技术领域
本发明涉及一种饲料,特别是一种防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料,属于饲料领域。
背景技术
鹅肝为鸭科动物鹅的肝脏。因其丰富的营养和特殊功效,使得鹅肝成为补血养生的理想食品。鹅肝的出名还因为法国著名的料理鹅肝。欧洲人将鹅肝与鱼子酱、松露并列为“世界三大珍馐”。鹅肝含碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、胆固醇和铁、锌、铜、钾、磷、钠等矿物质,有补血养目之功效,而且鹅肝口感好,入口即化,越来越多的消费者喜欢食用鹅肝。
在大规模养殖过程中,鹅肝炎是鹅最常见的病症之一,常在天气变化、气温低时突然发病,大多数病鹅在两周内发病,食欲减退,精神萎顿,行走迟缓 ,眼闭昏睡,粪便稀薄带有黄白色,严重者两腿痉挛、抽搐,来不及治疗就死亡。剖检见肝区肿大,肝部边缘肿大,周边发黄,给养殖户带来巨大的经济损失。
现阶段主要的防治方法有:
1.可在出壳4-16小时内接种病毒肝炎疫苗 ;定期饮服消毒药,如大肠杆菌杀星、氟本尼考制剂 。同时加入维生素 C,以提高抵抗力。也可使用抗病毒药物,如中草药、病毒唑等,防止早期感染。
2.发病初期可注射孵黄抗体或高免血清。
3.每天彻底清刷料槽 、水槽 ,病鹅用百毒杀消毒液按 1:2000的比例定期带鹅消毒。4.在每千克饲料中添加抗病毒药物病毒灵6 片 、复合维生素B10片 、肝太乐 1 0 片 、维生素C10片,连用5天为一个疗程。
5.氨苄青霉素5 克,加5 O千克水饮用 ,2 次/天,连用 3天为一个疗程。
以上几种方法不仅操作复杂,使用抗生素治疗还会使鹅产生耐药性,担心药物残留影响鹅肝品质。因此,一种既不含抗生素,又能防治鹅肝炎的饲料成为热门研究的课题。

发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料及其制备方法,本发明不含抗生素和人工合成生长激素,既能防止鹅得肝炎,影响鹅肝的品质,又能为鹅提供生长过程中所需的能量和蛋白质等营养。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料,其组成包括以下重量份数的原料:
大青叶10-20份;
桑叶粉 10-20份;
葛根藤粉 15-20份;
玉米粉 8-15份;
花生藤粉 5-10份;
花生麸 3-5份;
蔗髓 15-20份;
氨基酸钙 2-5份;
鱼腥草 2-3份;
大叶桉叶 2-3份;
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将桑叶、葛根藤、花生藤分别用鼓风干燥机烘干至水分小于10%,粉碎机打粉,过100目筛,制成细粉;干玉米粒用粉碎机打粉,过100目筛,制成玉米粉;各细粉按配方比例混合备用;
(2)将大青叶、花生麸、蔗髓、鱼腥草和大叶桉叶分别用鼓风干燥机烘干至水分小于10%,用粉碎机粉碎,并过80目筛,按配方比例混合备用;
(3)制作氨基酸钙:内脏下脚料200公斤,复合菌,玉米面50公斤(越脏的用量越多一些),食盐2.5公斤,石灰粉20公斤,事先将复合菌与玉米面混合好,备用,食盐则事先与下脚料混合好备用,保存的容器可以用缸,也可以用水泥池(不过水泥池中事先要垫上塑料薄膜),或其他容器,把所有料都混合均匀,上面再盖上一层塑料薄膜密封好。发酵半个月以上,发酵越久效果越好,香味很浓厚。注意此技术的关键点在于要密封严格,不让空气进入,否则会发臭和发酵失败;
复合菌由酵母菌2份,芽孢杆菌1份,和木瓜蛋白酶2粉,日本EM菌0.5份鸡蛋2份组成;日本EM菌是日本琉球大学的科技成果,目前在中国有较多应用,文献也介绍较多了,这里不再引用;
(4)将两次粉碎备用的细粉和氨基酸钙按配方比例混合均匀,即得成品。
本发明防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料使用方法:将饲料成品加入适量青草搅拌均匀即可饲养。
本发明的复合饲料还可以进一步加入其它粮食原料,如大米、高粱、小麦等。
