Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,按质量份数,由以下组分组成:多异氰酸酯:1份;二元聚醚醇:3‑15份;三元聚醚醇:10‑30份;催化剂:0.01‑0.5份;抗氧剂:0.1‑5份。本发明成本低,固化时间快,固化后胶体软硬可调、回弹性好,与氧化铝、磁粉等粉体复合,功能粉的添加量大,适于用于与粉体复合类型产品的工业化生产。

一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯领域,特别涉及一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水。
背景技术
聚氨酯胶水是一种分子链中含有氨酯基和异氰酸酯基的胶水,由于含有强极性的异氰酸酯和氨基甲酸酯基,具有很高的反应性,能够室温固化,因而对金属、橡胶、玻璃、陶瓷、塑料、木材、织物、皮革等多种材料都有优良的胶粘性能。
目前而言,与粉体复合的产品如导热片、吸波片等所用到的胶水主要是硅胶、环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂等,聚氨酯胶水与功能粉复合产品未有报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,该胶水成本低,固化时间快,固化后胶体软硬可调、回弹性好,与氧化铝、磁粉等粉体复合,功能粉的添加量大,适于用于与粉体复合类型产品的工业化生产。
本发明的一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,按质量份数,由以下组分组成:
多异氰酸酯:1份;
二元聚醚醇:3-15份;
三元聚醚醇:10-30份;
催化剂:0.01-0.5份;
抗氧剂:0.1-5份。
所述多异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
所述二元聚醚醇为化合物结构中含有两个-OH的、分子量范围为400-10000的聚醚二元醇。优选的,所述二元聚醚醇为分子量为6000、4000、3000、2000等的二元聚醚醇等。
所述三元聚醚醇为化合物结构中含有三个-OH的、分子量范围为400-10000的聚醚三元醇。优选的,所述三元聚醚醇为分子量为6000、4000、3000等的三元聚醚醇。
所述催化剂为有机锡类催化剂或有机胺类催化剂。
优选的,所述有机锡类催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、二甲基锡、二辛基锡、四苯基锡中的一种或几种;有机胺类催化剂为三乙烯四胺、二乙烯三胺、五甲基二乙烯三胺中的一种或几种。
所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂、芳香族仲胺类抗氧剂、硫酯类抗氧剂、亚磷酸脂类抗氧剂中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)苯酸]季戊四醇酯、丁基化二苯胺、辛基化二苯胺、亚磷酸三苯基酯亚磷酸三(壬基苯)酯、亚磷酸二苯基异癸酸酯、亚磷酸三异癸酸酯、二亚磷酸季戊四醇二异癸酯、硫代二丙酸月桂酯中的一种或几种。
所述聚氨酯胶水与粉体的复合比例为1:3-10(质量比)。
本发明采用聚氨酯体系,其上富含氮氧氢等元素,可以和无机粉体间形成较好的作用,从而有利于粉体的复合。具有一定黏度的胶水和功能粉按照一定比例进行复合,可以制备成具有一定流动性的膏状物,适合于后期成型加工。加工成型后,即可在一定温度下进行固化处理。
有益效果
本发明成本低,固化时间快,固化后胶体软硬可调、回弹性好,与氧化铝、磁粉等粉体复合,功能粉(如导热材料用的导热粉,吸波材料用磁粉等)的添加量大,适于用于与粉体复合类型产品的工业化生产。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
按质量份数,MDI三聚体1份,二元聚醚醇PPG-8000 9份,三元聚醚醇PPG3600 20份,氧化铝粉6份,催化剂二乙烯三胺0.1份,抗氧剂亚磷酸二苯基异癸酸酯1份,混合均匀并抽真空排气,制备成浆料。将浆料压制成1-10mm厚的片材,70℃固化1个小时,得到导热片。
所得导热片邵氏硬度为32HA,导热率为2.21W,密度:2.72g/cm3
实施例2
按质量份数,HDI三聚体1份,二元聚醚醇PPG-6000 5份,三元聚醚醇PPG3600 20份,氧化铝粉8份,催化剂二乙烯三胺0.1份,抗氧剂亚磷酸二苯基异癸酸酯0.1份,混合均匀并抽真空排气,制备成浆料。将浆料压制成1-10mm厚的片材,70℃固化1个小时。
所得导热片邵氏硬度为23HA,导热率为3.0W,得到导热片。
实施例1~2所述配方在无粉添加情况下固化后,其硬度从20HA-100HA大范围可调,回弹性能较好,回弹率达到90%以上。胶水体系具有一定的黏度,且黏度随着各组分黏度(分子量)变化而变化;各组分之间互溶性较好,静置不会出现分层等现象,所以胶水配置好后比较稳定。具有一定黏度的胶水和功能粉按照一定比例进行复合,可以制备成具有一定流动性的膏状物,与粉体复合后体系稳定,不会出现分层现象,在室温下基本不会固化。

1.一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于:按质量份数,由以下组分组成:
多异氰酸酯:1份;
二元聚醚醇:3-15份;
三元聚醚醇:10-30份;
催化剂:0.01-0.5份;
抗氧剂:0.1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于:所述多异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯、三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于:所述二元聚醚醇为化合物结构中含有两个-OH的、分子量范围为400-10000的聚醚二元醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于:所述三元聚醚醇为化合物结构中含有三个-OH的、分子量范围为400-10000的聚醚三元醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于:所述催化剂为有机锡类催化剂或有机胺类催化剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于:所述有机锡类催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、二甲基锡、二辛基锡、四苯基锡中的一种或几种;有机胺类催化剂为三乙烯四胺、二乙烯三胺、五甲基二乙烯三胺中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂、芳香族仲胺类抗氧剂、硫酯类抗氧剂、亚磷酸脂类抗氧剂中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)苯酸]季戊四醇酯、丁基化二苯胺、辛基化二苯胺、亚磷酸三苯基酯亚磷酸三(壬基苯)酯、亚磷酸二苯基异癸酸酯、亚磷酸三异癸酸酯、二亚磷酸季戊四醇二异癸酯、硫代二丙酸月桂酯中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于与粉体复合的聚氨酯胶水,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯胶水与粉体的复合比例为1:3-10。
