本发明提供自动修药面装置,它主要由机架、刀具、刀具进给部件、工装锁紧部件、控制箱组成;工装锁紧部件和刀具进给部件装在机架上表面,刀具装在刀具进给部件前端,控制箱设在机架内,它与刀具进给部件电连接。它的效果在于:1、生产效率,劳动强度低;2、安全系数提高,工作环境得到改善;3、产品质量得到提高。

Description

自动修药面装置
技术领域:本发明涉及人工影响天气作业的增雨防雹火箭弹,特别是增雨防雹火箭弹壳体发动机的自动修药面装置。
背景技术:现有增雨防雹火箭弹发动机在生产流程中涉及到药面的注入及药面表面的修整,也称修药面。增雨防雹火箭弹发动机中的药面为混合型化学药剂,无挥发、无异味、具有一定腐蚀性;中间设有一个金属抽芯,药面通过加热、真空注入,冷却后药剂为橡胶状,乳白色;其切削加工性能与黑橡胶相似。注入的药面要通过二次修面,一次粗修是在药面保有一定温度的条件下进行,另一次是在金属抽芯抽出后且基本冷却的情况下进行。因药面的修整比较危险且作业环境局限性大,所以,一直是由人工手持刮刀缓慢作业完成。人工刮削作业在使用中存在的不足是:1、效率低下,劳动强度大;2、安全系数低,工作环境恶劣,不利于作业人员的身体健康;3、产品质量受人为因素影响较大,不易控制。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于,针对现有增雨防雹火箭弹发动机药面修整作业中所存在的不足,而提出一种自动修药面装置,它具有生产效率高、劳动强度低、安全性高、产品质量好的优点。
通过下述技术方案可实现本发明的目的,一种自动修药面装置,其特征在于,包括机架、刀具、刀具进给部件、工装锁紧部件、控制箱;工装锁紧部件和刀具进给部件装在机架上表面,刀具装在刀具进给部件前端,控制箱设在机架内,它与刀具进给部件电连接。
刀具进给部件由标准气缸、气缸连接块、电机安装板、重载荷滑块、导轨、防爆减速机组成;标准气缸和导轨固定在机架表面,标准气缸通过气缸连接块与重载荷滑块连接,重载荷滑块与导轨滑动连接,电机安装板固定重载荷滑块上,防爆减速机固定在电机安装板上,防爆减速机与控制箱电连接。
工装锁紧部件由门栓式快速夹、卡箍、安装座、导轨、滑块组成;安装座、导轨及卡箍的一半固定在机架面上,门栓式快速夹固定在安装座上,卡箍的另一半固定在滑块上,滑块与导轨滑动连接,滑块与门栓式快速夹固定连接。
刀具由刀头和中空刀杆组成,刀头与中空刀杆螺旋连接。
刀头的参数是:2刃平刀、中间避空孔为主切削刃后角4.52度、副切削刃刃宽2毫米、切削用量转速为56转/分、切削量170-180mm/min。
为保证安全,机架上表面设有透明防护门。
为收集废料,机架中设有导料管和储药箱,导料管与储药箱导通连接。
本发明的效果在于:1、生产效率,劳动强度低,这在于,本装置完全由机械作业,它的效率是人工的2-3倍;2、安全系数提高,工作环境得到改善,这在于,本装置在机架的工作面上设有透明防护门,在整个工作周期内,必须在防护门关闭的情况下进行;门闭合处的接触开关是整个控制系统的总进电开关;即接通后PLC控制器方可动作,反之,停电或加工过程中,打开防护门PLC控制器就断开电磁阀电源,电磁阀断电时换向,电机停转,气缸反向退出。其作用是:⑴、火工品加工依照安全操作规程必须人机分离。⑵、避免误操作或加工过程中人员的开门观察等危险动作。它可有效的防护一些意外事故容易造成的伤害;3、产品质量得到提高,这在于,本装置在整个作业中,都由控制箱、控制阀等自动控制机械作业,排出了人为因素的影响,从而可使产品加工精确。另外,整个工作周期的完成,必须在防护门关闭的情况下进行;门闭合处的接触开关是整个控制系统的总进电开关。即接通后PLC控制器方可动作,反之,停电或加工过程中,打开防护门PLC控制器就断开电磁阀电源,电磁阀断电时换向,电机停转,气缸反向退出;其作用是:⑴、火工品加工依照安全操作规程必须人机分离;⑵、避免误操作或加工过程中人员的开门观察等危险动作。该零件的加工刀具采用有色金属如合金铜或不锈钢304等,其在加工过程中不会与发动机的金属抽芯发生静电摩擦而产生火花,对火箭发动机的药面加工具有一定的安全保障。

