Abstract
口腔护理液及其制备方法，它属于口腔疾病的护理技术领域。现在市售的口腔护理液，一般只能保持口气清新，止血消炎、镇痛抗过敏的效果并不明显，并且口腔护理液中一般酒精含量较高，使用时刺激性较强。本发明所述的口腔护理液主要是由中药复合提取物、酒精、甘油、水溶性薄荷脑、木糖醇、吐温60、防腐剂、去离子水制成，所述的中药复合提取物主要是由水仙桃、白紫草、杯菊、金不换、鹿耳林、金银花、连翘、醇溶性蜂胶提取物制成。本发明初始抑菌率达到99.5％，经过37℃相对湿度≧75％的条件下放置6个月，抑菌率仍达到95％以上。

技术领域
本发明属于口腔疾病的护理技术领域；具体涉及一种口腔护理液及其制备方法。
背景技术
口腔、咽喉是进食和呼吸的通道，又是饮食水进入人体的必经之路，与人的健康生存息息相关。细菌及病毒感染，空气污染，用声过度、烟酒及辛辣燥热刺激食物等因素易导致口腔问题。在外界理化因子的损害、病原的侵入、牙颌面发育异常以及全身性疾病等情况下出现的病理现象。口腔疾病的种类很多，原发于口腔的疾病.牙周病会感染心血管组织，引起心血管疾病。当患有牙周病，其产生的细菌进入到血液当中，会附着在冠状动脉的脂肪酸，容易产生血块，阻碍血液流通，影响氧气和营养的正常供应，从而导致心脏疾患。不及时治疗口腔疾病，引起败血症。
口腔疾病产生诸多病毒，其通过血液循环，可传到身体其他部位，包括脑部也会深受其害。具体来讲，口中长期保留烂牙，或者炎症不及时治疗，会引起败血症。口腔疾病产生有害细菌，可引起糖尿病。口腔疾病引起的细胞因子具有破坏性，不利于人体健康，例如：过多的细胞因子会破坏胰岛腺，减少人体必要胰岛素的分泌量，容易引起Ⅱ型糖尿病的发生。可以说，高血压、糖尿病是口腔疾病的并发症，因此想预防高血压、糖尿病，要注意口腔护理。
现在市售的口腔护理液，一般只能保持口气清新，止血消炎、镇痛抗过敏的效果并不明显，并且口腔护理液中一般酒精含量较高，使用时刺激性较强。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种温和的、疗效显著的口腔护理液及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种口腔护理液，所述的口腔护理液主要是由中药复合提取物、酒精、甘油、水溶性薄荷脑、木糖醇、吐温60、防腐剂、去离子水制成，其重量份数分别为5～10份的中药复合提取物、5～10份的酒精、5～10份的甘油、0.5～1份的水溶性薄荷脑、0.5～1份的木糖醇、0.5～1份的吐温60、0.5～1份的防腐剂、80～100份的去离子水，所述的中药复合提取物主要是由水仙桃、白紫草、杯菊、金不换、鹿耳林、金银花、连翘、醇溶性蜂胶提取物制成。
本发明所述的口腔护理液，所述的中药复合提取物中水仙桃的重量份数为7～15份、白紫草的重量份数为15～20份、杯菊的重量份数为15～20份、金不换的重量份数为10～15份、鹿耳林的重量份数为5～10份、金银花的重量份数为20～30份、连翘的重量份数为10～15份、醇溶性蜂胶提取物的重量份数为10～20份。
本发明所述的口腔护理液，所述的防腐剂是山梨酸钾和西吡氯胺的混合物，其中山梨酸钾和西吡氯胺的的质量比为1:1。
本发明所述的口腔护理液，所述的醇溶性蜂胶提取物的浓度为100g/l。
本发明所述的口腔护理液，所述的酒精浓度为95％的医用酒精。
