技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,涉及一种抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料及其烘干装置。
背景技术
涂层面料是一种经特殊工艺处理的面料。就是利用溶剂或水将所需要的涂层胶粒(有PU胶,A/C胶,PVC,PE胶)等溶解成流涎状,再以一种某种方式(圆网,刮刀或者滚筒)均匀的涂在布料上(有棉,涤纶,锦纶等基材),然后再经过烘箱内温度的固着,使在面料表面形成一层均匀的覆盖胶料,从而达到防水,防风,透气等功能。
由于涂层面料应用领域的不同,涂层面料所需要的各项性能指标也不同。对于目前的涂层面料使用领域,蓬盖面料由于其特殊的使用环境,易出现腐蚀和沾染油污,所以,对于本领域内的技术人员,生产出耐腐蚀、抗油污的蓬盖面料具有很大的市场前景。
但是,对该种蓬盖面料进行加工的过程中,也就是在基布与面布复合的过程中,易出现厚度过大或过小等问题。所以,对于本领域内的技术人员,还有待对这种蓬盖面料进行复合时的设备进行研发和生产加工。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料,本发明具有耐腐蚀、抗油污的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料,包括面料本体,其特征在于,所述的面料本体由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述的经线由亚麻和棉线复合而成,亚麻和棉线的质量比为3:5,所述的纬线由氨纶丝和涤纶丝复合而成,氨纶丝和涤纶丝的质量比为2:3,所述的面料本体的一侧由内到外依次覆有耐腐蚀层、抗污抗水层、抗菌层和装饰层。
本抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料,在耐腐蚀层的作用下,可以提高面料的耐腐蚀性能;在抗污抗水层的作用下,可以提高面料的拒水抗污性能;在抗菌层的作用下,可以使面料不易滋生细菌等微生物;在装饰层的作用下,可以更改面料的外观。
所述的耐腐蚀层为硼酚醛环氧树脂涂料层,耐腐蚀层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
所述的抗污抗水层为氟单体聚氨酯涂料,抗污抗水层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
所述的抗菌层采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,抗菌层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
所述的装饰层靠近抗菌层的一侧固定有魔术公贴,所述的抗菌层靠近装饰层的一侧设有魔术母贴。装饰层易从抗菌层上拆卸下来,也容易装到抗菌层上。
本发明的第二个目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料的复合装置,本发明解决的技术问题是如何实现基布与面布的精确复合。

上胶辊一5远离放卷辊一3的一侧设有一能将胶水均匀刮涂的刮胶刷一,刮胶刷一包括转轴一8与刷毛一9,转轴一8以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架2上,刷毛一9均固定在转轴一8的表面。转轴一8的两端均设有轴承和轴承座,两个轴承座之间采用连接架一10连接,所述的连接架一10与一调节气缸一11相连。
上胶辊二12远离放卷辊二4的一侧设有一能将胶水均匀刮涂的刮胶刷二,刮胶刷二包括转轴二15与刷毛二16,转轴二15以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架2上,刷毛二16均固定在转轴二15的表面。转轴二15的两端均设有轴承和轴承座,两个轴承座之间采用连接架二17连接,所述的连接架二17与一调节气缸二18相连。
刮胶刷一与刮胶刷二之间设有一能将基布和面布贴合的贴合机构,贴合机构包括复合辊一19和复合辊二20,所述的复合辊一19以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架2上,复合辊一19靠近刮胶刷一,复合辊二20靠近刮胶刷二。复合辊二20上设有能调节复合辊一19和复合辊二20之间间隙的调节结构,调节结构包括设置在复合辊二20两端的轴承一和轴承二,轴承一的内圈与复合辊二20的一端固定,轴承一的外圈固定有轴承座一,轴承座一滑动设置在机架2上,轴承二的内圈与复合辊二20的另一端固定,轴承二的外圈固定有轴承座二,轴承座二滑动设置在机架2上。机架2上开设有滑槽一和滑槽二,轴承座一滑动设置在滑槽一中,轴承座二滑动设置在滑槽二中,轴承座一与轴承座二之间通过一连接杆21连接,所述的机架2上还固定有移动气缸22,移动气缸22的活塞杆端部与连接杆21固连。
本抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料的复合装置,其工作原理是这样的:首先,通过基布放卷机构将基布送入至设备内,然后,通过升降气缸一7调节上胶辊一5距离基布的高度,基布在上胶辊一5的作用下进行涂胶,并且通过调节气缸一11调节转轴一8距离基布的高度,利用刮胶刷一将胶水涂匀;与此同时,通过面布放卷机构将面布送入至设备内,通过升降气缸二14调节上胶辊二12距离面布的高度,面布在上胶辊二12的作用下进行涂胶,并且通过调节气缸二18调节转轴二15距离面布的高度,利用刮胶刷二将胶水涂匀;最后,通过移动气缸22调节复合辊一19和复合辊二20之间的距离,基布与面布在复合辊一19和复合辊二20的作用下进行贴合,本柔软性新型网格沙滩椅面料的复合装置具有贴合效果好、贴合速度快等优点。

