Abstract

本发明涉及一种基于转速与温度联动控制的麦芽糖浆制备用调浆方法,包括以下几个过程:设定与罐体中温度检测杆连接的温度感应单元的温度阈值,包括最低阈值及最高阈值;通过控制器设定减速电机的转速、时间参数;将浆料从罐体的上端进口置入罐体中;启动减速电机,减速电机带动搅拌轴转动,利用中部搅拌叶片及底部搅拌叶片对罐体中的浆料搅拌;温度检测杆实时检测罐体内浆料的温度,当温度感应单元感应的温度信号大于设定的最高阈值时,所述控制器调节减速电机的转速,使得减速电机处于低转速状态,直至温度感应单元感应的温度低于设定的最低阈值后,减速电机恢复正常转速;当到达设定的时间后,控制器自动停止减速电机工作。

基于转速与温度联动控制的麦芽糖浆制备用调浆方法
技术领域
本发明涉及麦芽糖浆制备技术领域,特别涉及麦芽糖浆生产用调浆方法。
背景技术
调浆罐是制备果葡糖、麦芽糖浆中必须用到的设备,调浆罐的结构直接影响着产品的质量。调浆时需要对发酵液进行搅拌,还需要对罐内对温度、液位高等进行实施控制,现有的调浆罐搅拌效率低、换热不充分,对温度的调控效果差,不能适应生产需要,且由于淀粉中含有的蛋白质、脂肪等物质,导致在调浆过程中,调浆罐内调浆不充分,甚至液面上层漂浮一层油膜,既不利于物料的调浆过程,又影响调浆后的过滤、脱色等的速度。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种基于转速与温度联动控制的麦芽糖浆制备用调浆方法,采用如下方案:
一种基于转速与温度联动控制的麦芽糖浆制备用调浆方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:设定与罐体中温度检测杆连接的温度感应单元的温度阈值,包括最低阈值及最高阈值;
第二步:通过控制器设定减速电机的转速、时间参数,所述转速包括正常转速及低转速;
第三步:将浆料从罐体的上端进口置入罐体中;
第四步:启动减速电机(22),减速电机(22)带动搅拌轴(21)转动,利用中部搅拌叶片(23)及底部搅拌叶片(24)对罐体(1)中的浆料搅拌,所述中部搅拌叶片(23)与所述搅拌轴(21)之间的夹角α小于所述底部搅拌叶片(24)与所述搅拌轴(21)之间的夹角β,所述中部搅拌叶片(23)于所述罐体(1)中的径向跨度A大于底部搅拌叶片(24)于罐体(1)中的径向跨度B,所述底部搅拌叶片(24)包括与所述搅拌轴(21)固连的倾斜段(241)及于所述倾斜段(241)外端向下折弯的竖直段(242),所述倾斜段(241)上切设有缺口(243);温度检测杆(5)实时检测罐体(1)内浆料的温度,当温度感应单元(8)感应的温度信号大于设定的最高阈值时,将信号发送至控制器(9),所述控制器(9)调节减速电机(22)的转速,使得减速电机(22)处于低转速状态,直至温度感应单元(8)感应的温度低于设定的最低阈值后,控制器(9)控制减速电机(22)恢复正常转速;当到达设定的时间后,控制器(9)自动停止减速电机(22)工作;
第五步:打开罐体的底部出口,释放调浆好的浆料。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述温度感应单元包括分布在罐体的多个检测点。
所述检测点在罐体的中的上下位置可调。
所述检测点在罐体的中的左右位置可调。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明采用利用调浆罐进行调浆时,根据调浆罐中的浆料的温度,实时调节对浆料的搅拌速度,以保证浆料始终处于正常的温度下调匀,从而可避免浆料由于温度过高而出现“熟化”现象,提高调浆效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
实施例1:如图1所示,本实施例的麦芽糖浆制备用调浆罐,包括罐体1及安装于罐体1中的搅拌组件2,罐体1上设有上端进口3及底部出口4,搅拌组件2包括转动安装于罐体1中心的、并与罐体1的中心轴重合设置的搅拌轴21、驱动搅拌轴21且置于罐体1顶部外侧的减速电机22,搅拌轴21上设有位于罐体1内腔中部的中部搅拌叶片23及位于罐体1内腔底部的底部搅拌叶片24,中部搅拌叶片23包括上下隔开设置的多层,并对称位于搅拌轴21的径向两侧;底部搅拌叶片24为单层结构,对称布置于搅拌轴21的径向两侧;中部搅拌叶片23与搅拌轴21之间的夹角α小于底部搅拌叶片24与搅拌轴21之间的夹角β。
采用中部搅拌叶片23及底部搅拌叶片24相结合,实现对浆料的快速、高效搅拌;底部搅拌叶片24可避免浆料沉积在罐体1的底部,使底部浆料扬起,中部搅拌叶片23为多层设置,从下至上逐层搅拌,实现高效、高质量调浆。其中,中部搅拌叶片23与搅拌轴21之间的夹角α小于底部搅拌叶片24与搅拌轴21之间的夹角β,这样设置的目的在于,由于底部浆料的阻力较大,在保证搅拌效率的同时,可适当减小底部搅拌叶片24根部的扭力,延长其使用寿命。
实施例2:作为上述实施例1的进一步改进,如图1所示,本发明中罐体1的内腔中安装有靠近其内壁设置的温度检测杆5及高度检测杆6,罐体1的外侧设有观测温度检测杆5及高度检测杆6的可视窗7。可从可视窗7直接观测罐体1内的搅拌温度及浆料的高度。
实施例3:作为上述实施例1的进一步改进,如图1所示,中部搅拌叶片23于罐体1中的径向跨度A大于底部搅拌叶片24于罐体1中的径向跨度B。底部搅拌叶片24的跨度不能太大,可避免大浆料搅拌阻力下其变形。
实施例4:作为上述实施例1的进一步改进,如图1所示,底部搅拌叶片24包括与搅拌轴21固连的倾斜段241及于倾斜段241外端向下折弯的竖直段242,倾斜段241上切设有缺口243。两侧的底部搅拌叶片24形成拱形结构,搅拌时阻力小;缺口243处,形成锋利的刀刃,利于搅拌。
实施例5:如图1所示,本实施例的基于转速与温度联动控制的麦芽糖浆制备用调浆方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:设定与罐体1中温度检测杆5连接的温度感应单元8的温度阈值,包括最低阈值及最高阈值;
第二步:通过控制器9设定减速电机22的转速、时间参数,转速包括正常转速及低转速;
第三步:将浆料从罐体1的上端进口3置入罐体1中;
第四步:启动减速电机22,减速电机22带动搅拌轴21转动,利用中部搅拌叶片23及底部搅拌叶片24对罐体1中的浆料搅拌;温度检测杆5实时检测罐体1内浆料的温度,当温度感应单元8感应的温度信号大于设定的最高阈值时,将信号发送至控制器9,控制器9调节减速电机22的转速,使得减速电机22处于低转速状态,直至温度感应单元8感应的温度低于设定的最低阈值后,控制器9控制减速电机22恢复正常转速;当到达设定的时间后,控制器9自动停止减速电机22工作;
第五步:打开罐体1的底部出口4,释放调浆好的浆料。

