本发明涉及一种用于热敏打印设备耗材等领域的热敏纸,具体是一种具有隐形荧光显影功能的热敏纸。该热敏纸,由原纸、隔热涂层、发色涂层、防护涂层组成,或者由原纸、隔热涂层、发色涂层组成,或者由原纸、发色涂层组成;其特征在于所述发色涂层或者防护涂层含有经过改性聚乙烯醇作为分散乳化剂进行研磨成微颗粒的带荧光有色染料,以及可以与上述改性聚乙烯醇交联成膜的交联剂。本发明能够在热敏打印的同时形成与打印内容一致的隐形荧光图案,防止打印信息丢失。

Description

具有隐形荧光显影功能的热敏纸
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于热敏打印设备耗材等领域的热敏纸,具体是一种具有隐形荧光显影功能的热敏纸。
背景技术
热敏纸在使用时依靠热敏打印机的打印头热量传递,无色染料和显色剂熔融后发生显色反应而呈现一定的信息内容,目前热敏纸成像一般基本都是黑色,一般常用的无色染料为荧烷类物质,显色剂为酸性的酚类物质。经过打印显色后的图像在遇到一定恶劣条件时如遇水、油、溶剂等环境下热敏图像容易产生褪色现象,通常为了克服这些环境的影响,一般会优选化学结构相对较为稳定的无色染料和显色剂作为主反应物,同时也可以从发色涂层和防护涂层上使用耐水、耐油、耐溶剂性能好的胶黏剂或者其他化学品,以抗拒水、油、溶剂的渗透,从而有效减少褪色的发生。但当条件比较恶劣比如遇到溶剂时间较长或者遇到浓度高的溶剂的时候,热敏图像会明显或者彻底消褪,使用者无法再进行信息的识别。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够在热敏打印的同时形成与打印内容一致的隐形荧光图案,防止打印信息丢失的具有隐形荧光显影功能的热敏纸。
本发明的具有隐形荧光显影功能的热敏纸,由原纸、隔热涂层、发色涂层、防护涂层组成,或者由原纸、隔热涂层、发色涂层组成,或者由原纸、发色涂层组成;其特征在于所述发色涂层或者防护涂层含有经过改性聚乙烯醇作为分散乳化剂进行研磨成微颗粒的带荧光有色染料,以及可以与上述改性聚乙烯醇交联成膜的交联剂。
所述的带荧光有色染料为苝类色素。
所述的带荧光有色染料在20℃时在每升溶剂中溶解小于1.5克,所述的带荧光有色染料熔点小于200℃。
所述的带荧光有色染料在涂层中占总干量的1~10%。
所述的带荧光有色染料经过研磨的微颗粒平均粒径为0.5-0.6um。
所述的改性聚乙烯醇为碳酰基团改性的聚乙烯醇,所述的改性聚乙烯醇的聚合度300-500,皂化度90-99%。
所述的交联剂为己二酸二酰肼,所述交联剂用量为改性聚乙烯醇绝干用量的5-10%。
所述隔热涂层为含无机颜料、有机颜料、胶黏剂。所述发色涂层为含无色染料、显色剂、无机填料、胶黏剂,及可能有的经过碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇研磨的带荧光有色染料微颗粒、可与碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇交联成膜的交联剂。所述防护涂层为无机填料、胶黏剂,及可能有的经过碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇研磨的带荧光有色染料微颗粒、可与碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇交联成膜的交联剂。
所述原纸为无荧光热敏原纸。
本发明将带一定荧光的有色染料即色素添加到发色涂层中,利用其熔点接近一般热敏显色剂熔点范围的特点,在热敏打印时与热敏的无色染料、显色剂同时接受相同的热量,荧光色素已经经过研磨乳化并在涂布干燥时其表面的碳酰基团改性聚乙烯醇与交联剂反应成封闭膜后,颗粒呈浅色均匀分布在涂层上,接受到热能的颗粒同样发生一定的熔融,在紫光或者紫外灯下其荧光度与周围没有受到热能的颗粒存在差异,并且形成与热敏图像一模一样的荧光图像。由于所选的带荧光有色染料本身不溶于水、微溶于溶剂,因此当正常的热敏图像遇到强溶剂消褪时,荧光图像还能保持一定的辨析可读性,从而保证了热敏纸张的使用安全性,使产品具有一定隐形的荧光显影功能,满足了对于产品打印图像的保存性有较高要求的应用领域。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种具有隐形荧光显影功能的热敏纸制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用无荧光原纸的定量为60g/m2,正面平滑度为80s;
(2)配置隔热涂层涂布液:在配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及煅烧高岭土,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌40min,再加入空心球、保水剂、消泡剂、丁苯胶乳,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌20min,形成隔热涂层涂布液待用;
所述预涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.5份、煅烧高岭土:45份、中空球:40份、保水剂:4份、消泡剂:0.5份、丁苯胶乳:10份。
(3)配置带荧光染料研磨液:在分散罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入碳酰基团改性的聚乙烯醇胶液、带荧光染料、抑泡剂,在200rpm/min转速条件下搅拌30min。抽出转移到卧式砂磨机进行砂磨,控制砂磨机出料平均粒径0.5-0.6um,最后搅拌均匀形成研磨液待用。
所述带荧光染料研磨液由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:碳酰基团改性的聚乙烯醇:15份、带荧光染料:84.5份、抑泡剂:0.5份。
(4)配置发色涂层涂布液:在发色涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂、轻质碳酸钙,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌60min,再加入聚乙烯醇胶液、显色剂研磨液、增感剂研磨液、无色染料研磨液、润滑剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌30min,形成发色涂层涂布液待用;
