本发明涉及螃蟹养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种螃蟹蟹苗放养用消毒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
春季三、四、五月份是南北方集中投放扣蟹苗种时期,做好蟹苗的包装运输和放养工作是成品螃蟹回捕率、稳产高产的前提。由于蟹苗体外附有病菌,为了提高放养后的成活率,通常在放养时需要进行消毒。常用消毒方法是将蟹苗放入一定浓度的高锰酸钾、食盐或抗应激反应药物的水溶液中,浸泡1-2min后取出。但这些消毒物质均为化学药剂,虽然具有一定的消毒功效,但在浸泡时仍会有少量进入蟹苗体内,在蟹苗放养后会影响其正常生长,因此需要开发新型对蟹苗无毒无害并具有优异消毒功效以有效防治蟹苗体外病菌的消毒剂。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种制备方法简单、对蟹苗无毒无害并具有优异消毒功效以有效防治蟹苗体外病菌的螃蟹蟹苗放养用消毒剂其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种螃蟹蟹苗放养用消毒剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
芹菜叶15-20份、枇杷叶10-15份、马齿苋5-10份、香椿叶5-10份、棉籽饼3-6份、糠醛渣3-6份、艾叶2-4份、活性白土1-2份、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺1-2份、油酸钠0.5-1份、硫酸化蓖麻油0.5-1份、葡萄糖酸钠0.5-1份、松节油0.3-0.5份、葡萄籽粉0.1-0.3份、双咪唑烷基脲0.1-0.3份、水150-250份;所述糠醛渣的含水量为10-15%。
所述棉籽饼使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:将棉籽饼以10℃/min的升温速度升温至100-110℃保温研磨10-15min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至55-60℃,再加入大豆粉和椰子粉,并保温研磨30-45min,继续以5℃/min的降温速度降温至30-35℃,再次保温研磨15-30min,然后加入含水量低于5%的甘蔗渣干粉和小苏打粉,继续保温研磨10-15min,随后以5℃/min的升温速度升温至80-85℃密封静置15-30min,充分混合,所得混合物再以10℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,最后送入粉碎机中制成粉末。
所述棉籽饼、大豆粉、椰子粉、甘蔗渣干粉和小苏打粉的质量用量比为25-30:2-3:1-2:1-2:0.2-0.5。
经过上述预处理,能将棉籽饼中的游离棉酚最大程度地转化为不被蟹苗吸收的结合棉酚,从而在保证棉籽饼对病菌高抑制活性的基础上,有效降低棉籽饼对蟹苗的毒性。
所述糠醛渣使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:向糠醛渣中加入预糊化燕麦淀粉、聚维酮和泊洛沙姆,充分混合后静置15-30min,再以5℃/min的升温速度升温至65-70℃密封保温静置1-2h,混合均匀后加入聚丙烯酸钠和焦磷酸钠,并在65-70℃下保温混合15-30min,然后将所得混合物加入35-40℃水中,保温混合10-15min,过滤,所得滤渣送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥后所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末。
所述糠醛渣、预糊化燕麦淀粉、聚维酮、泊洛沙姆、聚丙烯酸钠、焦磷酸钠和水的质量用量比为20-25:2-3:1-2:0.5-1:0.3-0.5:0.1-0.3:50-80。
经过上述预处理,将糠醛渣的盐分含量和酸性进行适当降低,使其对病菌发挥优异防治效果,同时实现了糠醛渣的有效再利用,避免其大量堆积造成的环境污染。
一种螃蟹蟹苗放养用消毒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入枇杷叶、马齿苋和艾叶,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合15-30min,再以10℃/min的降温速度降温至45-55℃,并加入芹菜叶和香椿叶,浸泡10-15min后利用磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)向棉籽饼中加入活性白土、硫酸化蓖麻油和葡萄籽粉,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至75-80℃保温混合10-15min,再加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和油酸钠,继续保温混合5-10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入糠醛渣和物料II,充分混合后静置15-30min,然后送入球磨机中,球磨3-5h后过200目筛,再向所得滤液中加入葡萄糖酸钠、松节油和双咪唑烷基脲,充分混合均匀。
所述磨浆机的额定功率为1.5kW。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以常见植物成分为主要原料,辅以多种无机和有机助剂制得消毒剂,该消毒剂适用于螃蟹蟹苗放养时的消毒,使用时只需将蟹苗浸入其中30-60s后即可对蟹苗表面附着的病菌进行有效杀灭,并且能对放养后养殖池中危害蟹苗健康成长的病菌起到一定的防治效果;使用安全性高,对蟹苗的毒性极低,即使在浸渍过程中蟹苗摄入了少量该消毒剂,也不会对蟹苗的正常生长造成不利影响。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向200份水中加入10份枇杷叶、10份马齿苋和2份艾叶,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合30min,再以10℃/min的降温速度降温至45-55℃,并加入20份芹菜叶和5份香椿叶,浸泡15min后利用额定功率为1.5kW的磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)向4份棉籽饼中加入1份活性白土、0.5份硫酸化蓖麻油和0.2份葡萄籽粉,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至75-80℃保温混合10min,再加入2份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和0.5份油酸钠,继续保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入5份糠醛渣和物料II,充分混合后静置30min,然后送入球磨机中,球磨5h后过200目筛,再向所得滤液中加入0.5份葡萄糖酸钠、0.3份松节油和0.2份双咪唑烷基脲,充分混合均匀。
其中,糠醛渣的含水量为10-15%。
棉籽饼的预处理:
将30份棉籽饼以10℃/min的升温速度升温至100-110℃保温研磨10min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至55-60℃,再加入3份大豆粉和1份椰子粉,并保温研磨45min,继续以5℃/min的降温速度降温至30-35℃,再次保温研磨15min,然后加入含水量低于5%的2份甘蔗渣干粉和0.2份小苏打粉,继续保温研磨15min,随后以5℃/min的升温速度升温至80-85℃密封静置30min,充分混合,所得混合物再以10℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,最后送入粉碎机中制成粉末。
糠醛渣的预处理:
向25份糠醛渣中加入2份预糊化燕麦淀粉、1份聚维酮和0.5份泊洛沙姆,充分混合后静置30min,再以5℃/min的升温速度升温至65-70℃密封保温静置2h,混合均匀后加入0.3份聚丙烯酸钠和0.2份焦磷酸钠,并在65-70℃下保温混合30min,然后将所得混合物加入80份35-40℃水中,保温混合15min,过滤,所得滤渣送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥后所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末。
实施例2