Claims (10)

1.一种抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料,包括面料本体,其特征在于,所述的面料本体由经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述的经线由亚麻和棉线复合而成,亚麻和棉线的质量比为3:5,所述的纬线由氨纶丝和涤纶丝复合而成,氨纶丝和涤纶丝的质量比为2:3,所述的面料本体的一侧由内到外依次覆有耐腐蚀层、抗污抗水层、抗菌层和装饰层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料,其特征在于,所述的耐腐蚀层为硼酚醛环氧树脂涂料层,耐腐蚀层的厚度为0.05-0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料,其特征在于,所述的抗污抗水层为氟单体聚氨酯涂料,抗污抗水层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料,其特征在于,所述的抗菌层采用纳米银纤维纺织而成,抗菌层的厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料,其特征在于,所述的装饰层靠近抗菌层的一侧固定有魔术公贴,所述的抗菌层靠近装饰层的一侧设有魔术母贴。
6.一种抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料的复合装置,包括机架,机架的一端设有基布放卷机构,基布放卷机构包括放卷辊一,放卷辊一以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,机架的另一端设有面布放卷机构,所述的面布放卷机构包括放卷辊二,放卷辊二以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,其特征在于,基布放卷机构与面布放卷机构之间设有一能分别对基布和面布涂胶的上胶机构,所述的上胶机构包括上胶辊一,上胶辊一以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,上胶辊一内设有一空腔一,上胶辊一均匀开设有若干出胶孔一,出胶孔一中均安装有出胶喷头一,上胶辊一远离放卷辊一的一侧设有一能将胶水均匀刮涂的刮胶刷一,刮胶刷一的两端均设有轴承和轴承座,两个轴承座之间采用连接架一连接,所述的连接架一与一调节气缸一相连;上胶机构还包括上胶辊二,上胶辊二以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,上胶辊二内设有一空腔二,上胶辊二均匀开设有通过出胶孔二,出胶孔二中分别安装有出胶喷头二,上胶辊二远离放卷辊二的一侧设有一能将胶水均匀刮涂的刮胶刷二,刮胶刷二的两端均设有轴承和轴承座,两个轴承座之间采用连接架二连接,所述的连接架二与一调节气缸二相连,所述的机架上固定有存胶箱,存胶箱通过输胶管一与输胶管二分别和上胶辊一与上胶辊二相连通;所述的刮胶刷一与刮胶刷二之间设有一能将基布和面布贴合的贴合机构,所述的贴合机构包括复合辊一和复合辊二,所述的复合辊一以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,复合辊一靠近刮胶刷一,复合辊二靠近刮胶刷二,复合辊二上设有能调节复合辊一和复合辊二之间间隙的调节结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料的复合装置,其特征在于,所述的刮胶刷一包括转轴一与刷毛一,转轴一以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,刷毛一均固定在转轴一的表面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料的复合装置,其特征在于,所述的刮胶刷二包括转轴二与刷毛二,转轴二以周向转动且轴向固定的方式设置在机架上,刷毛二均固定在转轴二的表面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料的复合装置,其特征在于,所述的调节结构包括设置在复合辊二两端的轴承一和轴承二,轴承一的内圈与复合辊二的一端固定,轴承一的外圈固定有轴承座一,轴承座一滑动设置在机架上,轴承二的内圈与复合辊二的另一端固定,轴承二的外圈固定有轴承座二,轴承座二滑动设置在机架上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的抗污拒水遮光蓬盖面料的复合装置,其特征在于,所述的机架上开设有滑槽一和滑槽二,轴承座一滑动设置在滑槽一中,轴承座二滑动设置在滑槽二中,轴承座一与轴承座二之间通过一连接杆连接,所述的机架上还固定有移动气缸,移动气缸的活塞杆端部与连接杆固连。
