Abstract

一种复合导管粘接成形方法,有一个径向定位夹具,该径向定位夹具含有支座、卡箍体、弧形压紧板、定位销钉、压紧螺钉,在卡箍体上设有多个连接通孔,弧形压紧板通过定位销钉连接在卡箍体的内侧形成环形的压紧带,压紧螺钉通过卡箍体上的连接通孔压接在弧形压板的表面,将粘接好的复合导管的衬套部位设定为径向夹紧位置,在导管的每一个衬套部位使用一个径向定位夹具进行径向夹紧定位,最后将夹紧定位后的复合导管放入加热箱内加热固化,待自然冷却后拆卸径向定位夹具和弓形夹即可。

Description

一种复合导管粘接成形方法
技术领域
本申请涉及飞机制造技术,进一步是对飞机环控高温压力复合导管的成形,特别是对新材料聚醚醚酮的粘接,也可用于其它耐高温复合导管粘接。
背景技术
以往飞机环控高温压力导管采用石棉瓦包覆不锈钢管来达到隔热。随着飞机设计,制造技术的发展,特别是新材料的广泛应用,现在则采用不锈钢管外间距安装聚醚醚酮衬套,聚醚醚酮衬套内圈紧贴不锈钢管,在聚醚醚酮衬套外安装上下各半管状的聚醚醚酮套管,在聚醚醚酮衬套内圈和外圈分别刷胶膜,安装完的复合导管在高温下固化,将不锈钢管、聚醚醚酮衬套、聚醚醚酮套管粘接成整体。通过这种耐高温工程塑料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)真空包覆不锈钢管达到隔热的目的,使得环控高温压力导管的重量极大的降低。这种耐高温聚醚醚酮衬套和套管通过胶膜与不锈钢管粘接需在200℃左右受均匀压强条件下完成,聚醚醚酮套管零件长700mm左右、壁厚仅0.5mm,聚醚醚酮套管与不锈钢管之间保持均匀间隙,这种新结构新材料在飞机上的使用,要求零件成型的夹具耐高温,定位精确,保证最终产品零件不变形,表面质量好,零件之间间隙均匀。
而传统的夹具一般是在常温下使用,定位件不耐高温,无法因为温度的变化,保持零件的精确定位,同时温度升高,聚醚醚酮衬套、聚醚醚酮套管、胶膜体积变化,零件空间位置也相应变化;聚醚醚酮套管零件长700mm左右、壁厚仅0.5mm,定位件的使力不能过大,影响零件的表面形状,同时不能过小,这样使聚醚醚酮衬套与不锈钢管、聚醚醚酮衬套与聚醚醚酮套管之间间隙变大,粘接面积变小,粘接不牢固,以上这些要求对定位件的装夹提出更高的要求,而传统的定位件无法满足,需要通过试验得到合理的定力压紧力。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种针对飞机环控高温压力导管粘接成形的方法和粘接用的径向定位夹具。
一种复合导管粘接成形方法,该复合导管由不锈钢内管,间隔的复合材料衬套和上下对接的复合材料套管粘接成形,其特征在于含有以下步骤:1)有一个径向定位夹具,该径向定位夹具含有支座、卡箍体、弧形压紧板、定位销钉、压紧螺钉,所述的卡箍体是一个由带翻边的上卡箍体和下卡箍体组成的环形体,卡箍体的直径大于复合导管的直径、在卡箍体上设有多个连接通孔,所述的弧形压紧板的弧度与复合导管的外径匹配,在弧形压紧板上设有定位孔,多个弧形压紧板通过定位销钉连接在卡箍体的内侧形成环形的压紧带,压紧螺钉通过卡箍体上的连接通孔压接在弧形压板的表面,上下卡箍体对接后,两侧的翻边可以分别支撑在一个支座的顶部构成径向定位夹具;2)将粘接好的复合导管的衬套部位设定为径向夹紧位置,在导管的每一个衬套部位使用一个径向定位夹具进行径向夹紧定位,将下卡箍体的两侧翻边分别支撑在支座的顶部,将导管的衬套位置处置放在下卡箍体内侧的弧形压紧板上,再将上卡箍体及内侧的弧形压紧板扣接在导管对应的衬套位置处,通过连接件将上下卡箍的翻边连接并固定在支座的顶端,通过定力扳手转动连接在卡箍体上的压紧螺钉将弧形压紧板压紧在复合导管的径向压紧位置处实现径向夹紧定位;3)再使用弓形夹将复合导管套管的翻边进行纵向夹紧定位;4)最后将夹紧定位后的复合导管放入加热箱内加热固化,待自然冷却后拆卸径向定位夹具和弓形夹即可。
本发明的有益效果在于:1)针对复合导管的结构特点,在粘接工艺中,通过径向定位夹具对复合导管的衬套处进行径向夹紧定位,通过弓形夹对复合导管的套管翻边进行纵向夹紧定位,再将夹紧定位的复合导管连同定位夹具一同加热固化,保证了复合导管的成形质量,本申请提供的成形粘接夹具,特别是径向定位夹具结构简单、使用方便,在飞机零件成形上通用性强,节约时间、空间。2)本申请的复合导管成形粘接夹具结构形式适用于各种热成型的复合导管零件,解决了此类零件成型难题,缩短了产品制造周期。3)本申请定力扳手的使用,有效的保证零件的表面质量。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本申请涉及的复合导管如图1所示,是飞机环控高温压力导管,该复合导管1由不锈钢内管2,间隔的衬套3和套管4粘接成形,衬套3和套管4的材质是聚醚醚酮,聚醚醚酮衬套内圈紧贴不锈钢管,在聚醚醚酮衬套外安装上下各半聚醚醚酮套管,在聚醚醚酮衬套内圈和外圈分别刷胶膜,安装完的复合导管在高温下固化,将不锈钢管、聚醚醚酮衬套、聚醚醚酮套管粘接成整体。通过这种耐高温工程塑料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)真空包覆不锈钢管达到隔热的目的,使得环控高温压力导管的重量极大的降低。这种耐高温聚醚醚酮衬套和套管通过胶膜与不锈钢管粘接需在200℃左右受均匀压强条件下完成,聚醚醚酮套管零件长700mm左右、壁厚仅0.5mm,聚醚醚酮套管与不锈钢管之间保持均匀间隙。
为了保证该复合导管的粘接成形,复合导管在粘接后必须将其夹紧定位再进行高温固化,由于复合导管的壁厚仅为0.5mm左右,本申请提供的专用针对复合导管衬套部位使用的径向定位夹具,如图2所示,该径向定位夹具含有支座11、卡箍体5、弧形压紧板6、定位销钉8、压紧螺钉9,所述的卡箍体是一个由带翻边的上卡箍体和下卡箍体组成的环形体,卡箍体的直径大于复合导管1的直径、在卡箍体上设有多个连接通孔,所述的弧形压紧板6的弧度与复合导管1的外径匹配,由于弧形压紧板是与复合导管的外表面紧密接触,在弧形压紧板6上设有定位孔,弧形压紧板6通过定位销钉8连接在卡箍体上的内侧,为了保护零件,在弧形压紧板6内侧粘接1mm厚的硅橡胶垫,压紧螺钉通过卡箍体上的连接通孔压接在弧形压板的表面,上下卡箍体对接后,两侧的翻边可以支撑在一个支座11的顶部构成径向定位装置。
使用时,将粘接好的复合导管1的衬套部位设定为径向夹紧位置,在导管的每一个衬套部位使用一个径向定位装置进行径向夹紧定位,将下卡箍体的两侧翻边分别支撑在一个支座的顶部,将导管的衬套位置处置放在下卡箍体内侧的弧形压紧板上,再将上卡箍体及内侧的弧形压紧板6扣接在导管对应的衬套位置处,通过连接件将上下卡箍的翻边固定在支座的顶端,再通过定力扳手和连接在卡箍体5上的压紧螺钉9将弧形压紧板6压紧在复合导管的径向压紧位置处进行径向夹紧定位;为了防止纵向夹紧对径向夹紧的干涉,在每一个衬套位置使用径向定位压紧夹具夹紧后,再使用弓形夹13将复合导管1的套管翻边进行纵向夹紧定位;最后将夹紧定位后的复合导管放入加热箱内加热固化,待自然冷却后拆卸径向定位装置和弓形夹即可。

