本发明公开了一种透明性增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将二硬脂酸脂、水、羊毛脂和氨基酸混合,制得第一混合物;S2、将透明质酸钠、透明质酸、维生素B‑12、水解蚕丝、水解胶原、甜菜碱、聚谷氨酸、乙酰基六肽‑8、水和甘油混合,制得第二混合物;S3、将所述第一混合物和第二混合物混合,制得所述透明性增稠剂。该透明性增稠剂耐光照、高温不变色、低温不果冻;具有优异的增稠作用,能够有效降低透明质酸增稠剂的使用成本,无刺激性且安全性较高;同时该透明性增稠剂能够用于补充人体头发、头皮和毛囊的营养物质。本发明的透明性增稠剂制备方法简单,产品稳定易保存,易于工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品技术领域,特别涉及一种透明性增稠剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日化用品中为实现使用粘度,提高使用感和乳化体系的稳定性,需添加增稠剂,现有增稠剂配方包括有机合成高分子分子和天然高分子。目前,应用较多的是有机合成高分子,但合成过程中产生较大环境污染并具有潜在的生物安全性风险。随着消费观念的转变和环保意识的提高,人们对日用化学品特别是以表面活性剂为主要原料的产品在安全、温和、环保等方面的要求越来越高。
透明质酸是一种高分子的聚合物,是由单位D-葡萄糖醛酸及N-乙酰葡糖胺组成的高级多糖。D-葡萄糖醛酸及N-乙酰葡糖胺之间由β-1,3-糖苷键相连,双糖单位之间由β-1,4-糖苷键相连。透明质酸是生物细胞外基质的重要成分之一,且已广泛应用与美容整形领域,生物安全性好,且能生物合成。虽然透明质酸分子具有一定的增稠效果,但低浓度和低分子量的透明质酸缺乏明显增稠作用。
氨基酸型表面活性剂以生物物质为基础,是新型天然绿色表面活性剂,具有优良的洗涤、杀菌、润湿、发泡、乳化、温和不刺激、抗硬水、生物相容性、可降解、可再生等性能。但是,氨基酸型表面活性剂在实际应用过程中难以通过简单方法增稠,进而获得具有合适黏度的产品,这极大地影响了其在日化用品中广泛使用。使用常见的高分子聚合物类增稠剂会存在以下问题:1)高温易变色,低温易果冻,2)光照粘度下降;3)效果不好。
因此,开发出高效增稠且稳定性良好的增稠剂具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种透明性增稠剂及其制备方法,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
一方面,本发明提供的一种透明性增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将二硬脂酸脂、水、羊毛脂和氨基酸混合,制得第一混合物;
S2、将透明质酸钠、透明质酸、维生素B-12、水解蚕丝、水解胶原、甜菜碱、聚谷氨酸、乙酰基六肽-8、水和甘油混合,制得第二混合物;
S3、将所述第一混合物和第二混合物混合,制得所述透明性增稠剂。
其中:聚谷氨酸、透明质酸钠、维生素B-12均为高蛋白高营养的物质,通过增稠的包裹性的方式输送到本产品中,让其快速的应用到人们日常的生活和生产中,提高人体的免疫力和健康头皮毛囊的效果。
现有的护发产品大多采用硅油,当护发产品中含有硅时会使人脱发、掉发、头皮发痒,虽然头发洗完后是顺滑的,是因为在洗发水中添加了硅或者二甲基硅氧烷等化学组分,该组分的作用是把毛鳞片之间的空隙填满,于是造成滑顺的触觉,但硅本身的不透水性和其他惰性,也会封闭毛孔,造成头皮也容易发痒,甚至可能并发落发、脱发的后遗症。而本发明采用的水溶性羊毛脂是在羊毛的附近毛孔中提取出来的,所以该透明增稠剂在增稠透明的同时通过羊毛脂比较柔和的方式粘连在头皮和毛孔中,起到一定的滋养作用。这与现有的硅油生产出来的产品是完全不同的。通过小分子合成技术的方式将透明质酸增稠复配的效果,达到运用在整个生理的毛孔和皮肤的半成品配方中。

在某些实施方案中,步骤S1中将二硬脂酸脂、水、羊毛脂和氨基酸投入锅中进行搅拌,制得所述第一混合物,控制搅拌速率为50-200r/min,搅拌时间为10-20min。
在某些实施方案中,步骤S2包括:
先将水升温至85-90℃;
继续加入透明质酸钠、透明质酸、维生素B-12、水解蚕丝、水解胶原、甜菜碱、聚谷氨酸、乙酰基六肽-8和甘油搅拌,并控制温度为60℃,制得所述第二混合物。
在某些实施方案中,步骤S2中控制搅拌速率为50-200r/min,搅拌时间为10-20min。
在某些实施方案中,步骤S3为:将所述第二混合物投入步骤S1中的锅中继续搅拌,控制搅拌速率为50-200r/min,搅拌时间为10min。
另一方面,本发明提供的一种透明性增稠剂,其由上述制备方法制得,
其中:包括以下步骤:
S1、将二硬脂酸脂、水、羊毛脂和氨基酸混合,制得第一混合物;
S2、将透明质酸钠、透明质酸、维生素B-12、水解蚕丝、水解胶原、甜菜碱、聚谷氨酸、乙酰基六肽-8、水和甘油混合,制得第二混合物;
S3、将所述第一混合物和第二混合物混合,制得所述透明性增稠剂。
有益效果:本发明的透明性增稠剂为白色超透明性液体,耐光照、高温不变色、低温不果冻;吸附过滤物质像毛孔、毛囊、表皮层吸附营养物质,具有小分子肽类型,迎合增稠效果;该增稠剂具有优异的增稠作用,能够有效降低透明质酸增稠剂的使用成本,无刺激性且安全性较高;同时该透明性增稠剂能够用于补充人体头发、头皮和毛囊的营养物质。本发明的透明性增稠剂制备方法简单,产品稳定易保存,易于工业化生产。