具体实施方式:
参见附图1、2、3、4、5、6,一种自动修药面装置,主要由机架1、刀具2、刀具进给部件3、工装锁紧部件4、控制箱5组成。工装锁紧部件4和刀具进给部件3装在机架上表面,刀具2装在刀具进给部件3前端,控制箱5设在机架1内,它与刀具进给部件3电连接。刀具进给部件3主要由标准气缸31、气缸连接块32、电机安装板33、重载荷滑块34、导轨35、防爆减速机36组成。标准气缸31和导轨35固定在机架1表面。标准气缸31通过气缸连接块32与重载荷滑块34连接,重载荷滑块34与导轨35滑动连接,电机安装板33固定重载荷滑块34上,防爆减速机36固定在电机安装板33上。防爆减速机36与控制箱5电连接。工装锁紧部件4主要由门栓式快速夹41、安装座42、卡箍43、导轨44、滑块45组成。安装座42、导轨44及卡箍43的一半固定在机架1面上。门栓式快速夹41固定在安装座42上。卡箍43的另一半固定在滑块45上,滑块45与导轨44滑动连接,滑块45与门栓式快速夹41固定连接。刀具2由刀头21和中空刀杆22组成,刀头21与中空刀杆22螺旋连接。刀头的参数是:2刃平刀、中间避空孔为主切削刃后角4.52度、副切削刃刃宽2毫米、切削用量转速为56转/分、切削量170-180mm/min;刀头采用两刃主要是减少切削热的产生及排屑顺畅。
为保证安全,机架1上表面设有透明防护门6。为收集废料,机架1中设有导料管7和储药箱8,导料管7与储药箱8导通连接。
本装置的作业流程是:打开防护门6——将火箭弹壳体放入工装锁紧部件4中,压下门栓式快速夹41,另一半固定在滑块45上的卡箍43将火箭弹壳体夹紧——关闭防护门6—按下启动开关SW1,—DY2上电进给气缸动作,延时1秒后—DY0上电旋转气缸正转,正转5秒后停止转动—停止后延时1.5秒再反转2秒后停止,此时已完成药面修复,DY1上电进给气缸退出动作时间6秒,—推拉缸反向回退动作—防护门缸动作(切削废料由漏药口漏下)一个工作周期完成。

Claims (7)

1.一种自动修药面装置,其特征在于,包括机架、刀具、刀具进给部件、工装锁紧部件、控制箱;工装锁紧部件和刀具进给部件装在机架上表面,刀具装在刀具进给部件前端,控制箱设在机架内,它与刀具进给部件电连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的自动修药面装置,其特征在于,刀具进给部件由标准气缸、气缸连接块、电机安装板、重载荷滑块、导轨、防爆减速机组成;标准气缸和导轨固定在机架表面,标准气缸通过气缸连接块与重载荷滑块连接,重载荷滑块与导轨滑动连接,电机安装板固定重载荷滑块上,防爆减速机固定在电机安装板上,防爆减速机与控制箱电连接。
3.按权利要求1所述的自动修药面装置,其特征在于,工装锁紧部件由门栓式快速夹、卡箍、安装座、导轨、滑块组成;安装座、导轨及卡箍的一半固定在机架面上,门栓式快速夹固定在安装座上,卡箍的另一半固定在滑块上,滑块与导轨滑动连接,滑块与门栓式快速夹固定连接。
4.按权利要求1所述的自动修药面装置,其特征在于,刀具由刀头和中空刀杆组成,刀头与中空刀杆螺旋连接。
5.按权利要求4所述的自动修药面装置,其特征在于,刀头的参数是:2刃平刀、中间避空孔为主切削刃后角4.52度、副切削刃刃宽2毫米、切削用量转速为56转/分、切削量170-180mm/min。
6.按权利要求1所述的自动修药面装置,其特征在于,机架上表面设有透明防护门。
7.按权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的自动修药面装置,其特征在于,机架中设有导料管和储药箱,导料管与储药箱导通连接。
