发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种治愈率高、复发率低且避免仔猪体重骤降的罹患结肠炎型沙门氏菌病的夏季保育期仔猪养殖方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种罹患结肠炎型沙门氏菌病的夏季保育期仔猪养殖方法,主要包括如下步骤:
(1)清洁猪舍:及时清除猪舍内的排泄物,并向排泄物中按重量比15-20:1的比例加入粪便处理剂,混合均匀后用塑料薄膜密封堆放2-3天,再做深埋处理,同时采用40-45℃温水冲洗猪舍,并在猪舍内按重量比10-15:1:0.5的比例铺入干麦秸秆和新鲜采集的樒树叶与木荷叶;
(2)营养饲喂:对患病仔猪实行隔离饲养,主要饲喂流体饲料,每天饲喂4-5次,并在饮水中按体积比10-15:1的比例兑入营养液;
(3)快速治疗:对患病仔猪肌肉注射恩诺沙星或磺胺嘧啶,并在饮水中按重量比30-40:0.5的比例兑入中药粉剂,待病症消失后继续用药3-5天,停止用药后逐渐转喂普通饲料。
所述粪便处理剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:糠醛渣15-20份、酱油渣5-10份、茶枯粉3-5份、醋糟2-3份、葡萄皮渣2-3份、蓖麻叶0.5-1份、磷石膏粉0.5-1份,其制备方法为:将所有原料充分混合后送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后利用超微粉碎机制成粉末,即得粪便处理剂。
上述粪便处理剂主要由农副产品的下脚料制成,具有制备成本低和实现资源合理利用、降低环境污染的特点,通过粪便处理剂的使用,对病猪排泄物进行除臭和杀菌处理,有效杀灭排泄物中存在的病菌。

所述中药粉剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:雪里红10-15份、胡萝卜缨10-15份、荠菜5-10份、芹菜叶5-10份、生菜3-5份、莴笋叶3-5份、韭菜2-3份、苦苣1-2份、冬瓜藤1-2份、预糊化淀粉5-10份、水60-80份,其制备方法为:将雪里红、胡萝卜缨、荠菜、芹菜叶、生菜、莴笋叶、韭菜、苦苣和冬瓜藤加入水中,浸泡15-30min后利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过270目筛,向所得滤液中加入预糊化淀粉,混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后利用粉碎机制成粉末,过100-120目筛,即得中药粉剂。
上述中药粉剂由常见的蔬菜经磨浆提取制得,原料易得,制备成本低,并且没有经过高温处理,保留其活性药物成分的原本结构,对结肠炎型沙门氏菌病具有优异的辅助治疗效果,且无任何毒副作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在猪舍内铺入新鲜采集樒树叶与木荷叶的方式对猪舍除臭和驱赶蝇虫,防止病菌和蝇虫刺激患病仔猪而加重症状或延长治疗时间;再通过营养饲喂,饲喂易被仔猪消化吸收的物质,刺激仔猪的食欲,保证治疗期间仔猪的营养需求;并通过化药肌肉注射结合中药粉剂口服的治疗方式,治疗效果显著,缩短治疗时间,显著降低仔猪的死亡率。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)清洁猪舍:及时清除猪舍内的排泄物,并向排泄物中按重量比20:1的比例加入粪便处理剂,混合均匀后用塑料薄膜密封堆放3天,再做深埋处理,同时采用40-45℃温水冲洗猪舍,并在猪舍内按重量比15:1:0.5的比例铺入干麦秸秆和新鲜采集的樒树叶与木荷叶;
(2)营养饲喂:对患病仔猪实行隔离饲养,主要饲喂流体饲料,每天饲喂5次,并在饮水中按体积比15:1的比例兑入营养液;
(3)快速治疗:对患病仔猪肌肉注射恩诺沙星,并在饮水中按重量比40:0.5的比例兑入中药粉剂,待病症消失后继续用药3天,停止用药后逐渐转喂普通饲料。
粪便处理剂的制备:将20份糠醛渣、5份酱油渣、3份茶枯粉、3份醋糟、2份葡萄皮渣、0.5份蓖麻叶和0.5份磷石膏粉充分混合后送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后利用超微粉碎机制成粉末,即得粪便处理剂。
营养液的制备:将切成段的20份鲜芦笋、0.5份山药、0.2份南瓜子和0.1份葡萄籽加入150份水中,并利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过270目筛,所得滤液加热至回流状态保温搅拌15min,然后自然冷却至室温,最后加入0.3份酸奶,混合均匀,即得营养液。
中药粉剂的制备:将15份雪里红、10份胡萝卜缨、5份荠菜、5份芹菜叶、3份生菜、3份莴笋叶、2份韭菜、1份苦苣和1份冬瓜藤加入80份水中,浸泡30min后利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过270目筛,向所得滤液中加入8份预糊化淀粉,混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后利用粉碎机制成粉末,过120目筛,即得中药粉剂。
实施例2

