Abstract
本发明提出了一种锥形套筒及其制造方法,该锥形套筒为氮化硅陶瓷筒,其外壁还设有铸造件,其制造方法包括如下步骤:第一步,将氮化硅陶瓷样品在真空干燥箱中烘干48h‑96h,烘干温度为35℃‑70℃;第二步,将烘干后的样品在气氛压力烧结炉内氮气保护下烧结,烧结温度为1720℃‑1800℃,升温速率为0.5℃/min‑2℃/min,炉内温度达到烧结温度后保温烧结时间为1h‑2h。该锥形套筒由于采用高耐热耐磨的氮化硅陶瓷制造,具有良好的耐磨、导热性,同时散热速度快,降低了套筒的磨损速度,从而延长其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及套筒技术领域,特别涉及一种锥形套筒及其制造方法。
背景技术
国内火力发电厂火车来煤的接卸可以通过翻车机、火车煤沟的方式卸煤,采用火车煤沟卸煤的电厂,煤沟上方卸煤机械一般采用螺旋卸车机。当煤质较差时,如煤中含有一定量的石块、木块等杂质,会对锥形套筒产生摩擦磨损,现有的锥形套筒的材质耐磨损性差,从而缩短使用寿命,且损坏后需要进行检修,造成时间和资金的浪费,有待于改进。
发明内容
本发明提出一种锥形套筒及其制造方法,解决了现有技术中锥形套筒耐磨性差等问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种锥形套筒为氮化硅陶瓷筒,其外壁还设有铸造件。
优选方案为,所述氮化硅陶瓷筒的硬度为HRA92。
优选方案为,所述氮化硅陶瓷筒制造过程中,其样品在真空干燥箱中烘干时间为48h-96h,烘干温度为35℃-70℃。
优选方案为,所述氮化硅陶瓷筒制造过程中,其样品在气氛压力烧结炉内氮气保护下烧结,烧结温度为1720℃-1800℃,升温速率为0.5℃/min-2℃/min,炉内温度达到烧结温度后保温烧结时间为1h-2h。
优选方案为,所述气氛压力烧结炉内需装入石墨工装。
一种锥形套筒的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:
第一步,将氮化硅陶瓷样品在真空干燥箱中烘干48h-96h,烘干温度为35℃-70℃;
第二步,将烘干后的样品在气氛压力烧结炉内氮气保护下烧结,烧结温度为1720℃-1800℃,升温速率为0.5℃/min-2℃/min,炉内温度达到烧结温度后保温烧结时间为1h-2h。
优选方案为,该烧结中的气氛压力烧结炉内需装入石墨工装。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的锥形套筒由于采用高耐热耐磨的氮化硅陶瓷制造,具有良好的耐磨、导热性,同时散热速度快,降低了套筒的磨损速度,从而延长其使用寿命。

如图1所示,该锥形套筒为氮化硅陶瓷筒10,其外壁还设有铸造件20,本实施例中,该铸造件20为金属件。该氮化硅陶瓷筒10的硬度为HRA92。该锥形套筒的高度为495㎜;小径口端内径为152㎜,外径为176㎜;大口径端内径230㎜,外径254㎜。
该氮化硅陶瓷筒制造过程中,其样品在真空干燥箱中烘干时间为48h-96h,烘干温度为35℃-70℃。在气氛压力烧结炉内氮气保护下烧结,烧结温度为1720℃-1800℃,升温速率为0.5℃/min-2℃/min,炉内温度达到烧结温度后保温烧结时间为1h-2h。该气氛压力烧结炉内需装入石墨工装。
本发明还提供氮化硅陶瓷筒的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:
第一步,将氮化硅陶瓷样品在真空干燥箱中烘干48h-96h,烘干温度为35℃-70℃;
第二步,将烘干后的样品在气氛压力烧结炉内氮气保护下烧结,烧结温度为1720℃-1800℃,升温速率为0.5℃/min-2℃/min,炉内温度达到烧结温度后保温烧结时间为1h-2h。该烧结中的气氛压力烧结炉内需装入石墨工装。

2.如权利要求1所述的锥形套筒,其特征在于:所述氮化硅陶瓷筒的硬度为HRA92。
3.如权利要求1所述的锥形套筒,其特征在于:所述氮化硅陶瓷筒制造过程中,其样品在真空干燥箱中烘干时间为48h-96h,烘干温度为35℃-70℃。
4.如权利要求3所述的锥形套筒,其特征在于:所述氮化硅陶瓷筒制造过程中,其样品在气氛压力烧结炉内氮气保护下烧结,烧结温度为1720℃-1800℃,升温速率为0.5℃/min-2℃/min,炉内温度达到烧结温度后保温烧结时间为1h-2h。
5.如权利要求4所述的锥形套筒,其特征在于:所述气氛压力烧结炉内需装入石墨工装。
6.一种锥形套筒的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:
第一步,将氮化硅陶瓷样品在真空干燥箱中烘干48h-96h,烘干温度为35℃-70℃;
第二步,将烘干后的样品在气氛压力烧结炉内氮气保护下烧结,烧结温度为1720℃-1800℃,升温速率为0.5℃/min-2℃/min,炉内温度达到烧结温度后保温烧结时间为1h-2h。
7.如权利要求6所述的锥形套筒的制造方法,其特征在于:该烧结中的气氛压力烧结炉内需装入石墨工装。