本发明所用原料营养价值及其功用如下:
上述的大青叶【拉丁学名】Geum aleppicum,大青叶主要用于热毒发斑、丹毒、咽喉肿痛、口舌生疮、疮痈肿毒等症。近年来此药在临床上广泛应用,除可用治上述诸症外,又可用于痰热郁肺、咯痰黄稠;尤常用于流行性乙性脑炎,既可单味应用于预防,又可配合柴胡、银花、连翘、板蓝根、玄参、生地等,能清解气分、营分的热毒,可用治各种乙脑,而以偏热型较为合适。中国各地的大青叶品种甚多,植物来源各异,又:爵床科植物马蓝。十字花科植物菘蓝及大青。蓼科植物蓼蓝。豆科植物木蓝。以上植物的叶,都做为大青叶使用,也均能作为制青黛的原料,除木蓝外,其根均作为板蓝根使用。【功能主治】清热,解毒,凉血,止血。治温病热盛烦渴,流行性感冒,急性传染性肝炎,菌痢,急性胃肠炎,急性肺炎,丹毒,吐血,衄血,黄疸,痢疾,喉痹,口疮,痈疽肿毒。大青叶是养鹅取鹅肝的专用中草药,能有效防治鹅肝炎,提高鹅肝的品质。
上述的桑叶粉是用桑叶粉碎制成的粉。桑叶【拉丁学名】Folium Mori,是桑叶科落叶乔木植物桑的叶。味苦、甘、性寒。桑叶中营养成分特别丰富,干桑叶中约含粗蛋白 24.0克,粗脂肪4.0克,含食物纤维52.9克,钙2699毫克,桑叶含有人体所需的18种氨基酸,含神经传递物质及降压物质γ——氨酪酸,每百克桑叶中平均有226毫克,谷氨酸高达2323毫克,天冬氨酸2049毫克,可见桑叶是氨基酸的宝库。这些丰富的氨基酸不仅为鹅提供了合成蛋白质的重要原料,而且还能促进鹅生长发育,为其进行正常代谢、维持生命提供了物质基础。
上述的葛根藤粉是用葛根藤粉碎制成的粉。葛根藤是葛根【拉丁学名】Lobed Kudzuvine Root的藤。葛根的作用与功效:1.营养心肌,扩张血管 葛根总黄酮和葛根素能改善心肌的氧代谢,对心肌代谢产生有益作用,同时能扩张血管,改善微循环,降低血管阻力,使血流量增加,故可用防治心肌缺血,心肌梗死,心律失常,高血压,动脉硬化等病症。2.解肌发表 葛根丙酮提取物有使体温恢复正常的作用,对多种发热有效。故常用于发热口渴,心烦不安等病症。3.降糖降脂 葛根素有明显的降低血糖的作用,葛根所含的黄酮类化合物有降血脂作用,能降低血清胆固醇,降低油三酯,用于治疗高血糖,高血脂病症,有显著疗效。4.升举阳气,止渴止泻葛根轻清升散,药性升发,柳举阳气,鼓舞机体正气上升,津液布行。升发脾胃清阳空气而止渴,止泻痢。故常用于治疗内热消渴,麻疹透发不畅,腹泻、痢疾等病症。葛根是一种优质食品,葛根藤纤维素较高不能食用但功效类似,人们收获葛根以后葛根藤放弃不用,造成了浪费,所以本发明利用葛根藤能够充分利用天然物质为鹅饲料。
上述的玉米粉是用干玉米粒粉碎制成的粉。玉米【拉丁学名】Zea mays,玉米的代谢能为14.06MJ/kg,高者可达15.06MJ/kg,是谷实类饲料中最高的。这主要由于玉米中粗纤维很少,仅2%;而无氮浸出物高达72%,且消化率可达90%;另一方面,玉米的粗脂肪含量高,在3.5%至4.5%之间。玉米为一年生禾本科植物,又名苞谷、棒子、六谷等。据研究测定,每100克玉米含热量106千卡,纤维素2.9克,蛋白质4.0克,脂肪1.2克,碳水化合物22.8克,另含矿物质元素和维生素等。玉米中含有的粗纤维,比精米、精面高4-10倍。玉米中还含有大量镁,镁可加强肠壁蠕动,促进机体废物的排泄。这不仅可以促进鹅的消化吸收,还为鹅提供了高能量。
上述的花生藤粉是用花生藤粉碎制成的粉。花生【拉丁学名】Arachis hypogaea Linn.,别称:落生,落花生,长生果,泥豆,番豆,地豆等。花生藤蔓中的营养物质含量丰富,据分析测定,匍匐生长的花生藤蔓茎叶中含有12.9%粗蛋白质、2%粗脂肪、46.8%碳水化合物,其中花生叶中的粗蛋白质含量则高达20%。就可消化蛋白质而言,1公斤干花生藤蔓含可消化蛋白质70克左右,含钙17克、磷7克。就花生藤蔓中粗蛋白质而言,花生藤蔓中的粗蛋白质含量相当于豌豆秸的1.6倍,并分别相当于稻草和麦秸的6倍和23倍,畜禽采食1公斤花生藤蔓所产生的能量相当于0.6公斤大麦所产生的能量。也就是说,一般亩产300公斤花生就可得到300公斤的花生藤蔓,它可与180公斤的大麦所产生的能量大致相等同。花生藤蔓不仅蛋白质含量高,营养丰富,而且质地松软,畜禽均可食用。用花生藤蔓喂畜禽是农村广辟饲料资源,发展节粮型畜牧养殖业的重要途径。
