本发明公布了一种抗菌皮革,包括皮革层和抗菌涂层,抗菌涂层包括抗菌性两亲生物碳材料,抗菌性两亲生物碳材料是以两亲生物碳材料为载体,在两亲生物碳材料表面以共价键修饰有季铵化聚乙烯亚胺的抗菌性两亲生物碳材料,所述皮革抗菌涂层还包括纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和液态树脂,所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子和异噻唑啉酮均匀掺杂到所述液体树脂中,所述抗菌涂层涂覆在所述皮革层的内里上。该皮革能够有效抑制和消灭菌。

本发明涉及到一种抗菌皮革。本发明还涉及一种制备上述抗菌皮革的方法。
背景技术
人们在穿着皮鞋的过程中,经常因汗脚等原因导致真菌滋生,出现脚部皮肤病,并出现脚臭现象,久其原因主要是皮鞋中温热、潮湿的环境很适合真菌滋生,但是皮鞋中并没有任何材料用于抑制或者杀死真菌。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够有效抑制和消灭菌的抗菌皮革。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:抗菌皮革,包括皮革层和抗菌涂层,抗菌涂层包括抗菌性两亲生物碳材料,抗菌性两亲生物碳材料是以两亲生物碳材料为载体,在两亲生物碳材料表面以共价键修饰有季铵化聚乙烯亚胺的抗菌性两亲生物碳材料,其特征是:所述皮革抗菌涂层还包括纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和液态树脂,所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子和异噻唑啉酮均匀掺杂到所述液体树脂中,所述抗菌涂层涂覆在所述皮革层的内里上。
本发明还提供了:一种制备上述抗菌皮革的方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
A、将所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子和异噻唑啉酮在常温状态下均匀掺杂到所述液体树脂中;
B、将所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和液体树脂的混合物加热到120-160摄氏度;
C、将加热后的所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和液体树脂的混合物涂覆到皮革层的内里上,然后晾干。
本发明具有以下效果:其中的纳米银离子和异噻唑啉酮因其用量过多对人体有一定伤害,但少量使用已经证明其无害性,因此分别少量加入纳米银离子和异噻唑啉酮后既可在短期内大量杀灭各种菌类,又不会使其用量超标而伤害人体。而抗菌性两亲生物碳材料因其对抗菌效果更加长久,而且对人体无害,但其只对有限的几种革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌具有较好的抑菌效果,但是对足部常见的几种真菌的抑菌效果并不显著,但是能够广泛地对各种有害菌形成抑制,当上述纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和抗菌性两亲生物碳材料复合抑菌时,可在短期内大量杀灭各种有害菌,在长期时间内对各种有害菌形成抑制,使该抗菌皮革的抗菌效果更好、持续时间更长。并且纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和抗菌性两亲生物碳材料能够互相弥补各自对不同菌类抗菌效果上的不足,从而能够对更多种类的有害菌产生作用。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的抗菌皮革,包括皮革层和抗菌涂层,抗菌涂层包括抗菌性两亲生物碳材料,抗菌性两亲生物碳材料是以两亲生物碳材料为载体,在两亲生物碳材料表面以共价键修饰有季铵化聚乙烯亚胺的抗菌性两亲生物碳材料,所述皮革抗菌涂层还包括纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和液态树脂,所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子和异噻唑啉酮均匀掺杂到所述液体树脂中,所述抗菌涂层涂覆在所述皮革层的内里上。
在上述实施例中,所述皮革抗菌涂层按质量配比包括抗菌性两亲生物碳材料0.5-2份、纳米银离子2-5份、异噻唑啉酮4-6份和液态树脂90-110份。上述配比的抗菌和混合效果较好。其最佳的配比是:所述皮革抗菌涂层按质量配比包括抗菌性两亲生物碳材料1份、纳米银离子4份、异噻唑啉酮3.5份和液态树脂100份。
本发明还提供了一种制备上述抗菌皮革的方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子和异噻唑啉酮在常温状态下均匀掺杂到所述液体树脂中;
B、将所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和液体树脂的混合物加热到120-160摄氏度;该温度范围内,既可较好地保持抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮的性状,又可使树脂能够与皮革内里较好的结合,保持较好地粘合度。
C、将加热后的所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和液体树脂的混合物涂覆到皮革层的内里上,然后晾干。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗菌皮革,包括皮革层和抗菌涂层,抗菌涂层包括抗菌性两亲生物碳材料,抗菌性两亲生物碳材料是以两亲生物碳材料为载体,在两亲生物碳材料表面以共价键修饰有季铵化聚乙烯亚胺的抗菌性两亲生物碳材料,其特征是:所述皮革抗菌涂层还包括纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和液态树脂,所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子和异噻唑啉酮均匀掺杂到所述液体树脂中,所述抗菌涂层涂覆在所述皮革层的内里上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌皮革,其特征是:所述皮革抗菌涂层按质量配比包括抗菌性两亲生物碳材料0.5-2份、纳米银离子2-5份、异噻唑啉酮4-6份和液态树脂90-110份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌皮革,其特征是:所述皮革抗菌涂层按质量配比包括抗菌性两亲生物碳材料1份、纳米银离子4份、异噻唑啉酮3.5份和液态树脂100份。
4.一种制备权利要求1或2所述抗菌皮革的方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
A、将所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子和异噻唑啉酮在常温状态下均匀掺杂到所述液体树脂中;
B、将所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和液体树脂的混合物加热到120-160摄氏度;
C、将加热后的所述抗菌性两亲生物碳材料、纳米银离子、异噻唑啉酮和液体树脂的混合物涂覆到皮革层的内里上,然后晾干。
