技术领域
本发明涉及生物化工医药食品领域,特别是涉及柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
钙Ca和锌Zn都是人体必需的元素。阳离子钙具有壮骨、健牙、消炎、镇痛、维持神经与肌肉的正常兴奋性、治过敏疾病等功效。锌与蛋白质、核酸的合成有密切关系,能维持细胞膜的稳定性并参与许多酶代谢。缺锌可引起口腔溃疡、食欲不振、异食癖、智力低下、皮炎、湿疹、痤疮、发育不良、易感冒等症状。正常的眼睛组织中的锌含量高,而白内障患者眼睛组织中的锌含量减少,维生素C含量也减少,人体补充锌后可减少维生素C的排泄量,因此,补锌可预防白内障的发生。
抗坏血酸C6H8O6(简称VC,又名维生素C)的主要作用是提高免疫力,预防癌症、心脏病、中风、保护牙齿和牙龈等。抗坏血酸具有的还原性可消除造成癌变的亚硝基和引起衰老的自由基,故有防衰老、抗癌、抗氧、抗坏血病、抗疲劳、消炎、消毒之功效,是食品、调味品和饮品的优良抗氧保鲜剂。抗坏血酸还是生物体主要的抗氧化剂,其功效是通过抗氧化作用而实现的。枸橼酸C6H8O7又名柠檬酸,是一种食品酸。
当今世界国内外市场上抗坏血酸钙,其化学分子式为Ca(C6H7O6)2·2H2O,为白色或微黄色结晶粉末,白色结晶粉末不稳定易变质为微黄色,溶于水呈微黄色溶液,抗坏血酸钙的售价为12万元/吨。该抗坏血酸钙虽然能同时补充钙和VC,但不能提供锌,也不能制成滴眼液、口服液和针剂。而且,当今国内外市场上少见能补充钙、锌和抗坏血酸的保健品或药品,也未见柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌这一物质的相关报道。

基于此,本发明的目的在于,提供柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌及其制备方法和应用,本发明的柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌可同时为人体补充钙、锌和VC,可作为补钙、锌和VC的抗氧保鲜剂,作为补钙、锌和VC的食品添加剂,以及用于治疗骨质疏松、腿抽筋、发育不良、感冒等疾病。
本发明由以下具体方案实现:
柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌,其化学分子式为Ca20ZnH(C6H7O6)22(C6H5O7)7·21H2O,分子量6422.82。
进一步地,所述的柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌,按质量百分比含钙12.48%,含锌1.02%,含抗坏血酸59.99%,含结晶水5.89%。
本发明制备得到的柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌,又名柠檬酸VC氢钙锌,经质谱确认和化学分析法测定,其化学分子式为Ca20ZnH(C6H7O6)22(C6H5O7)7·21H2O,分子量6422.82,按质量百分比含钙12.48%,含锌1.02%,含抗坏血酸59.99%,含结晶水5.89%,其纯度在99%以上(医药食品级),为白色结晶粉末,可溶于水[6.25g Ca20ZnH(C6H7O6)22(C6H5O7)7·21H2O/100ml,25℃],溶于水呈无色溶液。
本发明的柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌应用广泛,可用于治疗骨质疏松、腿抽筋、食欲不振、发育不良、感冒、支气管炎、哮喘、肺炎、肺癌、肝炎、肝癌、高血压等疾病,可制成片剂(每片0.2g,每次1-2片,一日三次服用)、冲剂、胶囊、口服液或针剂。
本发明的柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氧化钙、氧化锌、抗坏血酸和柠檬酸投入反应容器,进行化学反应;
(2)充分反应后,对产物进行烘干处理;
(3)将烘干后的产物冷却至室温,得到产品柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌。
本发明的制备方法简单、易操作,化学反应可在常温下进行,反应时间快。所述制备方法合成柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌的成本相当于抗坏血酸价格的80%。

实施例1
本实施例柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取原料氧化钙粉末1120.0g、氧化锌粉末81.4g、抗坏血酸粉末3874.6g和柠檬酸粉末1345.0g,将原料投入搅拌球磨机中,启动搅拌球磨机,常温下进行化学反应,化学反应式为:
20CaO+ZnO+22C6H8O6+7C6H8O7=Ca20ZnH(C6H7O6)22(C6H5O7)7·21H2O。
(2)充分反应40min后,停止搅拌球磨机并放出产物,在105℃温度下对产物进行烘干处理;
(3)将烘干后的产物冷却至室温,冷却后称重,得到产品柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌6292.6g。
(4)将步骤(3)所得柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌包装成品。
实施例2
本实施例柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取原料氧化钙粉末560.0g、氧化锌粉末40.7g、抗坏血酸粉末1937.3g和柠檬酸粉末672.5g,将原料投入搅拌球磨机中,启动搅拌球磨机,常温下进行化学反应,化学反应式为:
20CaO+ZnO+22C6H8O6+7C6H8O7=Ca20ZnH(C6H7O6)22(C6H5O7)7·21H2O。
(2)充分反应30min后,停止搅拌球磨机并放出产物,在102℃温度下对产物进行烘干处理;
(3)将烘干后的产物冷却至室温,冷却后称重,得到产品柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌3178.4g。
(4)将步骤(3)所得柠檬酸抗坏血酸氢钙锌包装成品。