下面通过实施方式对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
透明性增稠剂包括以下质量比的组分:
第一混合物:
第二混合物包括:
该透明性增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将二硬脂酸脂、水、羊毛脂和氨基酸投入锅中进行搅拌,控制搅拌速率为50r/min,搅拌时间为20min,制得第一混合物;
S2、先将水升温至85℃;继续加入透明质酸钠、透明质酸、维生素B-12、水解蚕丝、水解胶原、甜菜碱、聚谷氨酸、乙酰基六肽-8和甘油搅拌,控制搅拌速率为50r/min,搅拌时间为20min,并控制温度为60℃,制得第二混合物;
S3、将第二混合物投入步骤S1中的锅中继续搅拌,控制搅拌速率为50r/min,搅拌时间为10min,制得该透明性增稠剂。
实施例2
透明性增稠剂包括以下质量比的组分:

该透明性增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将二硬脂酸脂、水、羊毛脂和氨基酸投入锅中进行搅拌,控制搅拌速率为100r/min,搅拌时间为15min,制得第一混合物;
S2、先将水升温至88℃;继续加入透明质酸钠、透明质酸、维生素B-12、水解蚕丝、水解胶原、甜菜碱、聚谷氨酸、乙酰基六肽-8和甘油搅拌,控制搅拌速率为100r/min,搅拌时间为15min,并控制温度为60℃,制得第二混合物;
S3、将第二混合物投入步骤S1中的锅中继续搅拌,控制搅拌速率为100r/min,搅拌时间为10min,制得该透明性增稠剂。
实施例3
透明性增稠剂包括以下质量比的组分:

该透明性增稠剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将二硬脂酸脂、水、羊毛脂和氨基酸投入锅中进行搅拌,控制搅拌速率为200r/min,搅拌时间为10min,制得第一混合物;
S2、先将水升温至90℃;继续加入透明质酸钠、透明质酸、维生素B-12、水解蚕丝、水解胶原、甜菜碱、聚谷氨酸、乙酰基六肽-8和甘油搅拌,控制搅拌速率为200r/min,搅拌时间为10min,并控制温度为60℃,制得第二混合物;
S3、将第二混合物投入步骤S1中的锅中继续搅拌,控制搅拌速率为200r/min,搅拌时间为10min,制得该透明性增稠剂。
性能测试
1、稳定性检测
实施例1-3制得的透明性增稠剂为稳定性良好的澄清透明液体,并对实施例1-3的透明性增稠剂进行稳定性检测,将其置于50℃烘箱、4℃和-18℃冰箱,对外观、pH值。粘度以及其他项目进行长达3个月的持续测试,观察是否析水、分层、沉淀、变色等不良现象,检测结果表明,均未出现不良现象,不会产生危险的分解产物,说明其稳定性良好。
2、对实施例1-3的透明性增稠剂进行卫生指标测试,结果如表1所示:

Claims (10)
1.一种透明性增稠剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将二硬脂酸脂、水、羊毛脂和氨基酸混合,制得第一混合物;
S2、将透明质酸钠、透明质酸、维生素B-12、水解蚕丝、水解胶原、甜菜碱、聚谷氨酸、乙酰基六肽-8、水和甘油混合,制得第二混合物;
S3、将所述第一混合物和第二混合物混合,制得所述透明性增稠剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明性增稠剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中将二硬脂酸脂、水、羊毛脂和氨基酸投入锅中进行搅拌,制得所述第一混合物,控制搅拌速率为50-200r/min,搅拌时间为10-20min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种透明性增稠剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2包括:
先将水升温至85-90℃;
继续加入透明质酸钠、透明质酸、维生素B-12、水解蚕丝、水解胶原、甜菜碱、聚谷氨酸、乙酰基六肽-8和甘油搅拌,并控制温度为60℃,制得所述第二混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种透明性增稠剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中控制搅拌速率为50-200r/min,搅拌时间为10-20min。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种透明性增稠剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3为:将所述第二混合物投入步骤S1中的锅中继续搅拌,控制搅拌速率为50-200r/min,搅拌时间为10min。
10.一种透明性增稠剂,其由权利要求1至9中任一权利要求所述的制备方法制得。