本发明所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
步骤1、中药复合提取物的制备；
步骤2、按照重量份数分别称取5～10份的中药复合提取物、5～10份的酒精、5～10份的甘油，将称量好的中药复合提取物缓慢加入酒精中，在搅拌条件下缓慢加入甘油，搅拌均匀后得到第一混合液待用；
步骤3、按照重量份数分别称取0.5～1份的水溶性薄荷脑、0.5～1份的木糖醇、0.5～1份的吐温60、0.5～1份的防腐剂、80～100份的去离子水，将称量好的药品倒入去离子水中，搅拌均匀后得到第二混合液待用；
步骤4、将步骤2制得的第一混合液，在搅拌的条件下缓慢加入步骤3制得的第二混合液中，搅拌均匀后，得到所述的口腔护理液。
本发明所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，步骤1所述的中药复合提取物的制备，包括如下步骤：
步骤A、按照重量份数分别称取一定质量的水仙桃、白紫草、杯菊、金不换、鹿耳林、金银花、连翘，将称量好的中药分别置于中药超微粉碎机中粉碎5～20min，粉碎机功率1.8kw，粉碎机转速22000rad/min，粉碎量1～4kg/h，粉碎后过100目筛备用；
步骤B、按照重量份数称取一定质量的醇溶性蜂胶提取物，将步骤A粉碎好的中药粉末混合均匀后称重，向混合好的中药粉末倒入所称质量10～20倍的酒精溶液，再加入称量好的醇溶性蜂胶提取物，在超声波的配合下进行酒精萃取，间断超声，每小时超声5～15min，超声频率1000～5000Hz，酒精萃取时间5～10h，取上清液A待用，剩余的滤渣继续按照上述方法用酒精溶液浸泡一次，浸泡后的上清液合并到上清液中，得到上清液B；
通过超声结合乙醇萃取，缩短了乙醇萃取的时间，提高了乙醇萃取的效率，间断超声法不仅提高了萃取的精度，并且能够节约持续超声带来的电能和热能的损耗，节约能源。
步骤C、将步骤B中得到的上清液B通过减压蒸馏回收酒精，控制温度55～65℃，压强-0.1MPa，得到中药复合提取物。
本发明所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，步骤2中的搅拌条件为搅拌转速100～200rad/min，搅拌时间5～10min；步骤3中的搅拌条件为搅拌转速100～200rad/min，搅拌时间2～5min。
本发明中的水仙桃为柳叶菜科植物毛草龙或草龙的全株，其作用是去腐生肌，消肿解毒。治口腔炎，溃疡。白紫草能够清热养阴，解毒。用于预防各种流行性病毒，外用治口腔炎，疮疡肿毒。杯菊能够清热解毒，用全草消炎止血。金不换大小如芝麻，内含于果实中，颗粒饱满圆润，具有镇痛及镇静作用，对口疮及汤火伤有治疗作用。鹿耳林具有清热解毒作用，主治扁桃体炎、上呼吸道感染、肋腺炎、咽喉炎、气管炎、口腔炎。
本发明精选功效显著的水仙桃、白紫草、杯菊、金不换、鹿耳林、金银花、连翘等优质道地药材配伍醇溶性蜂胶提取物，采用超微粉碎技术结合酒精萃取出精华活性成分，最大限度地使植物精华和蜂胶成分结合在一起，用以消除口腔炎症，解毒消肿，止血止痛，多途径地有效解决牙齿问题；同时为了增强人体的吸收利用效果和增加使用时的口感，本发明精心添加了水溶性薄荷脑、木糖醇、吐温60，充分发挥有效成分的口腔护理功效。
本发明初始抑菌率达到99.5％，经过37℃相对湿度≧75％的条件下放置6个月，抑菌率仍达到95％以上。

