一种光学镜头除污剂,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:双氧水5‑7份、黄连1‑3份、石榴皮2‑4份、黄柏2‑4份、皂角1‑3份、蛋白酶1‑3份、纤维素酶2‑4份、纤维素酶2‑4份、果胶酶2‑4份、蒙脱石粉5‑7份、甲基纤维素1‑3份、明矾2‑4份、山芋粉1‑3份、消毒剂6‑8份、蒸馏水180‑200份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺流程简洁,配方选取合理,采用相对较为中性原料制备相对温和的除污剂,不仅并具有较强的去污效果,还可以避免对镜头造成实际的损伤,保证镜头的洁净及安全性能,保证了镜头的实际使用效果,快捷高效,便于实际的推广及大批量使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及光学镜头的处理技术领域,具体涉及一种光学镜头除污剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
镜头是指相机上接收光学对象,并且对其进行调整,从而实现光学成像的光学器材。镜头通常由一块或者多块光学玻璃组成的透镜组,基本单元为凹透镜、凸透镜,或其组合。现代照相机镜头还有采用非球面镜,非球面镜又有光学玻璃磨制非球面镜和塑料压制非球面镜之分。在成像质量基本相同的情况下,其制造成本,使用寿命有较大的区别。理论上而言,一个简单的凸透镜就是一个镜头,但是在实际应用中,镜头需要各种透镜的组合来矫正光学畸变。
镜头是成像设备中最为重要的光学元件之一,诸如相机、投影仪及摄像机等,镜头都是必不可少的元件,然而由于镜头都是直接暴露在空气中,因此在实际的使用中,很容易产生污渍,因此必须进行定期清洗维护,但是由于目前而言,针对于镜头的清洗剂都是采用化学元素所加工制成,由于化学原料的使用,其本身具有一定的污染腐蚀性能,因此在实际的使用中,会造成镜头的腐蚀,影响镜头的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种加工方法简单,配方合理,无毒无腐蚀的光学镜头除污剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种光学镜头除污剂,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
双氧水5-7份、黄连1-3份、石榴皮2-4份、黄柏2-4份、皂角1-3份、蛋白酶1-3份、纤维素酶2-4份、纤维素酶2-4份、果胶酶2-4份、蒙脱石粉5-7份、甲基纤维素1-3份、明矾2-4份、山芋粉1-3份、消毒剂6-8份、蒸馏水180-200份;
各原料优选分量为:乙醇70份、双氧水6份、黄连2份、石榴皮3份、黄柏3份、皂角2份、蛋白酶2份、纤维素酶3份、纤维素酶3份、果胶酶3份、蒙脱石粉6份、甲基纤维素2份、明矾3份、山芋粉2份、消毒剂7份、蒸馏水190份;
上述原料中消毒剂的配方为:丁香1-3g、按叶2-4g、黄柏1-3g、野菊花1-3g、神曲1-3g、决明子2-4g、柴胡2-4g、菖蒲1-3g;
上述消毒剂的制备方法为:将上述所有原料进行混合后,切碎,然后将其全部加入煎锅中,兑总量2倍的清水进行充分搅拌后,加热升温至沸腾,并持续煎煮2-4h后,进行萃取后,得到的油剂即为消毒剂;
制备光学镜头除污剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
1)将上述原料中的黄连、石榴皮、黄柏和皂角进行合并后,初步粉碎,然后将其采用其总量2倍的清水进行煎煮20-30min后,滤得渣滓进行高温烘干后,研磨成粉剂,备用;
2)取上述双氧水放入搅拌容器中,然后将原料中的蛋白酶、纤维素酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶溶于其中,得到混合酶液,备用;
3)将上述蒙脱石粉、甲基纤维素、明矾和山芋粉混合后磨粉,然后将其进行充分合并后,与原料中的消毒剂合并,并且搅拌均匀后得消毒粉,备用;
