本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌面料。
背景技术
抗菌面料具有良好的安全性,它可以高效完全去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,并能防止细菌再生和繁殖。然而,这些抗菌面料抗撕和耐磨性能均不强,还不能满足使用需求。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌面料,具有较好的抗撕和耐磨性能,抗菌性能持久,满足使用需求。
技术方案:为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抗菌面料,由经丝和纬丝交织而成;所述的经丝为高强涤纶线210D/4,所述的纬丝为银纤维;所述的抗菌面料的组织纹路为斜纹。
所述的斜纹组织为加强斜纹。
所述的斜纹组织为复合斜纹。
所述的斜纹组织为角度斜纹。
所述的银纤维为纯银镀膜纤维。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的抗菌面料,径向采取高强涤纶线210D/4,纬向是银纤维,光滑、具高密性、抵抗力、抗撕、抗磨损性,银纤维为纯银镀膜纤维,能满足抗菌面料使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,抗菌面料,由经丝和纬丝交织而成;经丝为高强涤纶线210D/4,地纬丝为银纤维;组织纹路为斜纹,可以为加强斜纹、复合斜纹、角度斜纹。径向采取高强涤纶线210D/4,纬向是银纤维,光滑、具高密性、抵抗力、抗撕、抗磨损性,银纤维为纯银镀膜纤维,能满足抗菌面料使用。
该抗菌面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)以高强涤纶线210D/4为经丝,以银纤维为纬丝,以斜纹为组织纹路,常规方法编织成抗菌面料;
2)对抗菌面料进行前处理;
3)退浆,温度50℃;
4)减量2-4%,温度90℃;
5)开纤,温度85℃;
6)预定型,温度150℃,车速30米/min;
7)染色,溢流缸,温度125℃;
8)成品定型,温度130℃,车速30米/min;
9)成品检验。

1.一种抗菌面料,其特征在于,由经丝和纬丝交织而成;所述的经丝为高强涤纶线210D/4,所述的纬丝为银纤维;所述的抗菌面料的组织纹路为斜纹。

3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述的斜纹组织为复合斜纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述的斜纹组织为角度斜纹。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述的银纤维为纯银镀膜纤维。