本实施方式初始实验与放置6个月以后测得的金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、肺炎克雷白杆菌、大肠杆菌的作用时间为2min，稀释倍数为1倍下的测试结果，如表1所示，通过表1可以看出本实施方式具有良好的抑菌效果。

具体实施方式二：
根据具体实施方式一所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
步骤1、中药复合提取物的制备；
步骤2、按照重量份数分别称取5份的中药复合提取物、5份的酒精、5份的甘油，将称量好的中药复合提取物缓慢加入酒精中，在搅拌条件下缓慢加入甘油，搅拌均匀后得到第一混合液待用；
步骤3、按照重量份数分别称取0.5份的水溶性薄荷脑、0.5份的木糖醇、0.5份的吐温60、0.5份的防腐剂、80份的去离子水，将称量好的药品倒入去离子水中，搅拌均匀后得到第二混合液待用；
步骤4、将步骤2制得的第一混合液，在搅拌的条件下缓慢加入步骤3制得的第二混合液中，搅拌均匀后，得到所述的口腔护理液。
根据本实施方式所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，步骤1所述的中药复合提取物的制备，包括如下步骤：
步骤A、按照重量份数分别称取一定质量的水仙桃、白紫草、杯菊、金不换、鹿耳林、金银花、连翘，将称量好的中药分别置于中药超微粉碎机中粉碎10min，粉碎机功率1.8kw，粉碎机转速22000rad/min，粉碎量1～4kg/h，粉碎后过100目筛备用；
步骤B、按照重量份数称取一定质量的醇溶性蜂胶提取物，将步骤A粉碎好的中药粉末混合均匀后称重，向混合好的中药粉末倒入所称质量12倍的酒精溶液，再加入称量好的醇溶性蜂胶提取物，在超声波的配合下进行酒精萃取，间断超声，每小时超声5min，超声频率1000Hz，酒精萃取时间10h，取上清液A待用，剩余的滤渣继续按照上述方法用酒精溶液浸泡一次，浸泡后的上清液合并到上清液中，得到上清液B；
步骤C、将步骤B中得到的上清液B通过减压蒸馏回收酒精，控制温度55℃，压强-0.1MPa，得到中药复合提取物。
根据本实施方式所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，步骤2中的搅拌条件为搅拌转速100rad/min，搅拌时间10min。
根据本实施方式所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，步骤3中的搅拌条件为搅拌转速100rad/min，搅拌时间5min。
通过SD大鼠口腔及黏膜用药急性毒性实验，对本实施方式制备的所述的口腔护理液的安全性进行评价。
实验方法是取SD大鼠20只，雌雄各10只，大鼠体重250-280g，将试验动物随机分成两组，即所述的口腔护理液组、生理盐水对照组，将所述的口腔护理液喷入大鼠口内，每次喷入量0.6ml，每间隔1h重复1次，每天进行12次，对照组给予等量的生理盐水，次数相同，记录给药后24h及连续7d动物的呼吸和中枢神经系统症状及其他的中毒表现，如表2所示。口腔护理液安全性高，大鼠全身状况、饮食、摄水完全正常，大鼠给药前后体重略有增加，给药前平均体重255.2g，给药后平均体重267.7g，动物处死尸解后的心、肝、脾、肺、肾无病理学改变。

具体实施方式三：
一种口腔护理液，所述的口腔护理液主要是由中药复合提取物、酒精、甘油、水溶性薄荷脑、木糖醇、吐温60、防腐剂、去离子水制成，其重量份数分别为6.7份的中药复合提取物、5.5份的酒精、6份的甘油、0.6份的水溶性薄荷脑、0.6份的木糖醇、1份的吐温60、0.8份的防腐剂、89份的去离子水，所述的中药复合提取物主要是由水仙桃、白紫草、杯菊、金不换、鹿耳林、金银花、连翘、醇溶性蜂胶提取物制成。
本实施方式所述的口腔护理液，所述的中药复合提取物中水仙桃的重量份数为9份、白紫草的重量份数为16份、杯菊的重量份数为16份、金不换的重量份数为12份、鹿耳林的重量份数为7份、金银花的重量份数为25份、连翘的重量份数为12份、醇溶性蜂胶提取物的重量份数为18份。

观察结论是：本实施方式所述的口腔护理液，耐热稳定测试条件下，无凝聚物或混浊，耐寒稳定性测试条件下不冻结、色泽稳定。
具体实施方式四：
根据具体实施方式三所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
步骤1、中药复合提取物的制备；
步骤2、按照重量份数分别称取一定质量的中药复合提取物、酒精、甘油，将称量好的中药复合提取物缓慢加入酒精中，在搅拌条件下缓慢加入甘油，搅拌均匀后得到第一混合液待用；
步骤3、按照重量份数分别称取一定质量的水溶性薄荷脑、木糖醇、吐温60、防腐剂、去离子水，将称量好的药品倒入去离子水中，搅拌均匀后得到第二混合液待用；
步骤4、将步骤2制得的第一混合液，在搅拌的条件下缓慢加入步骤3制得的第二混合液中，搅拌均匀后，得到所述的口腔护理液。

步骤C、将步骤B中得到的上清液B通过减压蒸馏回收酒精，控制温度60℃，压强-0.1MPa，得到中药复合提取物。
根据本实施方式所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，步骤2中的搅拌条件为搅拌转速200rad/min，搅拌时间6min。
根据本实施方式所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，步骤3中的搅拌条件为搅拌转速200rad/min，搅拌时间3min。
根据本实施方式制备的口腔护理液应用于140例患者的口腔护理，观察组70例应用本实施方式制得的口腔护理液，对照组70例应用生理盐水漱口，按照常规口腔护理方法进行口腔护理，每日2次，观察口腔黏膜充血、糜烂、溃疡个数和牙龈出血等情况，口干、口臭、口苦等症状是否加重、好转及消失。结果经7日、14日护理后两组症状对比，得出以下结论，应用本实施方式的患者，口腔黏膜充血、糜烂、溃疡情况完全改善，口干、口臭、牙龈出血方面有显著改善，而且患者反应口感很好，对局部黏膜刺激小，容易被患者接受，使用本实施方式的患者治愈率92.11％，有效率100％，使用生理盐水的患者治愈率62.77％，有效率80.16％。

