一种杂粮面条,主要由小米300g、燕麦200g、糙米50g、高粱米100g和玉米淀粉200g,加入蒸馏水50g,搅拌均匀后,放入面条机中,挤压而成。
本发明的功效:
玉米含有维生素A和维生素E及谷氨酸等。动物实验证明,这些成分具有抗衰老作用。玉米含有丰富的纤维素,不但可以刺激肠蠕动,防止便秘,还可以促进胆固醇的代谢,加速肠内毒素的排出。
玉米含有赖氨酸、微量元素硒,有预防肿瘤的作用。玉米还含有丰富的B族维生素、烟酸等,对保护神经传导和胃肠功能,预防脚气病、心肌炎,维护皮肤健美是有效的。
多吃玉米对高血压、高脂血症、肥胖症等“富贵病”是有宜的。有人介绍,玉米和木瓜同吃对慢性肾炎、冠心病、糖尿病有好处,因为玉米富含纤维素,可刺激肠蠕动。木瓜也有清理胃肠道的作用,常吃可预防高血压。
