Abstract

本发明公开了一种无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水的制备方法,属于日用化学品技术领域。本发明的无硅氨基酸洗发水组分按质量百分比计:表面活性剂20~33%,调理剂6~19.5%,防腐剂0.1~0.4%,香精0.5~1.5%,水45.6~73%。本发明所制作的洗发水不添加硅物质,有效减少头发毛囊伤害,可使头发毛囊保持良好的清爽,所含丰富氨基酸有助提高头发坚韧性,提升头发丝滑质感和弹性;增加头发润泽度,而且柔滑而不粘腻;有效修护染烫受损发质和因暴晒脱水或干冷缺水而造成的干枯受损发质。对头发,皮肤,眼睛无刺激,安全温和。

技术领域
本发明属于日化用品领域,具体是一种无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上流通的洗发水基本都是含有硅化合物,如聚二甲基硅氧烷,氨基硅油等。硅油是一种不溶于水的润滑剂,含硅油化学成分的洗发水能在洗发时瞬间形成保护膜,起到保湿锁水以及头发柔顺的作用。但由于具不溶于水的特性,随着作用次数的增多,不溶于水的硅油积聚在头发毛鳞片之间,造成顺滑的假象,大量硅油会导致封闭头皮毛孔,头发进而干枯受损,严重的会导致脱发的后遗症。在人们日益注重健康的情况下,针对如何令头发头皮减少伤害,需要在根本上针对头发作出养护修复。氨基酸,是蛋白质的基础单位,人体包括毛发所需的营养离不开各种氨基酸,在此条件下,开发出一种无硅物质且富含氨基酸营养物更有利于人们头发的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无硅油氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水。为了实现以上目的,本发明的一种无硅油氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水,其组分及质量百分比如下:水45.6~73%,表面活性剂20~33%,调理剂6~19.5%,防腐剂0.1~0.4%,香精0.5~1.5%
上述表面活性剂的组分及质量百分比为:脂肪醇醚硫酸铵7~10%,脂肪醇硫酸铵5~9%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5~8%,十二烷基二甲基氯化铵3~6%。
上述调理剂的组分及质量百分比为:羊毛脂0.5~2%,阳离子纤维素JR400 0.5~1.5%,氨基酸植物保湿剂1~3%,壳聚糖丝素蛋白1~3%,聚季铵盐47 1~4%,聚季铵盐22 1~3%,甘宝露0.5~1.5%,柠檬酸0.5~1.5%。
上述防腐剂的组分及质量百分比为:山梨酸钾0.05~0.2%,脱氢乙酸钠0.05~0.2%。
本发明中洗发水所含的柠檬酸,其作用为保持洗发水适合的PH值。
进一步地,上述洗发水的PH值为6.5~7.5。
羊毛脂,羊毛脂具有渗透性,使用过程中可渗透到皮肤深层,补充人体肌肤必需的脂肪酸、胶原蛋白,维持皮肤及头发油脂平衡,可以减轻头皮的干燥感,改进毛囊健康状况,改进头发的梳理性,修复受损毛发。
氨基酸植物保湿剂,化学名为三甲基甘氨酸,是一种天然结构物质,两性离子型保湿成份,能迅速改善肌肤和头皮的水份保持力,激发细胞活力,对头发有出色的天然保湿效果,使头发光亮,毛发的润滑感,修复头发在美发后的损伤,具有良好的保湿,抗静电作用。
壳聚糖丝素蛋白,一种以动植物来源的壳糖丝素蛋白,富含十多种人体所需氨基酸,其中甘氨酸(gly)、丙氨酸(ala)和丝氨酸(ser)较多,能防止头发受损及分叉,使头发重现健康,润泽柔顺,具有优良的干梳理性,有效改善湿梳理性。
聚季铵盐47,是一种多元共聚的季铵盐高分子聚合物,具有显著的抗静电,润滑,柔顺和杀菌的功能,使头发发亮,柔顺易疏,具有优异的润滑性和丝滑感。在改善头发的干,湿理性中具有优异的抗缠绕能力。
聚季铵盐22,具有卓越的干湿梳理性,使用效果上能让头发触感丝一般柔软,同时具有优良的保湿效果。
阳离子纤维素JR400,对头发和皮肤有最大的亲和能力,减轻洗涤剂对皮肤的刺激,修复头发末稍的分叉,提高发质的柔顺、滑爽和抗静电性,而且其复配性好,对洗发护发产品有良好的增稠作用。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的洗发水通过富含氨基酸组分的原料与动、植物型表面活性剂有效结合,性能稳定,泡沫细腻,对受损、脆弱发质补充所需营养。其丰富的氨基酸养分能深入皮肤,使肌肤与头发毛囊更健康。本发明采用不含硅油成分的调理剂,有效改善毛囊跟头发毛鳞上油脂的积聚,告别洗头后封闭的头皮毛孔,使营养能更过地被毛囊吸收。
具体实施方式:
一种无硅油氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水的制备:
本发明通过以下技术方案实现无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水的制作。包括以下按重量百分比计算的组份:脂肪醇醚硫酸铵7%~10%,脂肪醇硫酸铵5%~8%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%~8%,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺3%~6%,羊毛脂0.5%~2%,阳离子纤维素JR400 0.5%~1.5%,氨基酸植物保湿剂1%~3%,壳聚糖丝素蛋白1%~3%,聚季铵盐47 1%~4%,聚季铵盐22 1%~3%,山梨酸钾0.05~0.2%,脱氢乙酸钠0.05~0.2%,甘宝露0.5~1.5%%,柠檬酸0.5~1.5%,香精0.5~1.5%,余量为水。
进一步地,以上所述的脂肪醇醚硫酸铵70wt%,脂肪醇硫酸铵70wt%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱35wt%,十二烷基二甲基氧化铵30wt%。
进一步地,作为优选,选取组分总重量67%水,加入羊毛脂0.5%,脂肪醇醚硫酸铵9%,脂肪醇硫酸铵6%,加热至70℃~75℃,搅拌溶解,通过水套冷却至40℃左右,边搅拌边加入山梨酸钾0.5%,氢乙酸钠0.5%,阳离子纤维素JR400 0.5%,氨基酸植物保湿剂1%,壳聚糖丝素蛋白1%,聚季铵盐22 1.5%,聚季铵盐47 2%,,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6%,十二烷基二甲基氧化铵4%,甘宝露0.5%,加入香精适量,再加入柠檬酸调HP值为6.5~7.5之间即可制得。

