Abstract

本发明提供了一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)将工业乙醇88‑92%、消泡剂1‑3%、遮光剂1‑3%、稳定剂0.5‑1.5%和气凝胶粉3‑5%加入到反应釜中,反应釜中搅拌器转速1000r/min,搅拌15‑25分钟得到气凝胶混合浆料;2)将所述气凝胶混合浆料放入浸泡池中,牵引辊将喷胶棉牵入浸泡池,通过挤压辊挤压使喷胶棉充分吸收气凝胶混合浆料,得到气凝胶喷胶棉,再将气凝胶喷胶棉牵出浸泡池;3)将气凝胶喷胶棉放入烘干室,70‑90℃烘烤6‑8小时,待其芯层完全烘干后,在气凝胶喷胶棉的上下层覆上高纤维密度的无纺布后,通过180‑220℃的同速热辊使层间热压粘合。本发明所述的制备方法步骤简单,对设备要求低,耗能少,且制备出的气凝胶无纺布导热系数低。

Description

一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于无纺布技术领域,具体涉及一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
二氧化硅气凝胶无纺布/棉复合材料,即气凝胶无纺布是一种具有良好柔软度的绝热保温材料,尤其是针对-196℃—350℃之间的保温隔热,气凝胶无纺布性能优异。又由于气凝胶无纺布良好的柔韧性以及透气不透水性能,它可以应用于睡袋、野外地垫(防潮、保温)、帐篷、保温杯、保温鞋垫、保温鞋、护膝、防寒服装、保温皮革、厨具、水浴锅、电加热水壶等产品。目前制备气凝胶无纺布的超临界一次性复合法对设备要求高,能源消耗较大。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法。本发明所述的制备方法步骤简单,通过二次复合的方法,将常压干燥法制作的二氧化硅气凝胶粉体均匀的分布在喷胶棉纤维表面及纤维之间的缝隙中,对设备要求低,耗能少,且制备出的气凝胶无纺布导热系数低(低于0.020W/(m·K)),柔性好,使用纤维为常用服饰使用的纤维材料,对人体无害。
本发明的技术方案为:一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1)将工业乙醇88-92%、消泡剂1-3%、遮光剂1-3%、稳定剂0.5-1.5%和气凝胶粉3-5%加入到反应釜中,反应釜中搅拌器转速1000r/min,搅拌15-25分钟得到气凝胶混合浆料;
2)将所述气凝胶混合浆料放入浸泡池中,牵引辊将喷胶棉牵入浸泡池,通过挤压辊挤压使喷胶棉充分吸收气凝胶混合浆料,得到气凝胶喷胶棉,再将气凝胶喷胶棉牵出浸泡池;
3)将气凝胶喷胶棉放入烘干室,70-90℃烘烤6-8小时,待其芯层完全烘干后,在气凝胶喷胶棉的上下层覆上高纤维密度的无纺布后,通过180-220℃的同速热辊使层间热压粘合,即制得气凝胶无纺布。
所述气凝胶粉为二氧化硅气凝胶粉。
所述步骤1)中的反应釜为刮壁式反应釜。
所述步骤3)中高纤维密度无纺布的材质为聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺中的一种。
所述步骤1)中的遮光剂为钛白粉。
所述步骤1)中的工业乙醇的体积浓度为95-99%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的气凝胶无纺布的制备方法复合时采用工业乙醇作为溶剂,将硅气凝胶微粒均匀的溶解在浆料中,通过二次复合的方法,将二氧化硅气凝胶粉体均匀的分布在喷胶棉纤维表面及纤维之间的缝隙中,制备方法简单,对设备要求低,能源消耗量相比于超临界一次复合法也有大幅度降低。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明所述的高纤维密度无纺布指针刺无纺布,每平米厘米针刺密度≥500针。
本发明所述的消泡剂为聚醚改性硅类,所述实施例中的消泡剂为中联邦生产的型号为B-299的聚醚消泡剂。
本发明所述的遮光剂为杜邦生产的金红石钛白粉,型号898。
本发明所述的稳定剂为广州松柏化工的DS-201S分散剂,即防沉降稳定剂。
本发明所述的喷胶棉由北京同益化纤棉有限公司生产。
实施例1,一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法:
1)将工业乙醇92%、消泡剂2%、遮光剂2%、稳定剂0.5%和气凝胶粉3.5%加入到反应釜中,反应釜中搅拌器转速1000r/min,搅拌20分钟得到气凝胶混合浆料;
