技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工设备管道,特别涉及一种用于氯碱化工企业的特种管道的制造技术领域。用在防腐蚀管线传输氯气、氯水、氯化氢、精制盐水、高纯盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、氢氟酸、王水、碱液等强腐蚀、强氧化介质。
背景技术
目前,氯碱化工企业用在防腐蚀管线传输氯气、氯水、氯化氢、精制盐水、高纯盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、氢氟酸、王水、碱液等强腐蚀、强氧化介质的特种管道,其一般需要在金属管道的内侧壁上设置防腐蚀衬里,但现在的这种管道,其衬里抗负压、正压能力以及抗疲劳能力不强,衬里易出现脱落、损坏的。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种耐强腐蚀、抗疲劳,具有优良的耐压、负压能力且使用范围广的氯碱专用氟塑料全衬紧衬支管道。
本发明包括直的金属直管,在所述金属直管的两端分别固定连接法兰,在所述金属直管内侧壁上设置聚四氟乙烯衬里层,在所述两个法兰的密封端面上分别设置聚四氟乙烯防腐层,所述聚四氟乙烯衬里层、聚四氟乙烯防腐层一体设置,在所述聚四氟乙烯衬里层、聚四氟乙烯防腐层内分别设置钢丝。
本发明通过在聚四氟乙烯衬里层、聚四氟乙烯防腐层内分别设置钢丝,内衬钢丝可以使得聚四氟乙烯内衬层抗负压、抗疲劳能力大大提高。
本发明所述聚四氟乙烯衬里层内的钢丝沿所述金属直管的轴伸方向螺旋形设置,所述钢丝至少为一道,所述聚四氟乙烯防腐层内的钢丝至少为两道;螺旋形设置的钢丝在衬里烧结成形后会在衬里上形成螺旋形波纹,衬里衬入钢管内,在烧结前,其与金属钢管之间填充聚四氟乙烯树脂粉,填充树脂粉烧结固化后,就形成了与衬里外壁相互咬合的螺旋形波纹,这种结构类似于螺母与螺栓的结合,这样设置一方面能使得衬里的热胀冷缩得到有效的限制和补偿;另一方面利用钢丝的刚度可以明显提高聚四氟乙烯衬里的耐负压能力。

如图1所示,本氯碱专用氟塑料全衬紧衬直管道,包括直的金属直管1,在金属直管1的两端分别固定连接法兰2,在金属直管1内侧壁上设置聚四氟乙烯衬里层3,在两个法兰2的密封端面上分别设置聚四氟乙烯防腐层4,聚四氟乙烯衬里层3、聚四氟乙烯防腐层3一体设置,在聚四氟乙烯衬里层3、聚四氟乙烯防腐层4内分别设置钢丝5。聚四氟乙烯衬里层3内的钢丝5沿金属直管1的轴伸方向螺旋形设置,钢丝5至少为一道,聚四氟乙烯防腐层3内的钢丝5至少为两道。

1.氯碱专用氟塑料全衬紧衬直管道,包括金属直管,在所述金属直管的两端分别固定连接法兰,其特征在于在所述金属直管内侧壁上设置聚四氟乙烯衬里层,在所述两个法兰的密封端面上分别设置聚四氟乙烯防腐层,所述聚四氟乙烯衬里层、聚四氟乙烯防腐层一体设置,在所述聚四氟乙烯衬里层、聚四氟乙烯防腐层内分别设置钢丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氯碱专用氟塑料全衬紧衬直管道,其特征在于所述聚四氟乙烯衬里层内的钢丝沿所述金属直管的轴伸方向螺旋形设置,所述钢丝至少为一道,所述聚四氟乙烯防腐层内的钢丝至少为两道。
