本发明涉及一种耐磨的PVC管,应用于排水管的生产制备领域。
背景技术
PVC管材现已成为生活生产中必不可少的管材,因此PVC管材的各方面性能都需要相当好,现在市场上的PVC管材存在硬度小、不耐磨的现象,使用一段时间后PVC管材经常出现破损破裂的现象,给生产生活带来不便。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种韧性强、不易脆裂的耐磨的PVC管。
本发明公开了一种耐磨的PVC管,按重量份数记,组分如下:PVC100份,氯化聚乙烯15-30份,纳米碳酸钙10-20份,增强剂5-10份,抗氧剂2-4份,热稳定剂3-6份,石蜡2-4份。
进一步的:所述的增强剂为DH-22。
进一步的:所述的抗氧剂为亚磷酸脂。
进一步的:所述的人稳定剂为钙锌复合热稳定剂。
本发明的有益效果:通过加入纳米碳酸钙和增强剂来提高PVC管的强度、抗冲击能力和耐磨能力。

例:
将PVC100份,氯化聚乙烯25份,纳米碳酸钙14份,增强剂7份,抗氧剂2份,热稳定剂5份,石蜡2份放入搅拌机中搅拌,然后将混合物放入挤出机中。