上述的花生麸是花生仁榨油后的附产物通过加工而成的优质有机肥料。花生麸富含植物蛋白,其口感较好,比较适合于禽畜水产饲料中使用。
上述的蔗髓(即蔗渣糠)是蔗渣造纸、人造纤维筛分出来的废料,占蔗渣的25—30%。蔗髓含有丰富的纤维素和半纤维素,能为肉用鹅提供能量,鹅肌胃和盲肠都很发达,大鹅能消化饲料中40%~50%的粗纤维, 这样既能满足鹅的生理需求,也能降低饲料成本。
上述的氨基酸钙只要密封得好,可以保存一年以上,消化吸收率更好,并可保存下去不变质。可以做水库肥料,也可以掺入饲料中喂猪鸡鸭牛羊等陆上动物。
上述的鱼腥草,【拉丁学名】Houttuynia cordata Thunb.,又名折耳根、截儿根、猪鼻拱、猪屁股、蕺菜,在分类学上属双子叶植物三白草科蕺菜属,是一种具有腥味的草本植物。产于我国长江流域以南各省,可入药。鱼腥草味辛,性寒凉,能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、健胃消食,用治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热等。现代药理实验表明,本品具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、利尿等作用。
上述的大叶桉叶,【拉丁文名】Folium Eucalypti Robustae,主治:清热解毒。治感冒,急性肠炎,痢疾,肾盂肾炎,丹毒,痈肿,烫伤,创伤感染,下肢溃疡,化脓性角膜炎,萎缩性鼻炎感冒;高热关痛;肺热喘咳;泻痢腹痛;疟疾;风湿痹痛;丝虫病;钩端螺旋体病;咽喉肿痛;目赤;翳障;耳痈;丹毒;痈疽;乳痈;麻疹;风疹;湿疹;疥癣。

本发明的优点:
1. 本发明的防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料选用纯天然植物为原料制成,减轻了使用抗生素的危害,不担心鹅产生耐药性和药物的残留。
2、本发明的防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料中的葡萄糖、氨基酸、蛋白质等营养物质均来源于桑叶粉、葛根藤粉、玉米粉、花生藤粉和蔗髓等天然物质,没有人为添加合成的氨基酸,小鹅吸收的葡萄糖、蛋白质、氨基酸等营养物质均是通过自身的消化与吸收,因此鹅生长速度适中,能够健康生长,鹅肝的质量高、营养丰富。
3. 本发明的防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料中含有大青叶和大叶桉叶,这两种中草药均有清热解毒、消炎抗炎之效,可以有效防治鹅发生疾病,具有抑菌、驱虫、抗病毒作用,提高鹅免疫系统,杜绝高密度养殖引起的传染病发生,降低养殖风险。大青叶还能有效防治急性传染性肝炎,为防治鹅肝炎提供了坚实的保障。
4. 本发明的防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料原料来源广、制备过程简单、无环境污染,为养殖户降低了生产成本。

(2)将大青叶、花生麸、蔗髓、鱼腥草和大叶桉叶分别用鼓风干燥机烘干至水分小于10%,用粉碎机粉碎,并过80目筛,按配方比例混合备用;
(3)制作氨基酸钙:内脏下脚料200公斤,复合菌,玉米面50公斤(越脏的用量越多一些),食盐2.5公斤,石灰粉20公斤,事先将活力99生酵剂与玉米面混合好,备用,食盐则事先与下脚料混合好备用,保存的容器可以用缸,也可以用水泥池(不过水泥池中事先要垫上塑料薄膜),或其他容器,把所有料都混合均匀,上面再盖上一层塑料薄膜密封好。发酵半个月以上,发酵越久效果越好,香味很浓厚。注意此技术的关键点在于要密封严格,不让空气进入,否则会发臭和发酵失败。
复合菌由酵母菌2份,芽孢杆菌1份,和木瓜蛋白酶2粉,日本EM菌0.5份鸡蛋2份组成;
(4)将两次粉碎备用的细粉和氨基酸钙按配方比例混合均匀,即得成品。
