背景技术
随着人们对食品安全性要求的不断提高,使用天然“绿色”健康的保鲜技术延长肉制品货架期的方法也越来越受到人们的重视,将成为今后肉制品保鲜的一个主要发展方向。因目前冷却猪肉及制品的色泽和风味保持不佳、安全性差、保质期短,保鲜效果远为未达到广大消费者的需求。

本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种绿色安全的冷鲜肉保鲜剂。
