技术领域
本发明涉及建筑板材领域,具体属于一种硬脂酸钙PVC地板砖制备方法。
背景技术
PVC塑料地板是以PVC塑料为主要材质的地板。PVC塑料地板的原料与普通塑料相同,除树脂外还需加入其它辅助原料如增塑剂、稳定剂、填料等等。不过,塑料地板中加入的填料较多,因为它在使用过程中很少受拉力、剪力、撕力等作用,主要受压力和磨擦两种作用。一方面它能降低制品成本,另一方面可提高制品的尺寸稳定性、耐热耐燃性。
发明内容
PVC塑料地板是以PVC塑料为主要材质的地板。PVC塑料地板的原料与普通塑料相同,除树脂外还需加入其它辅助原料如增塑剂、稳定剂、填料等等。不过,塑料地板中加入的填料较多,因为它在使用过程中很少受拉力、剪力、撕力等作用,主要受压力和磨擦两种作用。一方面它能降低制品成本,另一方面可提高制品的尺寸稳定性、耐热耐燃性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种硬脂酸钙PVC地板砖制备方法,配方中以PVC为主要原料,配以大量的膨润土、硬脂酸钙及其他辅助原料加工而成,降低了成本,提高了制品的稳定性。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种硬脂酸钙PVC地板砖制备方法,包括有以下工艺步骤:
1)、准备配料,由以下重量份的原料组成:膨润土12-14份、PVC树脂31-33份、增塑剂4-6份、稳定剂1.4-1.6份、硬脂酸钙20-25份、硅灰石6-10份、发泡剂2-4份、环氧大豆油 3-4份、烷基苯磺酸酯2.5-4份、黏土 4-6份、颜料 0.4-0.8份;
2)、先将膨润土、硅灰石粉碎,再与PVC树脂、烷基苯磺酸酯、黏土一同投入到搅拌机中,以1200-1300r/min速度搅拌18-22分钟后,加入剩余原料,再1100-1200r/min速度搅拌28-32分钟,温度控制在130-150℃,制得混合料;
3)、将混合料放入蒸养釜中用蒸汽加热到280-300℃,蒸养釜内气压从常压上升到1.5MPa的压力下,升压过程时间为0.6~0.7h,用蒸汽蒸养2-3小时;
4)、再经过高速捏合,温度为120-130℃,最后经过挤出塑化、拉片、压延、压光、冷却冲切工序,制得地板砖成品。
步骤2)中先将膨润土、硅灰石粉碎,再与PVC树脂、烷基苯磺酸酯、黏土一同投入到搅拌机中,以1250r/min速度搅拌20分钟后,加入剩余原料,再1150r/min速度搅拌30分钟,温度控制在140℃,制得混合料。
本发明提供的PVC 地板砖中,配方中以PVC为主要原料,配以大量的膨润土、硬脂酸钙及其他辅助原料加工而成,降低了成本,提高了制品的稳定性,膨润土、硬脂酸钙作为填料,要求与树脂有很好的相容性,因此对其粒度要求加高,同时还要求粒度均匀。此外,膨润土还能改善产品尺度稳定性和抗裂缝性能。本发明具有优良的抗静电效果,无铅、挥发性低、无需油漆和装饰,使用过程安全可靠;耐磨型好,防潮,防虫蛀,耐腐蚀;重量轻;价格低;防水防滑,遇水愈涩,不滑;导热保暖性好,散热均匀,耐热。
具体实施方式
一种硬脂酸钙PVC地板砖制备方法,包括有以下工艺步骤:
1)、准备配料,由以下重量份的原料组成:膨润土13份、PVC树脂32份、增塑剂5份、稳定剂1.5份、硬脂酸钙22份、硅灰石8份、发泡剂3份、环氧大豆油 3.5份、烷基苯磺酸酯3.2份、黏土 5份、颜料 0.6份;
2)、先将膨润土、硅灰石粉碎,再与PVC树脂、烷基苯磺酸酯、黏土一同投入到搅拌机中,以1250r/min速度搅拌20分钟后,加入剩余原料,再1150r/min速度搅拌30分钟,温度控制在140℃,制得混合料;
3)、将混合料放入蒸养釜中用蒸汽加热到290℃,蒸养釜内气压从常压上升到1.5MPa的压力下,升压过程时间为0.65h,用蒸汽蒸养2-3小时;
4)、再经过高速捏合,温度为125℃,最后经过挤出塑化、拉片、压延、压光、冷却冲切工序,制得地板砖成品。

1.一种硬脂酸钙PVC地板砖制备方法,其特征在于,包括有以下工艺步骤:
1)、准备配料,由以下重量份的原料组成:膨润土12-14份、PVC树脂31-33份、增塑剂4-6份、稳定剂1.4-1.6份、硬脂酸钙20-25份、硅灰石6-10份、发泡剂2-4份、环氧大豆油 3-4份、烷基苯磺酸酯2.5-4份、黏土 4-6份、颜料 0.4-0.8份;
2)、先将膨润土、硅灰石粉碎,再与PVC树脂、烷基苯磺酸酯、黏土一同投入到搅拌机中,以1200-1300r/min速度搅拌18-22分钟后,加入剩余原料,再1100-1200r/min速度搅拌28-32分钟,温度控制在130-150℃,制得混合料;
3)、将混合料放入蒸养釜中用蒸汽加热到280-300℃,蒸养釜内气压从常压上升到1.5MPa的压力下,升压过程时间为0.6~0.7h,用蒸汽蒸养2-3小时;
4)、再经过高速捏合,温度为120-130℃,最后经过挤出塑化、拉片、压延、压光、冷却冲切工序,制得地板砖成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬脂酸钙PVC地板砖制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中先将膨润土、硅灰石粉碎,再与PVC树脂、烷基苯磺酸酯、黏土一同投入到搅拌机中,以1250r/min速度搅拌20分钟后,加入剩余原料,再1150r/min速度搅拌30分钟,温度控制在140℃,制得混合料。
