Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐磨涂料及其制作方法,涉及涂料技术领域。这种耐磨涂料包括A组分和B组分,A组分是由异氰酸酯,聚氯乙烯和聚醚多元醇制成的半预聚物;B组分包括聚醚多元醇,胺基聚醚,扩联剂,硅烷偶联剂以及纳米云母粉。制作方法是先分别合成A组分和B组分,再等体积混合。本发明解决了提供一种专门针对卡车车厢底部的安全、使用寿命长、不易流挂的耐磨涂料及其制作方法的问题。

耐磨涂料及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其是一种喷涂于卡车车厢底部的耐磨涂料及其制作方法。
背景技术
卡车车厢底部的漆膜因经常受到货物的摩擦和冲击而极易破损,从而形成早期锈蚀,为此,卡车用户一般在购车后都要对车厢采取加固注塑成型的车箱宝、粘贴橡胶板、铺贴铝板或薄铁板等防护措施,但这些措施也存在一些问题,如加装车箱宝需要开注塑模具,成本较高;粘贴橡胶板、铺贴铝板或薄鉄板需要铆接车厢边缘,铆接处的损伤导致钢板易锈蚀且不能与车体紧密贴合等。
近几年有些用户采取了喷涂耐磨涂料的方法,这种方法虽然解决了上述问题,但是由于目前还没有专门针对车厢底部的耐磨涂料,所喷涂的常用耐磨涂料常常会发生流挂缺陷或者是使用寿命不长久、含有有毒有害物质等新问题。所以需要研究专门针对卡车车厢底部的安全、使用寿命长、不易流挂的耐磨涂料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种专门针对卡车车厢底部的安全、使用寿命长、不易流挂的耐磨涂料及其制作方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种耐磨涂料包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分是由30重量份~50重量份的异氰酸酯,17重量份~25重量份的聚氯乙烯,30重量份~65重量份的聚醚多元醇制成的半预聚物;所述B组分包括5重量份~25重量份的聚醚多元醇,8重量份~30重量份的胺基聚醚,6重量份~10重量份的扩联剂,2重量份~5重量份的硅烷偶联剂以及50重量份~75重量份的纳米云母粉;所述A组分和B组分等体积混合。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:用5重量份~10重量份的聚碳酸酯替代所述17重量份~25重量份的聚氯乙烯。
进一步的:所述异氰酸酯是液化的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和/或甲苯二异氰酸酯和/或多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯;所述聚醚多元醇是述聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇、 聚氧化丙烯三醇、 四羟丙基乙二胺、 聚四氢呋喃二醇中的一种或几种混合物;所述胺基聚醚是两官能度,胺值0.95-1.05mmol/g的端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚和/或三官能度,胺值0.50-0.54mmol/g的端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚;所述扩联剂是二乙基甲苯二胺,二甲硫基甲苯二,和4,4′-双仲丁氨基二苯基甲烷的混合物;所述硅烷偶联剂是双氨Z-6020、KBM-602、KBM-603、A-151、A-171、A-172和A-174中的一种或多种。
这种耐磨涂料的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)合成A组分:在真空条件下,把30重量份~65重量份的聚醚多元醇加入反应釜中,于 100-130℃、 0.05-0.1MPa 的真空度下脱水 1-3h, 然后降温至40℃左右,加入30重量份~50重量份的异氰酸酯,停止真空,反应0.5小时后,升温至70~80℃继续反应2小时,降温至60℃左右时,加入17重量份~25重量份的聚氯乙烯或者5重量份~10重量份的聚碳酸酯,搅拌均匀,罐装封存待用;
(2)合成B组分:在真空条件下,把5重量份~25重量份的聚醚多元醇,8重量份~30重量份的胺基聚醚,6重量份~10重量份的扩联剂,2重量份~5重量份的硅烷偶联剂以及50重量份~75重量份的纳米云母粉加入到反应釜中搅拌,混合均匀后,升温至100~110℃之间,脱水1.5个小时左右,水分含量在0.03wt%以下, 停止真空系统,罐装封存待用;
(3)将制得的A组分和B组分等体积混合即可。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明所得到的汽车用耐磨涂料具有优异的耐磨防腐蚀性能和抗滑落性能:方案中采用硅烷偶联剂聚合物与聚氯乙烯形成互穿网络结构,而互穿网络结构的形成不仅提高了涂层与车厢底部界面间的作用力,而且还能提高涂料各组分间的结合力。
2、本发明具有优异的抗流挂性能,并能快速固化,可在任意曲面、斜面喷涂成型。
3、本发明所得到的汽车用耐磨涂料稳定性高,不产生有毒有害物质,使用安全。
4、本发明采用了纳米云母粉末,不仅因其独特的二维片状阻隔、屏蔽紫外光、化学结构的稳定性等功能有效地提高涂膜的抗渗透性、耐候性、耐磨性及耐腐蚀性,还因其含有的多种金属元素,能呈现不同的色泽。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一:
