Abstract

本发明涉及一种包装用齿形纸滚胶装置，包括分别放置在左、右两侧的侧挡板，所述的两个侧挡板的左、右两侧分别安装有一根滚轮，两根滚轮之间的间隙为2‑5mm；所述的两个侧挡板中部均纵向配合通有一根螺栓，所述螺栓的内端分别安装有一个挡胶架，螺栓的外端分别固定有一个旋转把手。本发明采用滚轮滚胶的方式将胶液辊压在齿形纸面上，与现有技术不同的是，本发明所采用的滚轮既用于将胶液涂在齿形纸面上，还用于将胶液支撑在两根滚轮之间，利用滚轮之间的间隙大小调整胶液进给量。

技术领域
本发明涉及齿形纸加工设备技术领域，具体的说是一种包装用齿形纸滚胶装置。
背景技术
纸箱内部填充物通常采用折形纸进行填充，折形纸形态类似齿状，因此也称齿形纸，齿形纸在成型之后需要涂胶，以便之后相互粘合在一起，然而对于齿形纸的涂胶要求极高，既不能采用大面积涂刷的方式将胶液涂刷在齿形纸上，也不能采用喷涂的方式将胶液均匀喷涂，因此人们需要一种针对齿形纸的特殊装置，针对齿形纸的特殊形状，进行均匀涂抹。
发明内容
针对上述技术的缺陷，本发明提出一种包装用齿形纸滚胶装置。
一种包装用齿形纸滚胶装置，包括分别放置在左、右两侧的侧挡板，所述的两个侧挡板的左、右两侧分别安装有一根滚轮，两根滚轮之间的间隙为2-5mm。
所述的两个侧挡板中部均纵向配合通有一根螺栓，所述螺栓的内端分别安装有一个挡胶架，螺栓的外端分别固定有一个旋转把手。
所述挡胶架均包括卡在两根滚轮上的上挡架，所述上挡架的下端面左右两侧均设有内凹的适应两侧滚轮形状的弧面，上挡架的中部均通过铰接的方式连接有两个下挡架，所述下挡架与两侧滚轮接触面均为适应对应滚轮的弧面，前侧的两个下挡架之间、后侧的两个下挡架之间分别对应设有一根弹簧，所述弹簧的一端压在左侧的下挡架上，另一端压在右侧的下挡架上。
所述上挡架与下挡架的与对应滚轮接触的端面上均设有橡胶密封层。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明采用滚轮滚胶的方式将胶液辊压在齿形纸面上，与现有技术不同的是，本发明所采用的滚轮既用于将胶液涂在齿形纸面上，还用于将胶液支撑在两根滚轮之间，利用滚轮之间的间隙大小调整胶液进给量。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图3所示，一种包装用齿形纸滚胶装置，包括分别放置在左、右两侧的侧挡板1，所述的两个侧挡板1的左、右两侧分别安装有一根滚轮2，两根滚轮2之间的间隙为2-5mm。
所述的两个侧挡板1中部均纵向配合通有一根螺栓3，所述螺栓3的内端分别安装有一个挡胶架4，螺栓3的外端分别固定有一个旋转把手5。
所述挡胶架4均包括卡在两根滚轮2上的上挡架6，所述上挡架6的下端面左右两侧均设有内凹的适应两侧滚轮2形状的弧面，上挡架6的中部均通过铰接的方式连接有两个下挡架7，所述下挡架7与两侧滚轮2接触面均为适应对应滚轮2的弧面，前侧的两个下挡架7之间、后侧的两个下挡架7之间分别对应设有一根弹簧8，所述弹簧8的一端压在左侧的下挡架7上，另一端压在右侧的下挡架7上。
所述上挡架6与下挡架7的与对应滚轮2接触的端面上均设有橡胶密封层。
使用时，利用外接的电机带动两根滚轮2转动，将胶液放在两根滚轮2之间的位置上方，利用滚轮2转动将胶液通过两根滚轮2之间的间隙涂抹到纸张上，通过间隙的大小调控胶液涂抹量，两侧的挡胶架4分别从左右两侧将胶液阻挡，从而将胶液的涂抹范围限制在两个挡胶架4之间，通过旋转两侧的螺栓3可以调整两侧的挡胶架4的具体位置，所述弹簧8张紧两侧的下挡胶架4，使下挡胶架4紧密卡在两根滚轮2上。
