本发明属于家畜的饲喂装置领域技术领域,公开了一种饲料喂食装置,包括混料室,混料室的上方设置有螺旋状的搅拌轴,搅拌轴的下端连接有搅拌叶片;混料室的内壁设置有锡箔纸,混料室的侧壁开设有进风口和出风口,进风口处安装有转盘,转盘上连接有开有若干通孔,且转轴上连接有热风机,热风机内设有加热丝,出风口连接有抽风机;混料室的底部设有出料口。解决了现有技术饲料混合槽清理不干净、浪费水资源的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于家畜的饲喂装置领域,具体涉及一种饲料喂食装置。
背景技术
猪在养殖的过程中,喂养是非常重要的环节,传统的喂养方法就是通过人工将饲料放入桶内,再加入水,使之混合,再将其放入喂食槽内供猪食用,这种方式只能适用于少量的养殖。随着人们生活水平的提升,对猪肉的需求量也提高,因此需要大量的养殖。通过人工混合饲料效率低,并且人工的劳动强度大。
为解决上述问题,专利公开号为CN104012422B的中国专利,提供了一种自动喂食器,包括由电机驱动的空心转轴,转轴上端设有存储饲料的储料室,储料室通过下料门与所述转轴内腔相通,转轴下端伸入一混料室,混料室与该转轴内腔相通,在转轴下端固设有搅拌叶片,一水泵向所述混料室内输送水;混料室下侧设置有圆形喂料室,混料室底部通过出料门与所述喂料室连通;在喂料室底部外周分布有数个饲喂区,每一饲喂区通过一阀门与喂料室连通;在每一所述饲喂区对应区域的喂料室外壁安装有红外线感应器,该感应器将感应信号传递至控制中心,控制中心根据信号分别控制所述电机、下料门、水泵、出料门、阀门的动作。本发明通过适时配料,适时供给,并控制混合料的温度,因此供猪食用的饲料新鲜、适量,并且避免了浪费,整个装置自动化,喂食的效率高,并且需要的忍冬少,人工的劳动强度低。
但是,上述方案中饲料通过在混料室内混合,再进入喂料室进行喂食,完成喂食后,混料室的内壁上会有饲料残留,对残留饲料清理时,是通过水泵向混料室内充水,进行清理,但是水泵的位置是固定的,因此水泵上方,或者水不能接触的地方的残留饲料不能清理干净。因此本方案对混料室进行改进,便于清理混料室内残留的饲料。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种饲料喂食装置,以解决现有技术饲料混合槽清理不干净、浪费水资源的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种饲料喂食装置,包括混料室,混料室的上方设置有螺旋状的搅拌轴,搅拌轴的下端连接有搅拌叶片;混料室的内表面设置有锡箔纸,混料室的侧壁开设有进风口和出风口,进风口内转动连接有转盘,且转盘的中心轴和进风口的中心轴为同一直线;转盘上开有若干通孔,且通孔的朝向均不同,转盘上连接有热风机,出风口安装有抽风机;混料室的底部设有出料口。
本方案技术特征的技术效果是:螺旋状的搅拌轴在转动的过程中,搅拌轴会带动饲料转动,使饲料与水充分的混合;由于锡箔纸表面的光滑度高,因此饲料在锡箔纸上的残留会很少;通过抽风机将锡箔纸与混料室的内壁间的空气抽尽,能够避免饲料混合搅拌的过程中搅拌叶片与锡箔纸接触,确保锡箔纸不会被戳破;热风机能够向锡箔纸与混料室的内壁间充入热气,通过热气与锡箔纸接触,能将锡箔纸上残留的饲料加热、变干;由于转盘转动,因此通过转盘的气体也会和转盘一起转动,而且由于转盘上的通孔的朝向均不同,因此从转盘内流出的气体的朝向均是不同的,形成不稳定气流,不稳定的气流撞击锡箔纸,从而使锡箔纸抖动,将锡箔纸上残留的饲料抖下,实现残留饲料的清理。
本方案的技术原理是:首先将混料室内壁与锡箔纸之间的空气抽尽,避免搅拌使破坏锡箔纸,再将饲料和水注入,通过螺旋状的搅拌轴和搅拌叶片对饲料进行搅拌;搅拌完,饲料运走后,锡箔纸上会残留有饲料,此时启动热风机和转盘,热风机吹出热风,从而将锡箔纸上残留的饲料加热,使其变干,并且通过冲入气体,能够将锡箔纸与混料室表面分离;转盘转动时,会带动通过转盘的风转动,形成不稳定的气流,撞击锡箔纸,将残留的饲料抖动下,实现残留饲料的清理。
本方案能产生的技术效果是:1、本方案通过将锡箔纸与混料室内壁之间的空气抽尽,能够避免在搅拌的时候损坏锡箔纸;2、通过在混料室的内壁设置锡箔纸,由于锡箔纸的表面光滑度高,因此饲料只会少量的在锡箔纸上残留;3、通过加热的风将残留饲料加热,并使得进入锡箔纸与混料室内壁之间的风旋转,撞击锡箔纸,将锡箔纸上的残留饲料抖下,能够将锡箔纸上所有的残留饲料清理干净。
以下是基于上述方案的优选方案:
