Abstract

一种去毛刺切割机是采用带旋转锉砂轮片与被夹持旋转的管子接触,令砂轮片切入管壁,裁断管段,令旋转锉锉去管子内外圆毛刺或进行倒角,从而令管子裁切面与管子轴线垂直并光滑平整或形成倒角,有效解决了传统砂轮片切管机不能切割较大管径的管子,以及裁切面毛刺难以处理的难题。

一种去毛刺切割机
技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种管子切割机,特别适合薄壁不锈钢管裁切。
背景技术
管子安装都必需按照现场实际需要的长度进行裁切才能与管件连接,连接成为管道。
传统的管子裁切都是采用砂轮切割机对管子进行径向切入,把管子切断。这个方法虽然简单,但砂轮片的可切入距离必须比管子的直径大,令应用的机具直径很大。同时,对于较大直径的管子,往往由于砂轮片的切入距离比管子的直径小,只能分几次翻转管子进行切割,这不但麻烦,而且还会造成切割面的不平整和形成很多的毛刺,令修口的工序增加了很大的难度,严重拖慢安装的进度。尤其是采用胶圈密封连接的接口,胶圈会因管子端面的不平整或残留的毛刺,而造成损坏。因此,应用高性能的切割机是提高管道质量水平的关键。
发明内容
本发明专利的目的是提供一种新型的切割机,令应用很小直径的砂轮片也可以切割很大管径的管子,并令被其切断的端面垂直管子轴线和去除毛刺,彻底解决了被切割管子因端面质量差而影响管道的安装质量的问题。
本发明专利的去毛刺切割机主要由减速机1、锥形夹头2、螺母3、管子4、带旋转锉砂轮片5、高速电机6、定位轴7、弹簧8、连接支架9、定位螺母10和旋转锉圆锥面11组成。减速机1的输出轴内孔置有锥形夹头2,旋紧螺母3可把放入锥形夹头2内的管子4夹紧,令管子4跟随减速机1的输出轴一起旋转,定位轴7固定在减速机1的输出轴边旁,高速电机6通过连接支架9可以以定位轴7为中心作上下摆移和轴向移动,令固定在高速电机6轴上的带旋转锉砂轮片5的砂轮片可以径向割入管子4,并令旋转锉圆锥面11可以与管子4的切割面的内外圆角接触,锉去毛刺或进行倒角。由于当砂轮片切入管子的同时,其管子4也作旋转,所以砂轮片只需切入一个管子壁厚的量,就可以将管子裁断。同时,还可令管子的裁切端面与管子的轴线垂直和去除内外圆角的毛刺或形成倒角。因此,该切管机是有效提高管道安装质量的施工工具。

具体实施方式
将待切割的管子4插入锥形夹头2内,令管子4需切断的位置与带旋转锉砂轮片5对准,旋紧螺母3,夹紧管子4,启动减速机1和高速电机6,通过外力向下摆移高速电机6,令带旋转锉砂轮片5的砂轮片切入管子4,将管子4切断后,将定位螺母10向右旋出,令高速电机向右轴向移动一定距离,再继续向下摆移高速电机6,令旋转锉圆锥面11与管子4的外圆角接触,锉去外圆角的毛刺后,再通过外力令高速电机6克服弹簧8的推力向右轴向位移后再向下摆移,并令旋转锉插入管子4内孔后,再向下摆移高速电机,令旋转锉圆锥面11与管子4的内圆角接触,锉去内圆角的毛刺或进行倒角,旋松螺母3后,将管子取出,完成对管段的裁切。当带旋转锉砂轮片切割管子时,其连接支架是在弹簧压力和定位轴凸起平面制药下轴向定位;旋转锉圆锥面去除管子内外圆角毛刺或进行倒角时,其连接支架是在弹簧压力和定位螺母平面的制约下轴向定位。被切割的管子只需管壁厚度小于砂轮片外径与高速电机外径差的二分之一,就可以被切割断和去除毛刺或形成倒角。

Claims (3)

1.一种去毛刺切割机,其特征在于:通过旋紧螺母,可令插入减速机输出轴内的待切断管子被夹紧并跟随减速机输出轴一起旋转,定位轴固定在减速机的输出轴的边旁,高速电机通过连接支架可以以定位轴为中心,作上下摆移和轴向位移,令固定在高速电机轴上的带旋转锉砂轮片的砂轮片可以径向割入管子将其切断,并令旋转锉圆锥面可以与管子的内外圆角接触,锉去毛刺或进行倒角,令被切割管子的端面垂直管子轴线并去除毛刺或形成倒角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去毛刺切管机,其特征在于:砂轮片中心设有旋转锉,被切割的管子只需管壁厚度小于砂轮片外径与高速电机外径差的二分之一,就可以被切割断和去除毛刺或形成倒角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种去毛刺切管机,其特征在于:带旋转锉砂轮片切割管子时,其连接支架是在弹簧压力和定位轴凸起平面制约下轴向定位;旋转锉圆锥面去除管子内外圆角毛刺或进行倒角时,其连接支架是在弹簧压力和定位螺母平面的制约下轴向定位。