Claims (4)

1.一种基于转速与温度联动控制的麦芽糖浆制备用调浆方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
第一步:设定与罐体(1)中温度检测杆(5)连接的温度感应单元(8)的温度阈值,包括最低阈值及最高阈值;
第二步:通过控制器(9)设定减速电机(22)的转速、时间参数,所述转速包括正常转速及低转速;
第三步:将浆料从罐体(1)的上端进口(3)置入罐体(1)中;
第四步:启动减速电机(22),减速电机(22)带动搅拌轴(21)转动,利用中部搅拌叶片(23)及底部搅拌叶片(24)对罐体(1)中的浆料搅拌,所述中部搅拌叶片(23)与所述搅拌轴(21)之间的夹角α小于所述底部搅拌叶片(24)与所述搅拌轴(21)之间的夹角β,所述中部搅拌叶片(23)于所述罐体(1)中的径向跨度A大于底部搅拌叶片(24)于罐体(1)中的径向跨度B,所述底部搅拌叶片(24)包括与所述搅拌轴(21)固连的倾斜段(241)于所述倾斜段(241)外端向下折弯的竖直段(242),所述倾斜段(241)上切设有缺口(243);温度检测杆(5)实时检测罐体(1)内浆料的温度,当温度感应单元(8)感应的温度信号大于设定的最高阈值时,将信号发送至控制器(9),所述控制器(9)调节减速电机(22)的转速,使得减速电机(22)处于低转速状态,直至温度感应单元(8)感应的温度低于设定的最低阈值后,控制器(9)控制减速电机(22)恢复正常转速;当到达设定的时间后,控制器(9)自动停止减速电机(22)工作;
第五步:打开罐体(1)的底部出口(4),释放调浆好的浆料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于转速与温度联动控制的麦芽糖浆制备用调浆方法,其特征在于:所述温度感应单元(8)包括分布在罐体(1)的多个检测点。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于转速与温度联动控制的麦芽糖浆制备用调浆方法,其特征在于:所述检测点在罐体(1)的中的上下位置可调。
4.根据权利要求2所述的基于转速与温度联动控制的麦芽糖浆制备用调浆方法,其特征在于,所述检测点在罐体(1)的中的左右位置可调。
