册使用,在这之前德国Werner&Mertz GmbH集团已经有35年的鞋油研制经验, Kiwi于1906年发明。现代的鞋油通常由天然及合成物料混合而成,包括石油副产品、染料等,使用较简单的化学提炼过程。鞋油成份可能带有毒性,误用可以令人中毒。
目前人们使用的鞋油有一定的增色发亮作用,但其有以下几方面不足:其一是鞋油消耗快,不利于节能环保;其二是增色提亮的时效短,需要频繁擦涂,使用麻烦。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种高效去污鞋油及其制备方法。
为了达到以上目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高效去污鞋油,包括下述重量份的组分:猪油23-29份,亚磷酸三异丙酯3-7份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2份,聚乙烯蜡9-13份,紫罗兰精油2-6份,丁香精油1-3份,香兰素1-3份,桉叶油4-8份,乌桕油2-6份, 十八酸镁2-4份,角鲨烷2-6份,蜂腊3-7份,聚硅氧烷3-5份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3-8份,聚季铵盐1-5份,月桂酸2-4份,成膜剂2-5份。
优选地,所述的高效去污鞋油组分为:猪油26份,亚磷酸三异丙酯5份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份,聚乙烯蜡11份,紫罗兰精油4份,丁香精油2份,香兰素2份,桉叶油6份,乌桕油4份, 十八酸镁3份,角鲨烷4份,蜂腊5份,聚硅氧烷4份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5份,聚季铵盐3份,月桂酸3份,成膜剂4份。
优选地,所述成膜剂为聚丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯乳液或丁二烯树脂。
一种制备高效去污鞋油的方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)将猪油、亚磷酸三异丙酯溶于正丙醇,微波分散10分钟;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、聚乙烯蜡、香兰素、十八酸镁、角鲨烷、蜂腊、聚硅氧烷、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、聚季铵盐和月桂酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应2h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入紫罗兰精油、丁香精油、桉叶油、乌桕油和成膜剂,70℃下水浴搅拌40min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠。
本发明的有益效果:
猪油有很强的疏水性,能增色发亮、软化皮革,亚磷酸三异丙酯可以作为稳定剂,延长增色提亮的时效,进而降低其消耗,有利于环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
(1)将26份猪油、5份亚磷酸三异丙酯溶于正丙醇,微波分散10分钟;
(2)将2份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、11份聚乙烯蜡、2份香兰素、3份十八酸镁、4份角鲨烷、5份蜂腊、4份聚硅氧烷、5份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、3份聚季铵盐和3份月桂酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应2h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入4份紫罗兰精油、2份丁香精油、6份桉叶油、4份乌桕油和4份聚丙烯酸乳液,70℃下水浴搅拌40min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,即可制得高效去污鞋油。
实施例2:
(1)将23份猪油、3份亚磷酸三异丙酯溶于正丙醇,微波分散10分钟;
(2)将1份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、9份聚乙烯蜡、1份香兰素、2份十八酸镁、2份角鲨烷、3份蜂腊、3份聚硅氧烷、3份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、1份聚季铵盐和2份月桂酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应2h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入2份紫罗兰精油、1份丁香精油、4份桉叶油、2份乌桕油和2份聚氨酯乳液,70℃下水浴搅拌40min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,即可制得高效去污鞋油。
实施例3:
(1)将29份猪油、7份亚磷酸三异丙酯溶于正丙醇,微波分散10分钟;
(2)将2份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、13份聚乙烯蜡、3份香兰素、4份十八酸镁、6份角鲨烷、7份蜂腊、5份聚硅氧烷、8份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、5份聚季铵盐和4份月桂酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应2h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入6份紫罗兰精油、3份丁香精油、8份桉叶油、6份乌桕油和5份丁二烯树脂,70℃下水浴搅拌40min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,即可制得高效去污鞋油。
实施例4:
(1)将24份猪油、4份亚磷酸三异丙酯溶于正丙醇,微波分散10分钟;
(2)将1份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、10份聚乙烯蜡、2份香兰素、3份十八酸镁、3份角鲨烷、4份蜂腊、4份聚硅氧烷、4份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、2份聚季铵盐和2份月桂酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应2h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入3份紫罗兰精油、2份丁香精油、5份桉叶油、3份乌桕油和3份丁二烯树脂,70℃下水浴搅拌40min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,即可制得高效去污鞋油。
实施例5:
(1)将28份猪油、6份亚磷酸三异丙酯溶于正丙醇,微波分散10分钟;
(2)将2份椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、12份聚乙烯蜡、3份香兰素、4份十八酸镁、5份角鲨烷、6份蜂腊、4份聚硅氧烷、7份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、4份聚季铵盐和3份月桂酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应2h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入5份紫罗兰精油、2份丁香精油、7份桉叶油、5份乌桕油和4份聚丙烯酸乳液,70℃下水浴搅拌40min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠,即可制得高效去污鞋油。

1.一种高效去污鞋油,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:猪油23-29份,亚磷酸三异丙酯3-7份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2份,聚乙烯蜡9-13份,紫罗兰精油2-6份,丁香精油1-3份,香兰素1-3份,桉叶油4-8份,乌桕油2-6份, 十八酸镁2-4份,角鲨烷2-6份,蜂腊3-7份,聚硅氧烷3-5份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3-8份,聚季铵盐1-5份,月桂酸2-4份,成膜剂2-5份。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的高效去污鞋油,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:猪油26份,亚磷酸三异丙酯5份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份,聚乙烯蜡11份,紫罗兰精油4份,丁香精油2份,香兰素2份,桉叶油6份,乌桕油4份, 十八酸镁3份,角鲨烷4份,蜂腊5份,聚硅氧烷4份,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5份,聚季铵盐3份,月桂酸3份,成膜剂4份。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的高效去污鞋油,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚丙烯酸乳液、聚氨酯乳液或丁二烯树脂。
4.一种制备高效去污鞋油的方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
(1)将猪油、亚磷酸三异丙酯溶于正丙醇,微波分散10分钟;
(2)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、聚乙烯蜡、香兰素、十八酸镁、角鲨烷、蜂腊、聚硅氧烷、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、聚季铵盐和月桂酸在80℃水热反应釜中反应2h;
(3)将(1)和(2)混合,再加入紫罗兰精油、丁香精油、桉叶油、乌桕油和成膜剂,70℃下水浴搅拌40min;
(4)将(3)所得物放入60℃烘箱烘干至粘稠。