4)将步骤1、步骤2和步骤3中的所有原料全部混合后,加入原料中的蒸馏水中,然后开启加热至沸腾,边搅拌边持续加热30-35min后,去渣取汁,得到的汁液即为除污剂;

实施例1
称取:双氧水5kg、黄连1kg、石榴皮2kg、黄柏2kg、皂角1kg、蛋白酶1kg、纤维素酶2kg、纤维素酶2kg、果胶酶2kg、蒙脱石粉5kg、甲基纤维素1kg、明矾2kg、山芋粉1kg、消毒剂6kg、蒸馏水180kg;
实施例2
称取:双氧水7kg、黄连3kg、石榴皮4kg、黄柏4kg、皂角3kg、蛋白酶3kg、纤维素酶4kg、纤维素酶4kg、果胶酶4kg、蒙脱石粉7kg、甲基纤维素3kg、明矾4kg、山芋粉3kg、消毒剂8kg、蒸馏水200kg;
实施例3
称取:乙醇70kg、双氧水6kg、黄连2kg、石榴皮3kg、黄柏3kg、皂角2kg、蛋白酶2kg、纤维素酶3kg、纤维素酶3kg、果胶酶3kg、蒙脱石粉6kg、甲基纤维素2kg、明矾3kg、山芋粉2kg、消毒剂7kg、蒸馏水190kg;
制备上述实施例1、2或3的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将上述原料中的黄连、石榴皮、黄柏和皂角进行合并后,初步粉碎,然后将其采用其总量2倍的清水进行煎煮20-30min后,滤得渣滓进行高温烘干后,研磨成粉剂,备用;
2)取上述双氧水放入搅拌容器中,然后将原料中的蛋白酶、纤维素酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶溶于其中,得到混合酶液,备用;
3)将上述蒙脱石粉、甲基纤维素、明矾和山芋粉混合后磨粉,然后将其进行充分合并后,与原料中的消毒剂合并,并且搅拌均匀后得消毒粉,备用;
4)将步骤1、步骤2和步骤3中的所有原料全部混合后,加入原料中的蒸馏水中,然后开启加热至沸腾,边搅拌边持续加热30-35min后,去渣取汁,得到的汁液即为除污剂;

1.一种光学镜头除污剂,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
双氧水5-7份、黄连1-3份、石榴皮2-4份、黄柏2-4份、皂角1-3份、蛋白酶1-3份、纤维素酶2-4份、纤维素酶2-4份、果胶酶2-4份、蒙脱石粉5-7份、甲基纤维素1-3份、明矾2-4份、山芋粉1-3份、消毒剂6-8份、蒸馏水180-200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光学镜头除污剂,其特征在于:各原料优选分量为:乙醇70份、双氧水6份、黄连2份、石榴皮3份、黄柏3份、皂角2份、蛋白酶2份、纤维素酶3份、纤维素酶3份、果胶酶3份、蒙脱石粉6份、甲基纤维素2份、明矾3份、山芋粉2份、消毒剂7份、蒸馏水190份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光学镜头除污剂,其特征在于:所述原料中消毒剂的配方为:丁香1-3g、按叶2-4g、黄柏1-3g、野菊花1-3g、神曲1-3g、决明子2-4g、柴胡2-4g、菖蒲1-3g;
所述消毒剂的制备方法为:将上述所有原料进行混合后,切碎,然后将其全部加入煎锅中,兑总量2倍的清水进行充分搅拌后,加热升温至沸腾,并持续煎煮2-4h后,进行萃取后,得到的油剂即为消毒剂。
4.一种制备权利要求1或2的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤;
1)将上述原料中的黄连、石榴皮、黄柏和皂角进行合并后,初步粉碎,然后将其采用其总量2倍的清水进行煎煮20-30min后,滤得渣滓进行高温烘干后,研磨成粉剂,备用;
2)取上述双氧水放入搅拌容器中,然后将原料中的蛋白酶、纤维素酶、纤维素酶和果胶酶溶于其中,得到混合酶液,备用;
3)将上述蒙脱石粉、甲基纤维素、明矾和山芋粉混合后磨粉,然后将其进行充分合并后,与原料中的消毒剂合并,并且搅拌均匀后得消毒粉,备用;
4)将步骤1、步骤2和步骤3中的所有原料全部混合后,加入原料中的蒸馏水中,然后开启加热至沸腾,边搅拌边持续加热30-35min后,去渣取汁,得到的汁液即为除污剂。