1.一种无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水,其特征在于,按质量百分比计:脂肪醇醚硫酸铵7%~10%,脂肪醇硫酸铵5%~9%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%~8%,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺3%~6%,羊毛脂0.5%~2%,阳离子纤维素JR400 0.5%~1.5%,氨基酸植物保湿剂1%~3%,壳聚糖丝素蛋白1%~3%,聚季铵盐47 1%~4%,聚季铵盐22 1%~3%,山梨酸钾0.05%~0.2%,脱氢乙酸钠0.05%~0.2%,甘宝露0.5~1.5%,柠檬酸0.5~1.5%,香精0.5~1.5%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水,其特征在于,由以下优选的重量百分比计的组份组成:脂肪醇醚硫酸铵9%,脂肪醇硫酸铵6%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6%,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺4%,羊毛脂0.5%,阳离子纤维素JR400 0.5%,氨基酸植物保湿剂1%,壳聚糖丝素蛋白1%,聚季铵盐47 2%,聚季铵盐22 1.5%,山梨酸钾0.5%,脱氢乙酸钠0.5%,甘宝露0.5%,柠檬酸适量,香精适量,水67%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水,其特征在于,脂肪醇醚硫酸铵70wt%,脂肪醇硫酸铵70wt%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱35wt%,十二烷基二甲基氧化胺30wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水,其特征在于,所用的顺滑调理剂为羊毛脂、氨基酸、植物保湿剂、壳聚糖丝素蛋白、聚季铵盐47、聚季铵盐22,阳离子纤维素JR400;配合具有温柔清洁、调理、抗静电的表面活性剂协同作用制成的具有优异的调理护理、清洁、养发的无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水,其特征在于,所述的无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水,其特征在于包括以下步骤:取组分总量67.5%的超滤水,加入羊毛脂0.5%,脂肪醇醚硫酸铵9%,脂肪醇硫酸铵6%,加热至70℃~75℃,搅拌溶解,通过水套冷却至40℃左右,边搅拌边加入山梨酸钾0.5%,氢乙酸钠0.5%,阳离子纤维素0.5%,氨基酸植物保湿剂1%,壳聚糖丝素蛋白1%,聚季铵盐22 1.5%,聚季铵盐47 2%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6%,十二烷基二甲基氯化铵4%,甘宝露0.5%,柠檬酸适量,香精适量,搅拌均匀即可。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无硅氨基酸蚕丝蛋白洗发水,其特征在于,通过两大类原料(阳离子表面活性剂和调理剂)的加热溶解和搅拌均匀所得的成品,其特征是各组份的性能互补和共同作用形成的,本洗发水的性能是通过严密实验所得组分配比,有关的细微修改,替换功效相同组分的均仍属于本发明的范围之内。