所述发色涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂0.5份、轻质碳酸钙:32.5份、聚乙烯醇:8份、显色剂:24份、增感剂:18份、无色染料:12份、润滑剂5份;
(5)配置防护涂层涂布液:在防护涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌60min,再加入聚乙烯醇胶液、硬脂酸锌乳液、丙烯酸胶乳、带荧光染料研磨液、己二酸二酰肼溶液,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌30min,形成防护涂层涂布液待用;
所述防护涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.5份、无机颜料:25份、聚乙烯醇:9.48份、硬脂酸锌:15份、丙烯酸胶乳:48份、带荧光染料研磨液:2份、己二酸二酰肼:0.02份。
(6)将各涂层涂布液加入至涂布机料槽中,采用计量棒涂布方法在原纸上方依次涂布隔热涂层、发色涂层及防护涂层,所述隔热涂层的涂布量为6g/m2,所述发色涂层的涂布量为3.5g/m2,所述防护涂层的涂布量为1.5g/m2,三个涂层为一次性涂布,下机压光、分切成成品。
实施例2
一种具有隐形荧光显影功能的热敏纸制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用无荧光原纸的定量为80g/m2,正面平滑度为60s;
(2)配置隔热涂层涂布液:在配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及煅烧高岭土,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌40min,再加入空心球、保水剂、消泡剂、丁苯胶乳,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌20min,形成隔热涂层涂布液待用;
所述预涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.5份、煅烧高岭土:50份、中空球:35份、保水剂:4份、消泡剂:0.5份、丁苯胶乳:10份。
(3)配置带荧光染料研磨液:在分散罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入碳酰基团改性的聚乙烯醇胶液、带荧光染料、抑泡剂,在200rpm/min转速条件下搅拌30min。抽出转移到卧式砂磨机进行砂磨,控制砂磨机出料平均粒径0.5-0.6um,最后搅拌均匀形成研磨液待用。
所述带荧光染料研磨液由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:碳酰基团改性的聚乙烯醇:15份、带荧光染料:84.5份、抑泡剂:0.5份。
(4)配置发色涂层涂布液:在发色涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂、无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌60min,再加入聚乙烯醇胶液、显色剂研磨液、增感剂研磨液、无色染料研磨液、带荧光染料研磨液、丁苯胶乳、润滑剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌30min,形成发色涂层涂布液待用;
所述发色涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂0.5份、无机颜料:28.44份、聚乙烯醇:8份、显色剂:22份、增感剂:15份、无色染料:11份、带荧光染料研磨液:5份、丁苯胶乳:5份、润滑剂:5份、己二酸二酰肼:0.06份;
(5)将各涂层涂布液加入至涂布机料槽中,采用计量棒涂布方法在原纸上方依次涂布隔热涂层、发色涂层,所述隔热涂层的涂布量为7g/m2,所述发色涂层的涂布量为4g/m2,一次性涂布完成,下机压光、分切成成品。
实施例3
一种具有隐形荧光显影功能的热敏纸制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用无荧光原纸的定量为130g/m2,正面平滑度为40s;
(2)配置带荧光染料研磨液:在分散罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入碳酰基团改性的聚乙烯醇胶液、带荧光染料、抑泡剂,在200rpm/min转速条件下搅拌30min。抽出转移到卧式砂磨机进行砂磨,控制砂磨机出料平均粒径0.5-0.6um,最后搅拌均匀形成研磨液待用。
所述带荧光染料研磨液由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:碳酰基团改性的聚乙烯醇:15份、带荧光染料:84.5份、抑泡剂:0.5份。
(4)配置发色涂层涂布液:在发色涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂、无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌60min,再加入聚乙烯醇胶液、显色剂研磨液、增感剂研磨液、无色染料研磨液、带荧光染料研磨液、丁苯胶乳、润滑剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌30min,形成发色涂层涂布液待用;
所述发色涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂0.5份、无机颜料:18.38份、聚乙烯醇:8份、显色剂:25份、增感剂:15份、无色染料:13份、带荧光染料研磨液:10份、丁苯胶乳:5份、润滑剂:5份、己二酸二酰肼:0.12份;
(5)将发色涂层涂布液加入至涂布机料槽中,采用计量棒涂布方法在原纸上方进行涂布,所述发色涂层的涂布量为5g/m2,下机压光、分切成成品。
对使用上述方法生产的实施例1中的成品进行检测,检测数据如表1。

从表1中可以看出,该热敏纸产品除了可正常打印出热敏发色图案之外,还具有隐形的荧光显影功能,即正常热敏发色部分在完全消褪的情况下,通过紫光或者紫外光可以观察到打印过的痕迹。并且该隐形荧光痕迹在光、热、湿等环境条件下比较稳定。
