一种不含硅氧烷的透明香波及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明公开了一种透明香波,具体的说,是一种不含硅氧烷的透明香波,本发明还公开了该透明香波的制备方法,属于日化用品领域。
背景技术
从国内洗发水发展历程来看,20世纪七八十年代洗发水功能单一,注重洗净功能;从1985年开始洗发水注重洗护合一和柔顺功效,之后洗发水产品功能细分明显,纯天然、植物型产品初露端倪,人们的观念上升到对头发进行全面护理的新阶段;2000年至今产品开始追求深层清洁和深层修护,人们不再满足简单的洗净,而是要求由内而外的健康清洁。
但是,长期使用含硅油洗发水,硅油会在头发上层层积聚,导致头发不自然、油腻、厚重、坍塌、干枯毛躁;其次,硅油的惰性导致其在环境中的降解难度大,对环境造成一定的破坏。因此无硅油洗发水作为一种健康时尚的生活方式应运而生,而在国外无硅油早已成为洗发水流行的趋势。在日本市场上,无硅油洗护发品牌自2007年起逐年增加,主打头皮护理功效,推崇天然和不添加防腐剂概念;在欧美,无硅油洗发水中不断添加天然舒缓成分,起到按摩头皮、舒缓压力等头皮护理功能。在中国,无硅油洗护产品进军日化市场才刚刚开始起步,市场鱼目混珠。有的厂商为了跟紧无硅油潮流,单纯地在配方中去掉硅油,这不过是20世纪70年代未添加硅油洗发水的翻版,带来的是调理性能的下降,是技术的倒退,因此并不是真正的无硅油洗发水。
从目前来看国内市场的无硅油洗发产品多数采用常规的阴离子表面活性剂来构架清洁体系,但是,从根源上就增加了无硅油洗发的刺激性,另外现有市场的无硅油洗发产品的调理剂通常通过一些植物油脂来替代硅油,但实际使用效果不及硅油;另外油脂的增溶难易程度容易引起洗发体系变浑浊,难以做到透明。
现有无硅油香波最大的特点是:透明体系、粘度低、使用后头发蓬松。而透明体系必然要求表活能有效增溶大部分油脂、以及阳离子调理剂,而现有国内市场的无硅油产品多数以烷醇聚醚硫酸盐类为主表活,虽然有效提升产品的泡沫、增溶油脂。而这一选择导致了产品的脱脂力提高,对头皮的刺激性也大大增加;并且现有的无硅油香波多以阳离子聚合物(聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-7、瓜儿羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵)复配一些植物性油脂,调理性能上仍与有硅油的无法媲美,导致用后干涩、无光泽。
总而言之,目前市面已售的国内外无硅油香波大部分都存在一定技术缺陷,主要有以下几种情况:1、头皮的舒适性不够,表活清洁力太高刺激头皮2、调理性能不够好,不能满足消费者的需求;3.难以找到调理性能与产品透明度的平衡点,透明度好的调理性差。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的第一目的是提供一种安全、无刺激、环保、温和滋养头皮的透明香波。
本发明的第二目的是提供上述透明香波的制备方法。
为此,本发明提供的第一个技术方案是这样的:

本发明的另外一个技术方案是上述不含硅氧烷的透明香波的制备方法,该方法依次包括下述步骤:
1)按配方组成的质量比称取各个组分;
2)将水加入乳化锅中,在将步骤1)称取的聚季铵盐-10加入配方的冷去离子水溶解并开始升温;
3)将EDTA二钠、柠檬酸、聚季铵盐-7、C16-C22酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、甘油添加至乳化锅中,保持搅拌
4)将椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰两性乙酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、椰油酰胺MEA依次加入乳化锅,升温至75℃
5)确保所有料体溶解,开始降温,将PPG-3辛基醚、PPG-3肉豆蔻醇醚、D-泛醇加入乳化锅,搅拌至溶解;
6)降温至40~45℃时加山嵛酰胺丙基PG-二甲基氯化铵、水解小麦蛋白PG-丙基硅烷三醇、解胶原PG-丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、N-酰氨基酸盐、己脒定二羟乙磺酸盐、水解蛋白、洋甘菊提取物、防腐剂、香精,搅拌10~15min即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的技术方案具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明洗发水泡沫丰富细腻,清洁力适中,头发的梳理性能提升;
2、本发明的洗发水富含保湿因子,对头皮形成保湿屏障,温和滋养头皮;
3、本发明的洗发水温和抑菌去屑,有利于改善头皮环境。

为了证明本发明提供的不含硅氧烷的透明香波有益效果,下面设计实验对发明洗发水与市售现有同类洗发水进行香波性能评估试验:
1、通过罗氏泡沫法(Rose mile)评估洗发水的泡沫效果;
2、通过发廊半头试验(Half test)评估洗发水的清洁效果以及调理性能;
3、通过消费者试用评估洗发水的清洁效果以及头皮舒适程度
4、通过全能测试仪测定本发明洗发水与市售洗发水的梳理力
5、检测染发后头发表面的接触角(Contact Angle),接触角反映头发的疏水性,疏水性是头发损伤标志,接触角变化的对应的结果如下:

用本发明实施例1至实施例5提供的不含硅氧烷的透明香波和市售无硅油香波作为对比例,具体如下:
测试结果:
1.仪器测试
使用仪器对实例配方1、2、3、4、5和市售产品1、市售产品2的理化指标以及梳理性能进行测试。具体测试结果见下表1

2、发廊半头实验:
半头测试对比组合,参阅图1,由图1中的组合可得出:对比例1和对比例2含测试数据3组,实施例1(图1中记为1)、实施例2(图1中记为2)、实施例3(图1中记为3)和市售产品1(图1中记为D1),市售产品2((图1中记为D2),根据评估数据的相近性,分别取数据组平均值制图,结果如下图1所示。从雷达图的曲线上可以看出,本发明实例配方冲洗的柔滑性、湿发梳理性都有显著性的提升。并且在干发的梳理性、干发柔软度、干发的顺滑度上也有近3.0%-8.0%的提升。
3.将自然黑发使用主要成分含红色碱性染料的染发剂染发成红褐色,用香波连续洗涤头发10次,结果显示本发明香波洗涤的头发接触角无明显变化,市售样品1香波洗后的头发接触角有明显的降低,说明头发受到了损伤,疏水性减弱导致了头发的接触角增加。
4.消费者试用
选用本发明的试用者40人,其中男生自然短发8人,女生中长自然发12人,女生中长染发7人,女生中长拉直发6人,女生中长染烫受损发7人。另外,40人中含有13人具有明显头皮问题:起屑,易头痒。
试用者在自己的洗发习惯周期内连续进行试用3次本发明的无硅油透明香波,32人表现为非常喜欢,7人表示喜欢,1人表现一般1;
40人中有13人含有明显头皮问题,试用后反馈结果如下:均明显减少头屑及缓解头痒。