优选方案一:所述搅拌轴内设有加热丝。通过加热丝加热,能够将饲料加热,使得饲料有温度,与冷的饲料相比,热的饲料能够使猪更有食欲,并且使得饲料的口感更好。
优选方案二:基于优选方案一,所述搅拌叶片有多片,均倾斜设置在搅拌轴的下端,搅拌叶片的高端与搅拌轴连接。在搅拌的时候能够将更广范围的饲料进行搅拌,饲料搅拌更均匀。
优选方案三:基于优选方案二,所述混料室侧壁的上端面设有卡槽,卡槽内设有卡块。将锡箔纸的各边通过卡块固定在卡槽内,能够方便的实现锡箔纸的更换。
优选方案四:基于优选方案三,所述混料室的底部为弧形,且外弧面向下。混料室底面与侧壁间的夹角为钝角,饲料会沿着底面滑下,能够减少饲料在棱角的附着。
优选方案五:基于优选方案四,所述出料口位于混料室底部的中部。饲料能够快速的从出料口流出。
优选方案六:基于优选方案五,所述进风口和出风口均位于混料室侧壁的上部。抽风和鼓风时能够贯穿整个锡箔纸和混料室内表面之间的间隙,使得抽风和鼓风的效果更好。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:混料室1、锡箔纸11、出料口12、进风口13、热风机14、转盘15、通孔151、出风口16、抽风机17、卡槽18、卡块19、搅拌轴2、搅拌叶片21。
如图1、图2所示, 一种饲料喂食装置,包括混料室1,混料室1的上方设置有螺旋状的搅拌轴2,搅拌轴2的下部位于混料室1内,搅拌轴2的底端连接有倾斜的搅拌叶片21,搅拌叶片21的高端与搅拌轴2连接;混料室1的底部为弧形,且底部的中间部分设有出料口12,混料室1的内壁设有锡箔纸11,锡箔纸11的各边位于卡槽18内,卡槽18上设有卡块19,混料室1左侧和右侧的上部分别设有出风口16和进风口13,出风口16处安装有抽风机17,进风口13内转动连接有转盘15,且转盘15的中心轴和进风口13的中心轴为同一横向的直线,转盘15上设有若干通孔151,通过151向混料室1内壁的朝向均不相同,进风口13的右侧连接有热风机14。
使用本实施例时,首先利用抽风机17将锡箔纸11与混料室1内壁间的空气抽尽,再通过搅拌轴2将混料室1内的饲料和水混合均匀,使饲料从出料口12流出,且弧形的混料室1底部使得饲料流动的速度更快;当饲料流完后,会在锡箔纸11上残留,此时通过热风机14向进风口13内充入热气,使得锡箔纸11与混料室1内壁分离,使得热气与锡箔纸11接触,将饲料烘干;通过转盘15转动,将热风机14吹出的气体变成旋转气体,从而撞击锡箔纸11,将锡箔纸11上的残留饲料抖下,残留饲料再通过出料口12流出。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。
Claims (7)
1.一种饲料喂食装置,其特征在于:包括混料室,混料室的上方设置有螺旋状的搅拌轴,搅拌轴的下端连接有搅拌叶片;混料室的内表面设置有锡箔纸,混料室的侧壁开设有进风口和出风口,进风口内转动连接有转盘,且转盘的中心轴和进风口的中心轴为同一直线;转盘上开有若干通孔,且通孔的朝向均不同,转盘上连接有热风机,出风口安装有抽风机;混料室的底部设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料喂食装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴内设有加热丝。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种饲料喂食装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶片有多片,均倾斜设置在搅拌轴的下端,搅拌叶片的高端与搅拌轴连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种饲料喂食装置,其特征在于:所述混料室侧壁的上端面设有卡槽,卡槽内设有卡块。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种饲料喂食装置,其特征在于:所述混料室的底部为弧形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种饲料喂食装置,其特征在于:所述出料口位于混料室底部的中部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种饲料喂食装置,其特征在于:所述进风口和出风口均位于混料室侧壁的上部。