1.一种复合导管粘接成形方法,该复合导管由不锈钢内管,间隔的复合材料衬套和上下对接的复合材料套管粘接成形,其特征在于含有以下步骤:1)有一个径向定位夹具,该径向定位夹具含有支座、卡箍体、弧形压紧板、定位销钉、压紧螺钉,所述的卡箍体是一个由带翻边的上卡箍体和下卡箍体组成的环形体,卡箍体的直径大于复合导管的直径、在卡箍体上设有多个连接通孔,所述的弧形压紧板的弧度与复合导管的外径匹配,在弧形压紧板上设有定位孔,多个弧形压紧板通过定位销钉连接在卡箍体的内侧形成环形的压紧带,压紧螺钉通过卡箍体上的连接通孔压接在弧形压板的表面,上下卡箍体对接后,两侧的翻边可以分别支撑在一个支座的顶部构成径向定位夹具;2)将粘接好的复合导管的衬套部位设定为径向夹紧位置,在导管的每一个衬套部位使用一个径向定位夹具进行径向夹紧定位,将下卡箍体的两侧翻边分别支撑在支座的顶部,将导管的衬套位置处置放在下卡箍体内侧的弧形压紧板上,再将上卡箍体及内侧的弧形压紧板扣接在导管对应的衬套位置处,通过连接件将上下卡箍的翻边连接并固定在支座的顶端,通过定力扳手转动连接在卡箍体上的压紧螺钉将弧形压紧板压紧在复合导管的径向压紧位置处实现径向夹紧定位;3)再使用弓形夹将复合导管套管的翻边进行纵向夹紧定位;4)最后将夹紧定位后的复合导管放入加热箱内加热固化,待自然冷却后拆卸径向定位夹具和弓形夹即可。
2.一种复合导管粘接用的径向定位夹具,其特征在于,该径向定位夹具含有支座、卡箍体、弧形压紧板、定位销钉、压紧螺钉,所述的卡箍体是一个由带翻边的上卡箍体和下卡箍体组成的环形体,卡箍体的直径大于复合导管的直径、在卡箍体上设有多个连接通孔,所述的弧形压紧板的弧度与复合导管的外径匹配,在弧形压紧板上设有定位孔,多个弧形压紧板通过定位销钉连接在卡箍体的内侧形成环形的压紧带,压紧螺钉通过卡箍体上的连接通孔压接在弧形压板的表面,上下卡箍体对接后,两侧的翻边可以分别支撑在一个支座的顶部构成径向定位夹具。
3.如权利要求书2所述的复合导管粘接用的径向定位夹具,其特征在于,在弧形压紧板内侧粘接有硅橡胶垫。
