Abstract
本发明涉及一种有机食品果蔬专用防霉设备,本装置包括箱体、进风口、轴流风机、纳米涂层除尘过滤网、静电除尘除菌过滤网、紫外杀菌除菌装置、超声恒湿器、电子制冷机、环状电磁场、臭氧,I+、I‑离子发生器等部分。本发明利用装置内循环系统,对库内的空气进行循环除尘、杀菌,不使用任何保鲜剂,适用于有机食品果蔬保鲜。果蔬入库时,利用库内冷源,对果蔬进行恒湿差压预冷,提高预冷效率,保证果蔬贮藏品质。

技术领域
本发明属于防腐保鲜领域,尤其是一种有机食品果蔬专用防腐设备。
背景技术
现有的果蔬保鲜一般采用冷库结合保鲜剂和防腐剂进行协同保鲜,根据实测,冷库在运行中耗能较大,且冷量得不到有效的循环,对库内的果蔬保鲜效果有待提高。保鲜剂和防腐剂的使用增加了水果除农药外,其他残留物的增加,增加食用的安全隐患,需要提供一种新的防腐设备,来减少和降低保鲜剂和防腐剂的使用,增加果蔬在长时间保鲜过程中的口感。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种结构新颖、使用方法简单、防腐效果好的有机食品果蔬专用防腐设备。
本发明实现目的的技术方案如下:
一种有机食品果蔬专用防霉设备,包括气体处理箱体以及风机,气体处理箱体的一侧制有进气口,另一侧制有出气口,出气口安装风机,风机用于将外部气体循环进入气体处理箱体内,通过气体处理箱的净化、加湿、电离等处理后循环进入冷库,在冷库内贮藏期间流相内循环;
所述气体处理箱体的内部结构为:在进气口与出气口之间的箱体上壁和箱体下壁直接安装有安装架,在安装架上制有多个卡槽,以及装置所需的电源接口,以供下述设备能够顺利安装,正常运转,在安装架上由进气口侧至出气口侧依次平行间隔安装有:纳米涂层除尘过滤网、静电除尘除菌过滤网、紫外杀菌除菌装置、超声恒湿器、电子制冷机、环状电磁场、臭氧,I+、I-离子发生器。
而且,在气体处理箱体箱体内或者箱体下部安装一水槽,该水槽为超声恒湿器供水,接收来自电子制冷装置结露生成的水。
而且,所述出气口直接连接冷库的进气口。
而且,所述气体处理箱体箱体气密,箱体后盖可拆卸。
本发明的优点和积极效果如下:
1、本发明提供的防腐设备在冷库贮藏期间可以为冷库提供流相(气体)内循环,果蔬封闭环境风内循环(介质相流动,即流相)具有显著防霉作用,如同流水不腐户枢不蠹一样。精确控制环境流相,不使用任何防腐保鲜剂,解决有机食品防腐保鲜难题。
2、本发明提供的防腐设备可以帮助果蔬入库快速差压预冷,解决果蔬预冷效率低、失水难题,红提葡萄预冷量8吨,温度由25℃降至0-1℃,用时6h。预冷效率提高40%-60%,库内气体净化率99%。
3、本发明提供的防腐设备的箱体气密性良好,箱体后盖可拆,方便维修,箱体参考尺寸,高×宽×厚=高2200mm×宽1500mm×厚500mm,进风口尺寸0.6m×1.6m,箱体底部带有万向轮,可以移动,轴流风机风量为库容积的15-20倍(5000-6000m3/h)。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种有机食品果蔬专用防霉设备,包括气体处理箱体2以及风机3,气体处理箱体的一侧制有进气口1,另一侧制有出气口,出气口安装风机,风机用于将外部气体循环进入气体处理箱体内,通过气体处理箱的净化、加湿、电离等处理后循环进入冷库,在冷库内贮藏期间流相内循环,果蔬封闭环境风内循环(介质相流动,即流相)具有显著防霉作用,如同流水不腐户枢不蠹一样。精确控制环境流相,不使用任何防腐保鲜剂,解决有机食品防腐保鲜难题。
所述气体处理箱体的内部结构为:在进气口与出气口之间的箱体上壁和箱体下壁直接安装有安装架4,在安装架上制有多个卡槽,以及装置所需的电源接口等(本申请没有标号),以供下述设备能够顺利安装,正常运转,在安装架上由进气口侧至出气口侧依次平行间隔安装有:纳米涂层除尘过滤网5、静电除尘除菌过滤网6、紫外杀菌除菌装置7、超声恒湿器8、电子制冷机9、环状电磁场10、臭氧,I+、I-离子发生器11。