2)将所述气凝胶混合浆料放入浸泡池中,牵引辊将喷胶棉牵入浸泡池,通过挤压辊挤压使喷胶棉充分吸收气凝胶混合浆料,得到气凝胶喷胶棉,再将气凝胶喷胶棉牵出浸泡池;
3)将气凝胶喷胶棉放入烘干室,80℃烘烤7小时,待其芯层完全烘干后,在气凝胶喷胶棉的上下层覆上高纤维密度的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯无纺布后,通过200℃的同速热辊使层间热压粘合,即制得气凝胶无纺布。
所制备的气凝胶无纺布的导热系数为0.019W/(m·K),柔性好。
实施例2,一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法:
1)将工业乙醇88%、消泡剂3%、遮光剂3%、稳定剂1%和气凝胶粉5%加入到反应釜中,反应釜中搅拌器转速1000r/min,搅拌15分钟得到气凝胶混合浆料;
2)将所述气凝胶混合浆料放入浸泡池中,牵引辊将喷胶棉牵入浸泡池,通过挤压辊挤压使喷胶棉充分吸收气凝胶混合浆料,得到气凝胶喷胶棉,再将气凝胶喷胶棉牵出浸泡池;
3)将气凝胶喷胶棉放入烘干室,70℃烘烤6小时,待其芯层完全烘干后,在气凝胶喷胶棉的上下层覆上高纤维密度的聚丙烯无纺布后,通过180℃的同速热辊使层间热压粘合,即制得气凝胶无纺布。
所制备的气凝胶无纺布的导热系数为0.017W/(m·K),柔性好。
实施例3,一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法:
1)将工业乙醇90%、消泡剂2%、遮光剂2.5%、稳定剂1.5%和气凝胶粉4%加入到反应釜中,反应釜中搅拌器转速1000r/min,搅拌25分钟得到气凝胶混合浆料;
2)将所述气凝胶混合浆料放入浸泡池中,牵引辊将喷胶棉牵入浸泡池,通过挤压辊挤压使喷胶棉充分吸收气凝胶混合浆料,得到气凝胶喷胶棉,再将气凝胶喷胶棉牵出浸泡池;
3)将气凝胶喷胶棉放入烘干室,90℃烘烤8小时,待其芯层完全烘干后,在气凝胶喷胶棉的上下层覆上高纤维密度的聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺无纺布后,通过220℃的同速热辊使层间热压粘合,即制得气凝胶无纺布。
所制备的气凝胶无纺布的导热系数为0.018W/(m·K),柔性好。
综上所述,本发明所述的气凝胶无纺布的制备方法复合时采用工业乙醇作为溶剂,将硅气凝胶微粒均匀的溶解在浆料中,浆料中的将二氧化硅气凝胶粉体均匀的分布在喷胶棉纤维表面,通过二次复合的方法,使得聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺高纤维密度无纺布夹裹含有气凝胶喷胶棉形成气凝胶无纺布,制备方法简单,对设备要求低,能源消耗量小。

Claims (5)

1.一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1)将工业乙醇88-92%、消泡剂1-3%、遮光剂1-3%、稳定剂0.5-1.5%和气凝胶粉3-5%加入到反应釜中,反应釜中搅拌器转速1000r/min,搅拌15-25分钟得到气凝胶混合浆料;
2)将所述气凝胶混合浆料放入浸泡池中,牵引辊将喷胶棉牵入浸泡池,通过挤压辊挤压使喷胶棉充分吸收气凝胶混合浆料,得到气凝胶喷胶棉,再将气凝胶喷胶棉牵出浸泡池;
3)将气凝胶喷胶棉放入烘干室,70-90℃烘烤6-8小时,待其芯层完全烘干后,在气凝胶喷胶棉的上下层覆上高纤维密度的无纺布后,通过180-220℃的同速热辊使层间热压粘合,即制得气凝胶无纺布;
所述气凝胶粉为二氧化硅气凝胶粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中的反应釜为刮壁式反应釜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中高纤维密度无纺布的材质为聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺中的一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中的遮光剂为钛白粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种气凝胶无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中的工业乙醇的体积浓度为95-99%。
