Abstract

本发明公开了一种低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法及其PTFE覆铜板。其制备方法包括胶布制作、介质层胚料的制作,所述胶布制作包括用聚四氟乙烯分散液对玻纤布进行一次浸渍涂覆后、再经干燥烘烤制作成单次上胶胶布;所述介质层胚料的制作包括将制作的单次上胶胶布与相应的PTFE薄膜预组合,制作成介质层胚料。其PTFE覆铜板包括介质层,所述介质层包括单次上胶胶布层和PTFE薄膜层。该低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法及其PTFE覆铜板可大幅度减少PTFE分散液用量,达到减少全氟辛酸铵对环境的危害,降低能源消耗。

低污染高均匀性 PTFE 覆 铜板的制备方法及其 PTFE 覆 铜板
技术领域
本发明涉及CCL生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法及其PTFE覆铜板。
背景技术
目前,PTFE覆铜板产品系通过玻璃布浸渍PTFE分散液,根据设计产品不同DK\DF指标要求,一般玻璃布需上胶4~8次(PTFE分散液1次浸渍1次烘烤为1次上胶过程),即控制PTFE占介质层的比例65%~97%(其余为玻璃纤维)。PTFE分散液由约60%固体量的PTFE微粉和约34%水在约6%的全氟辛酸铵活性剂的作用下,达到悬浮、分散,在玻璃布浸渍PTFE分散液及烘烤过程中,全氟辛酸铵存在挥发和分解,全氟辛酸铵为剧毒属性,且高温产生有毒氟化物,氮氧化物和氨烟雾,存在明显的环境危害。PTFE分散液粘度为0.015Pa·s~0.1020Pa·s,因其粘度低,浸渍过程中与玻璃布结合垂流严重,在胶片表层形成流痕严重,在板材高温成型时,因PTFE熔体粘度很高,熔体粘度随剪切应力的增大而减小,显示其非牛顿流体的特性,难以将其流痕挤压平整,因而影响板材局部含量均匀性(影响DK\DF特性的均匀性),且介质层和铜箔面都明显可见与流痕相对应的条纹。且现有的PTFE覆铜板生产,其介质层中的PTFE全部由PTFE分散液上胶的累积方式达成,其一方面PTFE分散液中约6%的全氟辛酸铵须完成挥发或分解出来,对环境形成显著危害;其另一方面PTFE分散液通过多次上胶,因其胶布表面存在不同浸渍次数垂流形成的流痕,板材局部特性均匀性波动大,且铜箔面与介质层色泽差异明显。
另外现有的生产制作工艺在上胶过程中PTFE需要进行烧结,在热压成型时需再对PTFE成份进行一次烧结。且其浸渍PTFE分散液干燥烘烤后的胶布(上胶后的玻纤布)的烧结温度一般要求上胶机烘箱高温段达到380℃甚至更高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法及其PTFE覆铜板。该低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法及其PTFE覆铜板可大幅度减少PTFE分散液用量,即减少上胶次数,达到减少全氟辛酸铵对环境的危害,使胶布表面垂流减少,达到板材特性均匀性改善,且铜箔面与介质层色泽一致性好。并且可以较低的温度制作胶布,制作工艺对上胶机烘箱等相关设备的要求低,可在一定程度提高生产效率,降低能源消耗,从而降低生产成本。
本发明低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法的技术方案包括胶布制作、介质层胚料的制作、产品生料叠配制作以及PTFE覆铜板成品的热压复合制作,所述胶布制作包括用聚四氟乙烯分散液对玻纤布进行一次浸渍涂覆后、再经干燥烘烤制作成单次上胶胶布;所述介质层胚料的制作包括将制作的单次上胶胶布与相应的PTFE薄膜预组合,制作成介质层胚料。
在制作所述的单次上胶胶布时,该单次上胶胶布与其玻纤布的重量比根据玻纤布的类型不同而不同。
所述单次上胶胶布与其玻纤布的重量为1.2-3:1。
所述单次上胶胶布其制作的干燥烘烤温度为:上胶机的烘箱的上行段底部和顶部分别为90-100℃和350-365℃,烘箱的下行段顶部和底部分别为390-410℃和140-150℃,上胶机的车速为:1.0-8.0m/min。
本发明的低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板包括介质层、设于介质层的一面或相对两面的铜箔和/或金属基,所述介质层包括胶布层和PTFE薄膜层,所述胶布层包括上述方法制作的单次上胶胶布。
本发明低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法及其PTFE覆铜板在制作胶布时,其玻纤布仅进行一次聚四氟乙烯分散液浸渍、干燥烘烤的单次上胶过程,PTFE覆铜板的介质层剩余所需PTFE的量全部用PTFE薄膜补充,以此减少聚四氟乙烯分散液的使用量,而降低PTFE覆铜板生产的毒氟化物,氮氧化物和氨烟雾等有害物质排放量80.4%~96.3%,显著降低生产的污染程度,改善了生产对工艺环境的友好性;提高了DK值的稳定性,从业内一般水平的±2%~3%提高到±1%以内;并有效改善铜箔面与介质层色泽一致性。另外,由于其玻纤布的浸渍涂覆、干燥烧烤的上胶仅为一次,可显著节约能源,降低生产成本。经检测完全符合高性能PTFE覆铜板的要求。
具体实施方式
为了能进一步了解本发明的技术方案,藉由以下实施例结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的制备方法对玻纤布仅作一次的浸渍、干燥烘烤的单次上胶过程。其制作的单次上胶胶布与其玻纤布的重量比为可控制在相对更少或最小量,即:1.2-3:1;该比例随着玻纤布的类型不同而有所不同。
本实施例的具体制备方法包括单次上胶胶布制作、介质层胚料的制作、产品生料叠配制作以及PTFE覆铜板成品的热压复合制作等。
其单次上胶胶布的制作是先用聚四氟乙烯分散液对玻纤布仅进行一次浸渍、一次干燥烘烤的单次上胶过程制作而成;
其介质层胚料的制作是将制作的单次上胶胶布与相应的一层或多层PTFE薄膜按PTFE覆铜板产品类型或规格要求(包括不同的DK和厚度要求)进行预组合,制作成介质层胚料;
其产品生料的叠配制作是用制作的介质层胚料与铜箔或金属基进行组合、叠BOOK制作成产品生料;
其PTFE覆铜板成品的热压复合制作是将制作的产品生料用真空压机在一定制的真空度配合下、分别以相应的温度、压力和时间分六个阶段进行热压复合制作成PTFE覆铜板成品。
在制作单次上胶胶布时,制作的单次上胶胶布与其各相关类型的玻纤布的重量比可为:106玻纤布为60-75:25,1080玻纤布为70-85:48,2116玻璃布为135-150:105,7628玻纤布为250-290:210。
以本发明的方法所制得的PTFE覆铜板成品的相关性能检测数据见下表一:

