Abstract
本发明涉及一种高压电器绝缘表面处理剂,由以下组分组成:卤化丁基橡胶、氟硅树脂、萜烯树脂、坚果油、松油醇、丙酸乙酯、卡波树脂、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、丙环唑、吡啶硫酮锌、二苯并呋喃、十六烷基溴、银离子抗菌剂、磷酸锂粉末、纳米碳酸钙、凹凸棒土粉末、草酸铜、木质素磺酸钙、二氧化硅粉末、粉煤灰、六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、多聚磷酸铵、磷酸三辛酯、咪唑烷基脲、乙二醇丁醚、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、二丙酮醇、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠。本发明产品具有较为优越的阻燃、耐酸碱、绝缘、防霉变抗菌性能,改善了产品性能。

背景技术
随着社会经济的飞速发展和高压电器的日益增多,高压电器绝缘问题越来越受到人们的重视,电气绝缘系统要求也越来越严格。大容量发电技术的发展促使着电力电压的提升,也不断使得绝缘材料进步与优化。绝缘材料在应用的过程中不仅具备着粘接性良好、固化过程较为科学、耐热性与耐久性高的特点,同时其抗腐蚀性、抗机械强度也较高,能够满足各种不同要求的高压配线施工要求。

本发明的目的在于提供一种高压电器绝缘表面处理剂,以便更好地实现高压电器绝缘表面处理剂的使用功能,使产品具有阻燃、耐酸碱、绝缘、防霉变抗菌性能,改善产品使用性能。

(1)将所述质量份数的卤化丁基橡胶、氟硅树脂、萜烯树脂、坚果油、松油醇、丙酸乙酯、卡波树脂、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、丙环唑、吡啶硫酮锌、二苯并呋喃、十六烷基溴、银离子抗菌剂、磷酸锂粉末、纳米碳酸钙、凹凸棒土粉末、草酸铜、木质素磺酸钙、二氧化硅粉末、粉煤灰予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min左右,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、多聚磷酸铵、磷酸三辛酯、咪唑烷基脲,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min左右,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的乙二醇丁醚、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、二丙酮醇、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min左右,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。

(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、多聚磷酸铵、磷酸三辛酯、咪唑烷基脲,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的乙二醇丁醚、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、二丙酮醇、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min左右,分散时间为40min;混合均匀后制得本品。

(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、多聚磷酸铵、磷酸三辛酯、咪唑烷基脲,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;

(1)将所述质量份数的卤化丁基橡胶、氟硅树脂、萜烯树脂、坚果油、松油醇、丙酸乙酯、卡波树脂、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、丙环唑、吡啶硫酮锌、二苯并呋喃、十六烷基溴、银离子抗菌剂、磷酸锂粉末、纳米碳酸钙、凹凸棒土粉末、草酸铜、木质素磺酸钙、二氧化硅粉末、粉煤灰予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、多聚磷酸铵、磷酸三辛酯、咪唑烷基脲,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的乙二醇丁醚、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、二丙酮醇、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。

3.根据权利要求1至2所述的高压电器绝缘表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述高压电器绝缘表面处理剂由以下质量份数的组分组成:卤化丁基橡胶32份、氟硅树脂30份、萜烯树脂30份、坚果油28份、松油醇30份、丙酸乙酯30份、卡波树脂28份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷30份、丙环唑30份、吡啶硫酮锌28份、二苯并呋喃28份、十六烷基溴28份、银离子抗菌剂30份、磷酸锂粉末28份、纳米碳酸钙26份、凹凸棒土粉末30份、草酸铜28份、木质素磺酸钙26份、二氧化硅粉末28份、粉煤灰26份、六溴环十二烷26份、三氯乙基磷酸酯26份、多聚磷酸铵24份、磷酸三辛酯20份、咪唑烷基脲18份、乙二醇丁醚18份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯18份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯18份、二丙酮醇18份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠18份。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的高压电器绝缘表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述高压电器绝缘表面处理剂由以下质量份数的组分组成:卤化丁基橡胶34份、氟硅树脂32份、萜烯树脂32份、坚果油30份、松油醇32份、丙酸乙酯32份、卡波树脂30份、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷32份、丙环唑32份、吡啶硫酮锌30份、二苯并呋喃30份、十六烷基溴30份、银离子抗菌剂32份、磷酸锂粉末30份、纳米碳酸钙28份、凹凸棒土粉末32份、草酸铜30份、木质素磺酸钙28份、二氧化硅粉末30份、粉煤灰28份、六溴环十二烷28份、三氯乙基磷酸酯28份、多聚磷酸铵26份、磷酸三辛酯22份、咪唑烷基脲20份、乙二醇丁醚20份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯20份、环氧脂肪酸甲酯20份、二丙酮醇20份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠20份。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的高压电器绝缘表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述磷酸锂粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为3~6∶4~8∶1。
6.根据权利要求1至4所述的高压电器绝缘表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述粉煤灰由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为30~50目、50~80目、80~100目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为3~5∶2~10∶1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高压电器绝缘表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述三氯乙基磷酸酯的粘度在25℃为120~160mpa.s。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高压电器绝缘表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅粉末由三种粒径目数的粉体组成,其粒径目数分别为20~50目、50~70目、70~90目,上述三种粉体的混合质量比例为2~4∶3~5∶1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高压电器绝缘表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述卡波树脂的粘度在25℃为80~120mpa.s。
10.根据权利要求1所述的高压电器绝缘表面处理剂,其特征在于:所述高压电器绝缘表面处理剂制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的卤化丁基橡胶、氟硅树脂、萜烯树脂、坚果油、松油醇、丙酸乙酯、卡波树脂、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、丙环唑、吡啶硫酮锌、二苯并呋喃、十六烷基溴、银离子抗菌剂、磷酸锂粉末、纳米碳酸钙、凹凸棒土粉末、草酸铜、木质素磺酸钙、二氧化硅粉末、粉煤灰予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度约5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min左右;
(2)加入所述质量份数的六溴环十二烷、三氯乙基磷酸酯、多聚磷酸铵、磷酸三辛酯、咪唑烷基脲,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的乙二醇丁醚、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、二丙酮醇、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
