本发明涉及一种井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,由下述重量百分比原料组成:井冈霉素6-12%;戊唑醇2-7%;表面活性剂5-9%;甘油5-7%;羧乙基纤维素0.05-0.15%;聚甲基氢硅氧烷0.1-0.3%;尼泊金丁酯0.01-0.03%;余量为水。本发明的井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,悬浮率高,产品性能稳定,对纹枯病和水稻稻瘟病有较好的防效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂。
背景技术
井冈霉素,英文名称:Validamycin,CAS号:37248-47-8,井冈霉素是一种放线菌产生的抗生素,具有较强的内吸性,易被菌体细胞吸收并在其内迅速传导,干扰和抑制菌体细胞生长和发育。主要用于水稻纹枯病,也可用于水稻稻曲病、玉米大小斑病以及蔬菜和棉花、豆类等作物病害的防治。多年大规模的田间使用结果充分显示其“防效高、无药害、无污染”的环保型农药的特点。
戊唑醇,化学名:(RS)-1-(4-氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-3-(1H-1,2,4三唑-1-基甲基)戊-3-醇,CAS号:107534-96-3,属三唑类杀菌农药,是甾醇脱甲基抑制剂,是用于重要经济作物的种子处理或叶面喷洒的高效杀菌剂,可有效地防治禾谷类作物的多种锈病、白粉病、网斑病、根腐病、赤霉病,黑穗病及种传轮斑病及早稻纹枯病等。
农药悬浮剂是20世纪70年代发展的剂型,现已成为基本加工剂型之一。悬浮剂又称水悬浮剂、胶悬剂、浓缩悬浮剂,具有成本低,生产、贮运和使用安全等特点,而且容易与水混合,使用方便。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂。具体通过下述技术方案得以实现:
井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,包括下述重量百分比的原料:井冈霉素6-12%;戊唑醇2-7%。
井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,由下述重量百分比原料组成:井冈霉素6-12%;戊唑醇2-7%;表面活性剂5-9%;甘油5-7%;羧乙基纤维素0.05-0.15%;聚甲基氢硅氧烷0.1-0.3%;尼泊金丁酯0.01-0.03%;余量为水。
所述表面活性剂为丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和/或α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂。
所述表面活性剂,由40-60重量份丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和40-60重量份α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂组成。
α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂,CAS:64422-66-8,分子式:(C2H4O)nC27H24O。丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠,又称:琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠,CAS号:577-11-7。
根据实际需要还可以在配方中添加pH调节剂。
本发明的井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂可以采用本领域通用的方法进行制备,一种是超微粉碎法,另一种是凝聚法。
具体的,所述超微粉碎法:
(1)根据配方把井冈霉素、戊唑醇、表面活性剂、甘油、羧乙基纤维素、聚甲基氢硅氧烷、尼泊金丁酯和水搅拌混合成浆状物,置于球磨机中粉碎。
(2)置于磨砂机进行超微粉碎,控制平均粒径2-4μm。
(3)置于均质机中均质,使粒子均匀化。
本发明的井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,悬浮率高,产品性能稳定,对纹枯病、水稻稻瘟病有较好的防效。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)根据配方把井冈霉素、戊唑醇、表面活性剂、甘油、羧乙基纤维素、聚甲基氢硅氧烷、尼泊金丁酯和水搅拌混合成浆状物,置于球磨机中粉碎。
(2)置于磨砂机进行超微粉碎,控制平均粒径2-4μm。
(3)置于均质机中均质,使粒子均匀化。
制得的悬浮剂,外观粘稠均相的液体,经马尔文激光粒度分布仪测定,其平均粒径(D50)为2.9μm。

实施例1井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂对纹枯病的防效较好,每667m2用量50g,药后14d的株防效为86.2%,病指防效为87.4%。
实施例1井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂对水稻生长安全,有较好的增产效果,防治水稻稻瘟病效果优良,其中每667m2施用115mL药剂处理对水稻叶瘟的防治效果为78.8%,对水稻穗颈瘟的防治效果为78.0%。
实施例2
按表1对应实施例2数据称取原料,按实施例1的方法进行制备。
制得的悬浮剂,外观粘稠均相的液体,经马尔文激光粒度分布仪测定,其平均粒径(D50)为2.9μm。
实施例3
按表1对应实施例3数据称取原料,按实施例1的方法进行制备。
制得的悬浮剂,外观粘稠均相的液体,经马尔文激光粒度分布仪测定,其平均粒径(D50)为2.9μm。
分别在室温贮存14天、54℃±2℃条件下高温贮存14天,采用《GB/T14825-2006农药悬浮率测定方法》测悬浮率,具体数据见下表2。当悬浮率>85%时,则认为该产品为合格品。

悬浮性是指分散的原药粒子在悬浮液中保持悬浮时间长短的能力,通常用悬浮率来表示。一个好的悬浮剂,应具有良好的储存稳定性,即较高的悬浮率。
本发明的井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,悬浮率高,展着性和渗透性好,产品性能稳定,对纹枯病、水稻稻瘟病有较好的防效。
α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂主要用于抑制线切割加工中的锈蚀和电腐蚀,软化加工槽内的淤渣,在慢走丝线切割生产过程中用来作为防锈添加剂。现有技术中,未有将该原料用于农药试剂起到分散润湿作用的任何技术启示。在本发明中,开创性地将原本用于防锈添加剂的α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂转用于杀虫悬浮剂中,起到分散润湿作用。特别的,将丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂复配,协同增效,有效提高悬浮率。

Claims (4)

1.井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,包括下述重量百分比的原料:井冈霉素6-12%;戊唑醇2-7%。
2.井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于,由下述重量百分比原料组成:井冈霉素6-12%;戊唑醇2-7%;表面活性剂5-9%;甘油5-7%;羧乙基纤维素0.05-0.15%;聚甲基氢硅氧烷0.1-0.3%;尼泊金丁酯0.01-0.03%;余量为水。
3.如权利要求2所述的井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和/或α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的井冈霉素和戊唑醇复配的农药悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂,由40-60重量份丁二酸二异辛酯磺酸钠和40-60重量份α-[三(苯基甲基)苯基]-ω-羟基聚(氧基-1,2-亚乙基)非离子表面活性剂组成。