由上表可见本发明的制备方法实施例1制得的PTFE覆铜板的DK性能和板材厚度在均匀一致性上较行标大幅提高。
在本发明的制备方法的实施2中,其单次上胶胶布制作的立式上胶机的烘箱的各相应的区域的温度分别为:烘箱的上行段底部和顶部分别为90-100℃和350-365℃,烘箱的下行段顶部和底部分别为390-410℃和140-150℃,上胶机的车速为:1.0-8.0m/min。其制作单次上胶胶布的PTFE分散液的成份质量配比为:PTFE微粉约60%、水约34%、全氟辛酸铵活性剂约6%。
其热压复合制作分为六个阶段,各阶段的压力、温度和使用时间依次分别为:第一阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为: 0.2-1.2 Mpa、室温-330℃和60-120min,第二阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为:0.5-2.0 Mpa、340-365℃、100-150 min,第三阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为:1.2-3.5 Mpa、365-410℃和50-100 min,第四阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为:4.0-6.5 Mpa、375-410℃和100-150 min,第五阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为:4.5-6.5 Mpa、395-180℃和150-200min,第六阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为:1.0-2.5Mpa、30-300℃和30-60 min。其热压复合制作的真空度为全程20~60mmHg。本例其余相应的制备方法等可与上述实施例类同。
在本发明的制备方法的实施3中,其单次上胶胶布制作时,对浸渍涂覆聚四氟乙烯分散液的玻纤布以比现有的PTFE覆铜板生产工艺相对低的干燥烘烤温度进行干燥烘烤制作单次上胶胶布,其玻纤布上胶过程只是烘烤玻纤布中的分散液的水份,其胶布制作过程中不对浸渍涂覆PTFE分散液的玻纤布进行烧结处理。
其制作胶布的PTFE分散液的成份质量配比为:PTFE微粉约60%、水约34%、全氟辛酸铵活性剂约6%。其单次上胶胶布制作的相对低的干燥烘烤温度,其胶布制作的立式上胶机的烘箱的各相应的区域的温度分别为:烘箱的上行段底部的干燥烘烤温度为80-120℃,烘箱的上行段顶部分别为和180-255℃,烘箱的下行段顶部为190~265℃,烘箱的下行段底部温度为90~150℃,整个上胶过程其上胶机的车速为:1.0~8.0m/min。其胶布制作的最高温度不超过265℃。
其热压复合制作分为七个阶段,各阶段的压力、温度和使用时间依次分别为:第一阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为0.2-0.7 Mpa、室温-200℃、30-75 min,第二阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为: 0.2-1.2 Mpa、200 -330℃和25-185min,第三阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为:0.5-2.0 Mpa、340-365℃、100-150 min,第四阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为:1.2-3.5 Mpa、365-410℃和50-100 min,第五阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为:4.0-6.5 Mpa、375-410℃和100-150 min,第六阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为:4.5-6.5 Mpa、395-180℃和150-200min,第七阶段的压力、温度和时间分别为:1.0-2.5Mpa、30-300℃和30-60 min。其热压复合制作的真空度为全程20~60mmHg。其余相应的制备方法等可与上述任一实施例类同。