本申请在箱体内或者箱体下部安装一水槽12,该水槽为超声恒湿器供水,同时还可以接收来自电子制冷装置结露生成的水,供水和接水分别采用管道连接,本申请不做特殊限制。
出气口直接连接冷库的进气口,能够保证库体内进入气体的绝对的纯净度、湿度以及无菌度,保证库体内的无菌恒湿环境,延长库体内果蔬的保鲜时间。
本发明提供的防腐设备的箱体气密性良好,箱体后盖可拆,方便维修,箱体参考尺寸,高×宽×厚=高2200mm×宽1500mm×厚500mm,进风口尺寸0.6m×1.6m,箱体底部带有万向轮,可以移动,轴流风机风量为库容积的15-20倍(5000-6000m3/h)。
上述装置的作用及参考型号如下:
1、气体处理箱体:常规镀锌铁皮,厚度1mm,喷漆,箱外形参考尺寸:高2200mm×宽1500mm×厚500mm。静压箱底部侧面安装带有万向轮地脚,其中,每侧有一个轮可以制动,轮距1000mm,方便移动和拆卸。箱体接缝处做气密处理,目的是为了产生最大的压力差。
2、轴流风机:380V轴流风机,风量5000-6000m3/h,功率0.75KW,可参考选购上海风机电器有限公司生产的哈莱申牌低噪声轴流风机,型号为SF NO 3.5号。
3、进风口:尺寸:宽600mm×高1600mm。
4、箱体后盖(维修门):整体可拆,作为检修门,打开后可以看到设备内部各部分结构。
5、水槽:为超声加湿装置提供水源,同时可以接收电子制冷装置结露生成的水。
6、纳米涂层除尘过滤网:除杂质,除灰尘。采用粒径在20nm以下,呈球形的银粒子经特殊工艺与过滤网相结合生产而成,厚度3-50mm,可使用HEPA型高效过滤网。
7、静电除尘除菌过滤网:利用高压静电场,吸附气体流中带电尘粒和菌类。可选用中纺/zflc-hepa型号静电除尘网。
8、紫外杀菌除菌装置:紫外杀菌。使用波长UVC(200~280nm)的电磁波杀菌,灯212mm,功率8W,电流270Ma,紫外辐照度26uw/cm2,可使用HDGW212D/S15型号紫外灯。
9、超声恒湿器:加湿作用,加湿量3000-5000ml/h,雾粒直径1-5微米,可选用正岛SJ-J3000型加湿器。
10、电子制冷机:使用半导体制冷,半导体制冷器具有无噪声、无振动、不需制冷剂、体积小、重量轻等特点,且工作可靠,操作简便,易于进行冷量调节。制冷,保持恒温和除湿作用。制冷量20-50W,稳定电流2-4A,电压12-24V,冷面长60-80mm,宽40-60mm,高10-12mm,热面长80-160mm,宽60-120mm,高50-70mm。可使用型号ATP050-12-A-00型。
11、环状电磁场:材料使用软磁性材料,切割气流,初吸力8000N-10000N,工作电压24V,可选用力迅/LX-26540型。
12、臭氧,I+、I-离子发生器:离子浓度3×106PCS/cm3,臭氧浓度60-80mg/L,可选用CL-R03正负离子发生器。

1.一种有机食品果蔬专用防霉设备,包括气体处理箱体以及风机,其特征在于:气体处理箱体的一侧制有进气口,另一侧制有出气口,出气口安装风机,风机用于将外部气体循环进入气体处理箱体内,通过气体处理箱的净化、加湿、电离等处理后循环进入冷库,在冷库内贮藏期间流相内循环;
所述气体处理箱体的内部结构为:在进气口与出气口之间的箱体上壁和箱体下壁直接安装有安装架,在安装架上制有多个卡槽,以及装置所需的电源接口,以供下述设备能够顺利安装,正常运转,在安装架上由进气口侧至出气口侧依次平行间隔安装有:纳米涂层除尘过滤网、静电除尘除菌过滤网、紫外杀菌除菌装置、超声恒湿器、电子制冷机、环状电磁场、臭氧,I+、I-离子发生器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有机食品果蔬专用防霉设备,其特征在于:在气体处理箱体箱体内或者箱体下部安装一水槽,该水槽为超声恒湿器供水,接收来自电子制冷装置结露生成的水。