一种耐磨涂料,包括A组分和B组分, A组分是由30kg液化的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,17kg的聚氯乙烯,30kg的聚氧化丙烯二醇制成的半预聚物;所述B组分包括5kg的聚氧化丙烯三醇,8kg的两官能度、胺值0.95-1.05mmol/g的端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚,2kg的二乙基甲苯二胺,2kg的二甲硫基甲苯二,2kg的4,4′-双仲丁氨基二苯基甲烷,2kg的硅烷偶联剂以及50kg的纳米人工合成云母粉。
这种耐磨涂料的制作方法如下:
(1)合成A组分:在真空条件下,把聚氧化丙烯二醇加入反应釜中,于 100℃、0.1MPa 的真空度下脱水 1h, 然后降温至40℃左右,加入液化的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,停止真空,反应0.5小时后,升温至70~80℃继续反应2小时,降温至60℃左右时,加入聚氯乙烯,搅拌均匀,罐装封存待用;
(2)合成B组分:在真空条件下,把上述成分加入到反应釜中搅拌,混合均匀后,升温至100~110℃之间,脱水1.5个小时左右,水分含量在0.03wt%以下, 停止真空系统,罐装封存待用;
(3)将制得的A组分和B组分等体积混合即可。
实施例二:
一种耐磨涂料,包括A组分和B组分, A组分是由50kg液化的甲苯二异氰酸酯,10kg的聚碳酸酯,65kg的四羟丙基乙二胺制成的半预聚物;所述B组分包括,10kg的聚氧化丙烯二醇,15kg的聚氧化丙烯三醇,30kg的三官能度,胺值0.50-0.54mmol/g的端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚,3kg的二乙基甲苯二胺,3kg的二甲硫基甲苯二,4kg的4,4′-双仲丁氨基二苯基甲烷,5kg的硅烷偶联剂以及75kg的纳米人工合成云母粉。
这种耐磨涂料的制作方法如下:
(1)合成A组分:在真空条件下,把四羟丙基乙二胺加入反应釜中,于 130℃、0.05MPa的真空度下脱水 1h, 然后降温至40℃左右,加入液化的甲苯二异氰酸酯,停止真空,反应0.5小时后,升温至70~80℃继续反应2小时,降温至60℃左右时,加入聚碳酸酯,搅拌均匀,罐装封存待用;
(2)合成B组分:在真空条件下,把上述成分加入到反应釜中搅拌,混合均匀后,升温至100~110℃之间,脱水1.5个小时左右,水分含量在0.03wt%以下, 停止真空系统,罐装封存待用;
(3)将制得的A组分和B组分等体积混合即可。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐磨涂料,其特征在于:包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分是由30重量份~50重量份的异氰酸酯,17重量份~25重量份的聚氯乙烯,30重量份~65重量份的聚醚多元醇制成的半预聚物;所述B组分包括5重量份~25重量份的聚醚多元醇,8重量份~30重量份的胺基聚醚,6重量份~10重量份的扩联剂,2重量份~5重量份的硅烷偶联剂以及50重量份~75重量份的纳米云母粉;所述A组分和B组分等体积混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨涂料,其特征在于:用5重量份~10重量份的聚碳酸酯替代所述17重量份~25重量份的聚氯乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨涂料,其特征在于:所述异氰酸酯是液化的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和/或甲苯二异氰酸酯和/或多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯;所述聚醚多元醇是述聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯二醇、 聚氧化丙烯三醇、 四羟丙基乙二胺、 聚四氢呋喃二醇中的一种或几种混合物;所述胺基聚醚是端胺基聚环氧丙烷醚;所述扩联剂是二乙基甲苯二胺,二甲硫基甲苯二,和4,4′-双仲丁氨基二苯基甲烷的混合物;所述硅烷偶联剂是双氨Z-6020、KBM-602、KBM-603、A-151、A-171、A-172和A-174中的一种或多种。
4.一种耐磨涂料的制作方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)合成A组分:在真空条件下,把30重量份~65重量份的聚醚多元醇加入反应釜中,于 100-130℃、 0.05-0.1MPa 的真空度下脱水 1-3h, 然后降温至40℃左右,加入30重量份~50重量份的异氰酸酯,停止真空,反应0.5小时后,升温至70~80℃继续反应2小时,降温至60℃左右时,加入17重量份~25重量份的聚氯乙烯或者5重量份~10重量份的聚碳酸酯,搅拌均匀,罐装封存待用;
(2)合成B组分:在真空条件下,把5重量份~25重量份的聚醚多元醇,8重量份~30重量份的胺基聚醚,6重量份~10重量份的扩联剂,2重量份~5重量份的硅烷偶联剂以及50重量份~75重量份的纳米云母粉加入到反应釜中搅拌,混合均匀后,升温至100~110℃之间,脱水1.5个小时左右,水分含量在0.03wt%以下, 停止真空系统,罐装封存待用;
(3)将制得的A组分和B组分等体积混合即可。
