本发明涉及一种预防早期妊娠期糖尿病的食疗配方,一种针对高血糖孕妇饮食指导配方,其特殊之处是在满足母儿正常生理需要情况下,通过高纤维和钙等低糖、低脂和增加运动量的方法,使其体质量和血糖控制在正常水平;一种是针对正常孕妇的营养配方,该配方是针对日常饮食中的主食(米面粗粮)、动物性食品(畜禽和水产品)、蔬菜(以绿叶蔬菜为主)、大豆及豆制品、牛奶(鲜奶、酸奶、孕妇配方奶)、水果(新鲜的时令性水果最好)、鸡蛋(四个鹌鹑蛋为1个鸡蛋)、油、食盐、水制定进行每日的分量摄入标准,使其体质量和血糖控制在正常水平。

本发明属于营养医学领域,具体涉及一种预防早期妊娠期糖尿病的食疗配方。
背景技术
目前,妊娠期合并糖尿病(GDM)的发生率呈逐年上升的趋势,GDM主要并发症有巨大胎儿、胎儿发育异常、早产、死胎、妊高征、新生儿低血糖、呼吸窘迫综合征等,其中巨大胎儿最为常见。由于该病多无明显的症状及体征,较易被漏诊,尽管大多数GDM孕妇分娩后血糖恢复正常,但她们仍是糖尿病的高危人群,大约30%在5~10a发生糖尿病,GDM孕妇常在(GIGT)r2],糖尿病协作小组(NDDG)的标准,空腹及服糖后1、2、3h血糖异常值下限分别为,5.8,10.3,8.7,6.7mmol/L。若有2次空腹血糖≥5.8mmol/L或OGTT4项中有2项达到或超过异常,即可确诊为GDM。1项异常时称为妊娠期糖耐量减低。孕期、分娩期及产褥期发生胎儿多种畸形、巨大胎儿、早产或死胎、妊娠过期,其GDM母亲生育的小孩在儿童期就易发生肥胖症等多种疾患,而妊娠期是糖尿病的高危阶段,由于目前尚无方法治愈糖尿病,因而早期预防、延缓或阻止高危人群转为糖尿病是目前一项重要的任务。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有妊娠期合并糖尿病患者症状不明显,而又无药物治愈等问题,在孕期通过科学、合理的营养指导,按照合理营养配方进行日常饮食,使孕妇孕期体质量增加控制在正常范围内;对孕前体质量偏大、孕期体质量增加过快、有糖尿病家族史等的孕妇,在满足孕妇和胎儿正常生理营养需要的基础上,通过低糖、低脂和运动控制使孕期的体质量和血糖在正常水平,从而减少GDM的发生。
本营养配方的技术方案是,一种针对高血糖孕妇饮食指导配方,其特殊之处是在满足母儿正常生理需要情况下,通过高纤维和钙等低糖、低脂和增加运动量的方法,使其体质量和血糖控制在正常水平。

技术效果
孕期通过科学、合理的营养指导,使孕妇孕期体质量增加控制在正常范围内;对孕前体质量偏大、孕期体质量增加过快、有糖尿病家族史等的孕妇,在满足孕妇和胎儿正常生理营养需要的基础上,通过低糖、低脂和运动控制使孕期的体质量和血糖在正常水平,从而减少GDM的发生。对诊断为GDM者经过此种控制饮食的营养配方也可获得较好的愈后。GDM主要并发症有巨大胎儿、胎儿发育异常、早产、死胎、妊高征、新生儿低血糖、呼吸窘迫综合征等,其中巨大胎儿最为常见,为一部分GDM患者进行必要的产前保健,通过上述营养配方指导饮食及合理运动,提高了产科的质量,降低了围生期的发病率和围生期母婴病死率。
具体实施方式
高血糖的孕妇从3个方面,来控制营养:①理想的饮食,既要避免血糖过高致胎儿胰岛素分泌增加,又要注意满足母婴生理需要,同时不引起饥饿性酮症酸中毒。三大营养素蛋白质、脂肪、糖类分别占总热量的15%~20%,20%~30%,50%~60%。②摄入足够的纤维。因为食物纤维有降低空腹血糖和餐后血糖以及改善葡萄糖耐量的作用。③摄入足够的钙,因孕中晚期钙需要增加,血清蛋白降低致蛋白质结合钙减 少,造成孕妇血钙低下,摄入充足的钙可降低妊娠高血压及早产儿的发生,而GDM患者的微血管病变促进了妊娠高血压综合征发生,因此,GDM的孕妇需补充钙剂和多食含钙丰富的牛奶、奶制品和豆制品,钙以3.3g/d为宜。