(3)快速治疗:对患病仔猪肌肉注射恩诺沙星,待病症消失后继续用药3天,停止用药后逐渐转喂普通饲料。
实施例3
分别利用实施例1和实施例2所述养殖方法对同批罹患结肠炎型沙门氏菌病的仔猪进行养殖,并对养殖效果进行跟踪记录,具体如表1所示。

Claims (4)
1.一种罹患结肠炎型沙门氏菌病的夏季保育期仔猪养殖方法,其特征在于,主要包括如下步骤:
(1)清洁猪舍:及时清除猪舍内的排泄物,并向排泄物中按重量比15-20:1的比例加入粪便处理剂,混合均匀后用塑料薄膜密封堆放2-3天,再做深埋处理,同时采用40-45℃温水冲洗猪舍,并在猪舍内按重量比10-15:1:0.5的比例铺入干麦秸秆和新鲜采集的樒树叶与木荷叶;
(2)营养饲喂:对患病仔猪实行隔离饲养,主要饲喂流体饲料,每天饲喂4-5次,并在饮水中按体积比10-15:1的比例兑入营养液;
(3)快速治疗:对患病仔猪肌肉注射恩诺沙星或磺胺嘧啶,并在饮水中按重量比30-40:0.5的比例兑入中药粉剂,待病症消失后继续用药3-5天,停止用药后逐渐转喂普通饲料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罹患结肠炎型沙门氏菌病的夏季保育期仔猪养殖方法,其特征在于,所述粪便处理剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:糠醛渣15-20份、酱油渣5-10份、茶枯粉3-5份、醋糟2-3份、葡萄皮渣2-3份、蓖麻叶0.5-1份、磷石膏粉0.5-1份,其制备方法为:将所有原料充分混合后送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后利用超微粉碎机制成粉末,即得粪便处理剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的罹患结肠炎型沙门氏菌病的夏季保育期仔猪养殖方法,其特征在于,所述营养液由如下重量份数的原料制成:鲜芦笋15-20份、山药0.5-1份、酸奶0.3-0.5份、南瓜子0.2-0.3份、葡萄籽0.1-0.2份、水100-150份,其制备方法为:将切成段的鲜芦笋、山药、南瓜子和葡萄籽加入水中,并利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过270目筛,所得滤液加热至回流状态保温搅拌10-15min,然后自然冷却至室温,最后加入酸奶,混合均匀,即得营养液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的罹患结肠炎型沙门氏菌病的夏季保育期仔猪养殖方法,其特征在于,所述中药粉剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:雪里红10-15份、胡萝卜缨10-15份、荠菜5-10份、芹菜叶5-10份、生菜3-5份、莴笋叶3-5份、韭菜2-3份、苦苣1-2份、冬瓜藤1-2份、预糊化淀粉5-10份、水60-80份,其制备方法为:将雪里红、胡萝卜缨、荠菜、芹菜叶、生菜、莴笋叶、韭菜、苦苣和冬瓜藤加入水中,浸泡15-30min后利用功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过270目筛,向所得滤液中加入预糊化淀粉,混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机中,经充分干燥后利用粉碎机制成粉末,过100-120目筛,即得中药粉剂。
