背景技术

近年来,荞麦上的病虫害种类越来越多,其中轮纹病发生尤为严重,荞麦轮纹病由草茎点霉引起,主要危害荞麦叶片,造成植株提早枯萎,早衰、导致荞麦产量和品质严重下降。现在轮纹病已经对常用的多种杀菌剂产生了不同程度的抗药性和耐药性且复发率高,如甲基托布津、代森锰锌、炭疽福美等药剂,且这些农药的残留量高,污染生态环境。目前,急需开发一种经济效果好、见效快、复发率低、残留量低的综合防治剂来防治荞麦的轮纹病。
发明内容
本发明目的之一是提供一种荞麦轮纹病防治剂。
本发明另一目的是提供一种荞麦轮纹病防治剂的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种荞麦轮纹病防治剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
25%阿米西达悬浮液5-10份,10%世高水分散粒剂5-10份,38%恶霜嘧铜菌酯5-10份,苦参碱10-15份,水杨酸2-3份,阿魏酸2-3份,马齿苋5-10份,仙鹤草6-8份,荆芥3-4份,纤维素酶1-2份。
上述25%阿米西达悬浮液为白色不透明粘状液体,为一种全新的β甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,具有保护和治疗和铲除三重功效,通过抑制病菌的呼吸作用来破坏病菌的能量合成,其具有超广杀菌谱,对四大类病真菌所引起的霜霉病、早疫病、炭疽病、叶斑病等大部分病害均有很好的防效,可以明显的提高作物的产量,改善作物的品质。
上述10%世高水分散粒剂是一种高效、安全、低毒、广谱性杀菌剂,对子囊菌、担子菌、半知菌真菌引起的多种病害有预防、治疗和铲除三大功效,并对作物有强烈的刺激生长作用,能明显提高作物的品质和产量,其内吸、渗透作用强,施药后2小时内,即被植株吸收,并有向上传导的交通,可使新生的幼叶、花、果免受病菌为害。
上述38%恶霜嘧铜菌酯为高效、广谱、低毒型杀菌剂,内含恶霜类广谱性杀菌剂和嘧啶酸铜菌酯类强效杀菌剂,通过抑制甾醇的生物合成而使菌体死亡,在植物体内具有内吸传导作用,对于多种病害防效极佳。
上述苦参碱是从苦参中提取的全部物质,是一种植物源农药,在大自然中能迅速分解,最终产物为二氧化碳和水,对有害生物具有活性的植物内源化学物质,成分不是单一的,而是化学结果相近的多组和化学结构不相近的多组的结合,相辅相成,共同发挥作用,因为多种化学物质共同作用,使其不易导致有害物产生抗药性,能长期使用,是十分绿色、环保的。
上述水杨酸是一种酚类激素,可作为内生信号参与植物对病原体的抵御,通过诱导组织产生病程相关蛋白,当植物的一部分受到病原体感染时在其他部分产生抗性,也可调节植物的生长发育,对植物的光合作用、蒸腾作用与离子的吸收与运输也有调节作用,水杨酸同时也可以诱导植物细胞的分化与叶绿体的生成。
上述阿魏酸对细菌N-乙酰转移酶有较强的抑制作用,可以抑制多种细菌。
上述马齿苋用乙醇提取后对多种细菌具有高度的抑制作用。
上述仙鹤草具有抗菌、抗病毒、消炎的作用。
上述荆芥含有薄荷酮物质,具有抗菌、抗炎的作用。

4)取纤维素酶1-2g用10mL的CPW溶液溶解,为溶液IV,CPW的配方为:KH2PO427.2mg/L,KNO3 101mg/L,CaCl2.2H2O 1480mg/L,MgSO4.7H2O 240mg/L,KI0.15mg/L,CuSO4.5H2O 0.025mg/L,pH5.6;
5)最后将溶液II、III、IV倒入溶液I中,充分混匀后,用水定容至1L,即得本发明的荞麦轮纹病防治剂。
本发明的荞麦轮纹病防治剂,施用前兑水稀释成500-800倍在病虫害发生时叶面喷雾于病变部位。
本发明的有益技术效果:本发明可快治愈于荞麦轮纹病,且复发率,农药残留量少,经济效果好,同时能防治荞麦的其他病虫害并提高荞麦的产量和品质。

2)取苦参碱10g,水杨酸2g,阿魏酸2g,用50mL的乙醇完全溶,为溶液II;
3)取干的马齿苋茎叶5g,仙鹤草6g,荆芥3g,切碎后用2000mL水小火煎制40min,溶液残留量为300mL后,过滤倒掉残渣,留过滤液,为溶液III;
4)取纤维素酶1g用10mL的CPW溶液溶解,为溶液IV,CPW的配方为:KH2PO4 27.2mg/L,KNO3 101mg/L,CaCl2.2H2O 1480mg/L,MgSO4.7H2O 240mg/L,KI0.15mg/L,CuSO4.5H2O0.025mg/L,pH5.6;
5)最后将溶液II、III、IV倒入溶液I中,充分混匀后,用水定容至1L,即得本发明的荞麦轮纹病防治剂。
实施例2
1)取25%阿米西达悬浮液7g,10%世高水分散粒剂7g,38%恶霜嘧铜菌酯7g,用500mL的水溶解,为溶液I;
2)取苦参碱12g,水杨酸2.5g,阿魏酸2.5g,用50mL的乙醇完全溶,为溶液II;
3)取干的马齿苋茎叶7g,仙鹤草7g,荆芥3.5g切碎后用2000mL水小火煎制30min,溶液残留量为350mL后,过滤倒掉残渣,留过滤液,为溶液III;
4)取纤维素酶1.5g用10mL的CPW溶液溶解,为溶液IV,CPW的配方为:KH2PO427.2mg/L,KNO3 101mg/L,CaCl2.2H2O 1480mg/L,MgSO4.7H2O 240mg/L,KI0.15mg/L,CuSO4.5H2O 0.025mg/L,pH5.6;
5)最后将溶液II、III、IV倒入溶液I中,充分混匀后,用水定容至1L,即得本发明的荞麦轮纹病防治剂。
实施例3
1)取25%阿米西达悬浮液10g,10%世高水分散粒剂10g,38%恶霜嘧铜菌酯10g,用500mL的水溶解,为溶液I;
2)取苦参碱15g,水杨酸3g,阿魏酸3g,用50mL的乙醇完全溶,为溶液II;
3)取干的马齿苋茎叶10g,仙鹤草8g,荆芥4g切碎后用2000mL水小火煎制20min,溶液残留量为400mL后,过滤倒掉残渣,留过滤液,为溶液III;
4)取纤维素酶2g用10mL的CPW溶液溶解,为溶液IV,CPW的配方为:KH2PO4 27.2mg/L,KNO3 101mg/L,CaCl2.2H2O 1480mg/L,MgSO4.7H2O 240mg/L,KI0.15mg/L,CuSO4.5H2O0.025mg/L,pH5.6;
5)最后将溶液II、III、IV倒入溶液I中,充分混匀后,用水定容至1L,即得本发明的荞麦轮纹病防治剂。

4)取纤维素酶1-2g用10mL的CPW溶液溶解,为溶液IV,CPW的配方为:KH2PO4 27.2mg/L,KNO3 101mg/L,CaCl2.2H2O 1480mg/L,MgSO4.7H2O 240mg/L,KI0.15mg/L,CuSO4.5H2O0.025mg/L,pH5.6;