1.一种口腔护理液，其特征在于：所述的口腔护理液主要是由中药复合提取物、酒精、甘油、水溶性薄荷脑、木糖醇、吐温60、防腐剂、去离子水制成，其重量份数分别为5～10份的中药复合提取物、5～10份的酒精、5～10份的甘油、0.5～1份的水溶性薄荷脑、0.5～1份的木糖醇、0.5～1份的吐温60、0.5～1份的防腐剂、80～100份的去离子水，所述的中药复合提取物主要是由水仙桃、白紫草、杯菊、金不换、鹿耳林、金银花、连翘、醇溶性蜂胶提取物制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理液，其特征在于：所述的中药复合提取物中水仙桃的重量份数为7～15份、白紫草的重量份数为15～20份、杯菊的重量份数为15～20份、金不换的重量份数为10～15份、鹿耳林的重量份数为5～10份、金银花的重量份数为20～30份、连翘的重量份数为10～15份、醇溶性蜂胶提取物的重量份数为10～20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的口腔护理液，其特征在于：所述的防腐剂是山梨酸钾和西吡氯胺的混合物，其中山梨酸钾和西吡氯胺的的质量比为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的口腔护理液，其特征在于：所述的醇溶性蜂胶提取物的浓度为100g/l。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的口腔护理液，其特征在于：所述的酒精浓度为95％的医用酒精。
6.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理液，其特征在于：所述的口腔护理液中中药复合提取物的重量份数为5份，酒精的重量份数为5份，甘油的重量份数为5份，水溶性薄荷脑的重量份数为0.5份，木糖醇的重量份数为0.5份，吐温60的重量份数为0.5份，防腐剂的重量份数为0.5份，去离子水的重量份数为80份。
7.一种权利要求1-6之一所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
步骤1、中药复合提取物的制备；
步骤2、按照重量份数分别称取5～10份的中药复合提取物、5～10份的酒精、5～10份的甘油，将称量好的中药复合提取物缓慢加入酒精中，在搅拌条件下缓慢加入甘油，搅拌均匀后得到第一混合液待用；
步骤3、按照重量份数分别称取0.5～1份的水溶性薄荷脑、0.5～1份的木糖醇、0.5～1份的吐温60、0.5～1份的防腐剂、80～100份的去离子水，将称量好的药品倒入去离子水中，搅拌均匀后得到第二混合液待用；
步骤4、将步骤2制得的第一混合液，在搅拌的条件下缓慢加入步骤3制得的第二混合液中，搅拌均匀后，得到所述的口腔护理液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤1所述的中药复合提取物的制备，包括如下步骤：
步骤A、按照重量份数分别称取一定质量的水仙桃、白紫草、杯菊、金不换、鹿耳林、金银花、连翘，将称量好的中药分别置于中药超微粉碎机中粉碎5～20min，粉碎机功率1.8kw，粉碎机转速22000rad/min，粉碎量1～4kg/h，粉碎后过100目筛备用；
步骤B、按照重量份数称取一定质量的醇溶性蜂胶提取物，将步骤A粉碎好的中药粉末混合均匀后称重，向混合好的中药粉末倒入所称质量10～20倍的酒精溶液，再加入称量好的醇溶性蜂胶提取物，在超声波的配合下进行酒精萃取，间断超声，每小时超声5～15min，超声频率1000～5000Hz，酒精萃取时间5～10h，取上清液A待用，剩余的滤渣继续按照上述方法用酒精溶液浸泡一次，浸泡后的上清液合并到上清液中，得到上清液B；
步骤C、将步骤B中得到的上清液B通过减压蒸馏回收酒精，控制温度55～65℃，压强-0.1MPa，得到中药复合提取物。
9.根据权利要求7所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤2中的搅拌条件为搅拌转速100～200rad/min，搅拌时间5～10min。
10.根据权利要求7所述的口腔护理液的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤3中的搅拌条件为搅拌转速100～200rad/min，搅拌时间2～5min。