本发明一种防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料使用方法:将饲料成品加入适量青草搅拌均匀即可饲养。
实施例2
一种防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料,其组成包括以下重量份数的原料:
大青叶15份;
桑叶粉 15份;
葛根藤粉 17份;
玉米粉 11份;
花生藤粉 7份;
花生麸 4份;
蔗髓 17份;
氨基酸钙 4份;
鱼腥草 2.5份;
大叶桉叶 2.5份;
其制备方法和用法与实施例1相同。

一种防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料,其组成包括以下重量份数的原料:
大青叶20份;
桑叶粉 20份;
葛根藤粉 20份;
玉米粉 15份;
花生藤粉 10份;
花生麸 5份;
蔗髓 20份;
氨基酸钙 5份;
鱼腥草 3份;
大叶桉叶 3份;
其制备方法和用法与实施例1相同。原料中还可以进一步加入大米或高粱等。

广西某养鹅场,2013年4月使用某品牌饲料后发现鹅生长过慢且经常生病,2013年6月经人介绍开始使用本发明实施例1的一种防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料,给鹅食用,半个月后,鹅生长速度合理,免疫力提高。

养鹅场养殖户张某,该养殖户2013年2月发现其鹅场中有三只鹅食欲减退,精神萎顿,行走迟缓 ,眼闭昏睡,粪便稀薄带有黄白色,两天后波及到八只,该养殖户将这批鹅隔离,初步断定是患上鹅肝炎,后找到本发明人,本发明人给了一批本发明实施例2的防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料让其喂食病鹅,两周后,病鹅痊愈。
应用实施例3
广西某鹅场养殖户刘某,2013年6月发现其鹅场中有八只鹅陆续出现少食多饮水、衰弱、排出恶臭稀粪等症状,本发明人给了该养殖户本发明实施例3的防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料让其喂食病鹅,十五天后,病鹅痊愈。
Claims (3)
1.一种防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料,其特征在于,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
大青叶10-20份;
桑叶粉 10-20份;
葛根藤粉 15-20份;
玉米粉 8-15份;
花生藤粉 5-10份;
花生麸 3-5份;
蔗髓 15-20份;
氨基酸钙 2-5份;
鱼腥草 2-3份;
大叶桉叶 2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料,其特征在于:还进一步加入其它粮食原料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防治鹅肝炎的复合饲料,其特征在于:其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将桑叶、葛根藤、花生藤分别用鼓风干燥机烘干至水分小于10%,粉碎机打粉,过100目筛,制成细粉;干玉米粒用粉碎机打粉,过100目筛,制成玉米粉;各细粉按配方比例混合备用;
(2)将大青叶、花生麸、蔗髓、鱼腥草和大叶桉叶分别用鼓风干燥机烘干至水分小于10%,用粉碎机粉碎,并过80目筛,按配方比例混合备用;
(3)制作氨基酸钙:内脏下脚料200公斤,复合菌,玉米面50公斤,食盐2.5公斤,石灰粉20公斤,事先将复合菌与玉米面混合好,备用,食盐则事先与下脚料混合好备用,保存的容器用缸、水泥池或其他容器,把所有料都混合均匀,上面再盖上一层塑料薄膜密封好,发酵半个月以上;
所述的复合菌由酵母菌2份,芽孢杆菌1份,木瓜蛋白酶2份,日本EM菌0.5份,鸡蛋2份组成;
(4)将两次粉碎备用的细粉和氨基酸钙按配方比例混合均匀,即得成品。
