将上述各组份制成本发明委陵菜祛风湿含片的生产方法,主要工艺流程为:选料、烘干、煎煮、混合、制粉、压片、包装,具体操作方法依次按下列步骤:

、选料、按原料重量配比,挑选符合国家卫生和质量标准的委陵菜、扶芳藤、松子、红马蹄乌、红曲、红田乌草、壶卢、虎刺、羧甲基纤维素、

、烘干、除羧甲基纤维素、
水溶性淀粉、
葡萄糖外,其他原料分别切成块状或片状置于烘干箱中干化,温度控制在

1.一种委陵菜祛风湿含片,其特征在于:它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的,委陵菜15-30份、扶芳藤10-20份、松子5-15份、红马蹄乌3-15份、红曲3-15份、红田乌草3-10份、壶卢4-12份、虎刺6-9份、羧甲基纤维素7-10份、水溶性淀粉4-8份、葡萄糖10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种委陵菜祛风湿含片,其特征在于:其中各种原料的重量配比是,委陵菜15-25份、扶芳藤10-15份、松子5-12份、红马蹄乌3-10份、红曲3-10份、红田乌草3-8份、壶卢4-10份、虎刺6-8份、羧甲基纤维素7-9份、水溶性淀粉4-7份、葡萄糖10-14份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种委陵菜祛风湿含片,其特征在于:其中各种原料的重量配比是,委陵菜20份、扶芳藤12份、松子10份、红马蹄乌8份、红曲8份、红田乌草5份、壶卢8份、虎刺7份、羧甲基纤维素8份、水溶性淀粉6份、葡萄糖12份。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的委陵菜祛风湿含片的生产方法,其特征在于:主要工艺流程为:选料、烘干、煎煮、混合、制粉、压片、包装,具体操作方法依次按下列步骤:
A、选料、按原料重量配比,挑选符合国家卫生和质量标准的委陵菜、扶芳藤、松子、红马蹄乌、红曲、红田乌草、壶卢、虎刺、羧甲基纤维素、水溶性淀粉、葡萄糖原料备用;
B、烘干、除羧甲基纤维素、水溶性淀粉、葡萄糖外,其他原料分别切成块状或片状置于烘干箱中干化,温度控制在80-100℃,时间45分钟,使原料水份蒸发至含水量18%,压片;
C、煎煮、按上述重量份数比,将烘干后的原料添加置煎煮器中煎煮2次,第一次加7倍水量煎煮1.5小时,第二次架5倍水量煎煮1小时,分别过滤提取滤液,将两次滤液合并,二次过滤药渣和杂质,制得提取液;
D、混合、按上述重量份数比,将提取液中加入羧甲基纤维素、水溶性淀粉、葡萄糖充分混合均匀,制得混合液;
E、制粉、将上述混合液的滤液冷却至室温,利用喷雾干燥法将滤液制成混合粉,备用;
F、压片、将上述混合粉除去生产过程中的产生的杂质,然后利用辐射压片的方式和紫外线压片方式压片;压片后利用压片机直接压片;
G、包装、将上述压合好的片剂按照销售规格包装。