由上表可见本发明的制备方法实施例3制得的PTFE覆铜板的耐热性能在温度和次数上均有大幅提高。
本发明的低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板为由上述制备方法制得。其包括介质层、分别设于介质层的一面的铜箔以及相对另一面的铜箔或金属基,介质层包括多层单次上胶的胶布和多层PTFE薄膜。其介质层由单次上胶胶布与PTFE薄膜构成。单次上胶的胶布与其玻纤布的重量比根据玻纤布的类型不同而有所不同。具体见上述制备方法实施例。

Claims (5)

1.一种低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法,包括胶布制作、介质层胚料的制作、产品生料叠配制作以及PTFE覆铜板成品的热压复合制作,其特征是所述胶布制作包括用聚四氟乙烯分散液对玻纤布进行一次浸渍涂覆后、再经干燥烘烤制作成单次上胶胶布;所述介质层胚料的制作包括将制作的单次上胶胶布与相应的PTFE薄膜预组合,制作成介质层胚料。
2.据权利要求1所述低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法,其特征是在制作所述的单次上胶胶布时,该单次上胶胶布与其玻纤布的重量比根据玻纤布的类型不同而不同。
3.据权利要求1或2所述低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法,其特征是所述单次上胶胶布与其玻纤布的重量为1.2-3:1。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板的制备方法,其特征是所述单次上胶胶布其制作的干燥烘烤温度为:上胶机的烘箱的上行段底部和顶部分别为90-100℃和350-365℃,烘箱的下行段顶部和底部分别为390-410℃和140-150℃,上胶机的车速为:1.0-8.0m/min。
5.一种低污染高均匀性PTFE覆铜板, 包括介质层、设于介质层的一面或相对两面的铜箔和/或金属基,所述介质层包括胶布层和PTFE薄膜层,其特征是所述胶布层包括权利要求1所述方法制作的单次上胶胶布。
