背景技术
电子产品是以电能为工作基础的相关产品,主要包括:电话、电视机、影碟机(VCD、SVCD、DVD)、录像机、摄录机、收音机、收录机、组合音箱、激光唱机(CD)、电脑、移动通信产品等。这些电子产品在使用或者生产过程中,有必要采用合适的涂层予以保护,以便更好地改善其使用效果,方便根据需要使用。一般的表面涂层效果不佳,所能起到的保护作用有限,有必要采用合适的方式予以改善。

(1)将所述质量份数的氟碳树脂、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、苯甲基硅油、聚醚硅油、二甲基甲酰胺、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、熟桐油、特丁基对苯二酚、聚六亚甲基胍、丙酸钙、二氯异氰脲酸钠、硬脂酰胺丙基吡咯烷酮甲基二甲基氯化铵、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯、硅酸钾粉末、高光钡粉末、三聚磷酸钠、脱乙酰甲壳质、碘酸锂粉末、硫酸铝予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的腈氯纶、聚噻吩、磷酸二氢铵、十溴二苯乙烷、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的费托蜡、苯并三唑、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯、聚乙二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。

(2)加入所述质量份数的腈氯纶、聚噻吩、磷酸二氢铵、十溴二苯乙烷、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;

本实施例中的电子产品多功能保护涂层,由以下质量份数的组分组成:氟碳树脂28份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物26份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯26份、苯甲基硅油24份、聚醚硅油26份、二甲基甲酰胺26份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液24份、熟桐油26份、特丁基对苯二酚26份、聚六亚甲基胍24份、丙酸钙24份、二氯异氰脲酸钠24份、硬脂酰胺丙基吡咯烷酮甲基二甲基氯化铵26份、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯24份、硅酸钾粉末22份、高光钡粉末26份、三聚磷酸钠24份、脱乙酰甲壳质22份、碘酸锂粉末24份、硫酸铝22份、腈氯纶22份、聚噻吩22份、磷酸二氢铵20份、十溴二苯乙烷16份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯14份、费托蜡14份、苯并三唑14份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺14份、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯14份、聚乙二醇14份。
所述硅酸钾粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为9∶8∶1。
所述高光钡粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为7∶8∶1。
所述蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯的粘度在25℃为140mpa.s。
所述碘酸锂粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为20~50目、50~70目、70~90目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为4∶5∶1。
所述苯甲酰甲酸甲酯的粘度在25℃为100mpa.s。
上述电子产品多功能保护涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的氟碳树脂、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、苯甲基硅油、聚醚硅油、二甲基甲酰胺、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、熟桐油、特丁基对苯二酚、聚六亚甲基胍、丙酸钙、二氯异氰脲酸钠、硬脂酰胺丙基吡咯烷酮甲基二甲基氯化铵、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯、硅酸钾粉末、高光钡粉末、三聚磷酸钠、脱乙酰甲壳质、碘酸锂粉末、硫酸铝予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的腈氯纶、聚噻吩、磷酸二氢铵、十溴二苯乙烷、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的费托蜡、苯并三唑、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯、聚乙二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种电子产品多功能保护涂层,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:氟碳树脂24~28份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物22~26份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯22~26份、苯甲基硅油20~24份、聚醚硅油22~26份、二甲基甲酰胺22~26份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液20~24份、熟桐油22~26份、特丁基对苯二酚22~26份、聚六亚甲基胍20~24份、丙酸钙20~24份、二氯异氰脲酸钠20~24份、硬脂酰胺丙基吡咯烷酮甲基二甲基氯化铵22~26份、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯20~24份、硅酸钾粉末18~22份、高光钡粉末22~26份、三聚磷酸钠20~24份、脱乙酰甲壳质18~22份、碘酸锂粉末20~24份、硫酸铝18~22份、腈氯纶18~22份、聚噻吩18~22份、磷酸二氢铵16~20份、十溴二苯乙烷12~16份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯10~14份、费托蜡10~14份、苯并三唑10~14份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺10~14份、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯10~14份、聚乙二醇10~14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品多功能保护涂层,其特征在于:所述电子产品多功能保护涂层由以下质量份数的组分组成:氟碳树脂24、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物22份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯22份、苯甲基硅油20份、聚醚硅油22份、二甲基甲酰胺22份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液20份、熟桐油22份、特丁基对苯二酚22份、聚六亚甲基胍20份、丙酸钙20份、二氯异氰脲酸钠20份、硬脂酰胺丙基吡咯烷酮甲基二甲基氯化铵22份、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯20份、硅酸钾粉末18份、高光钡粉末22份、三聚磷酸钠20份、脱乙酰甲壳质18份、碘酸锂粉末20份、硫酸铝18份、腈氯纶18份、聚噻吩18份、磷酸二氢铵16份、十溴二苯乙烷12份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯10份、费托蜡10份、苯并三唑10份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺10份、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯10份、聚乙二醇10份。

4.根据权利要求1至3所述的电子产品多功能保护涂层,其特征在于:所述电子产品多功能保护涂层由以下质量份数的组分组成:氟碳树脂28份、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物26份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯26份、苯甲基硅油24份、聚醚硅油26份、二甲基甲酰胺26份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液24份、熟桐油26份、特丁基对苯二酚26份、聚六亚甲基胍24份、丙酸钙24份、二氯异氰脲酸钠24份、硬脂酰胺丙基吡咯烷酮甲基二甲基氯化铵26份、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯24份、硅酸钾粉末22份、高光钡粉末26份、三聚磷酸钠24份、脱乙酰甲壳质22份、碘酸锂粉末24份、硫酸铝22份、腈氯纶22份、聚噻吩22份、磷酸二氢铵20份、十溴二苯乙烷16份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯14份、费托蜡14份、苯并三唑14份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺14份、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯14份、聚乙二醇14份。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的电子产品多功能保护涂层,其特征在于:所述硅酸钾粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为3~9∶4~8∶1。
6.根据权利要求1至4所述的电子产品多功能保护涂层,其特征在于:所述高光钡粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为3~7∶2~8∶1。
7.根据权利要求1至5所述的电子产品多功能保护涂层,其特征在于:所述蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯的粘度在25℃为120~140mpa.s。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品多功能保护涂层,其特征在于:所述碘酸锂粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为20~50目、50~70目、70~90目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为2~4∶3~5∶1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品多功能保护涂层,其特征在于:所述苯甲酰甲酸甲酯的粘度在25℃为80~100mpa.s。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电子产品多功能保护涂层,其特征在于:所述电子产品多功能保护涂层制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的氟碳树脂、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、苯甲基硅油、聚醚硅油、二甲基甲酰胺、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、熟桐油、特丁基对苯二酚、聚六亚甲基胍、丙酸钙、二氯异氰脲酸钠、硬脂酰胺丙基吡咯烷酮甲基二甲基氯化铵、苯甲酰甲酸甲酯、硅酸钾粉末、高光钡粉末、三聚磷酸钠、脱乙酰甲壳质、碘酸锂粉末、硫酸铝予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度约5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min左右;
(2)加入所述质量份数的腈氯纶、聚噻吩、磷酸二氢铵、十溴二苯乙烷、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的费托蜡、苯并三唑、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、蓖麻油酸聚氧丙烯酯、聚乙二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