(3)向物料I中加入5份糠醛渣和物料II,充分混合后静置30min,然后送入球磨机中,球磨5h后过200目筛,再向所得滤液中加入0.5份葡萄糖酸钠、0.3份松节油和0.2份双咪唑烷基脲,充分混合均匀。

实施例3
将实施例1和实施例2所制消毒剂用于蟹苗放养前的消毒,使用方法为:将蟹苗浸入该消毒剂中45s后取出,然后将蟹苗放入养殖池内。并对该消毒剂的消毒效果进行测定,结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,利用实施例1和实施例2所制消毒剂对蟹苗消毒后,对蟹苗表面病菌的杀灭率达到99%以上,且养殖时期由表面病菌引发的患病率低于3%,所制消毒剂的消毒效果明显优于常用的0.05%高锰酸钾液。

4.根据权利要求1所述的螃蟹蟹苗放养用消毒剂,其特征在于:所述糠醛渣使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:向糠醛渣中加入预糊化燕麦淀粉、聚维酮和泊洛沙姆,充分混合后静置15-30min,再以5℃/min的升温速度升温至65-70℃密封保温静置1-2h,混合均匀后加入聚丙烯酸钠和焦磷酸钠,并在65-70℃下保温混合15-30min,然后将所得混合物加入35-40℃水中,保温混合10-15min,过滤,所得滤渣送入冷冻干燥机中,干燥后所得固体经粉碎机制成粉末。
5.根据权利要求4所述的螃蟹蟹苗放养用消毒剂,其特征在于:所述糠醛渣、预糊化燕麦淀粉、聚维酮、泊洛沙姆、聚丙烯酸钠、焦磷酸钠和水的质量用量比为20-25:2-3:1-2:0.5-1:0.3-0.5:0.1-0.3:50-80。
6.一种螃蟹蟹苗放养用消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入枇杷叶、马齿苋和艾叶,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至回流状态保温混合15-30min,再以10℃/min的降温速度降温至45-55℃,并加入芹菜叶和香椿叶,浸泡10-15min后利用磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过滤,所得滤液即为物料I;
(2)向棉籽饼中加入活性白土、硫酸化蓖麻油和葡萄籽粉,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至75-80℃保温混合10-15min,再加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和油酸钠,继续保温混合5-10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入糠醛渣和物料II,充分混合后静置15-30min,然后送入球磨机中,球磨3-5h后过200目筛,再向所得滤液中加入葡萄糖酸钠、松节油和双咪唑烷基脲,充分混合均匀。
7.根据权利要求6所述的螃蟹蟹苗放养用消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述磨浆机的额定功率为1.5kW。
