技术领域
本发明涉及一种2,4-二氯氟苯合成过程中使用的装置,具体涉及一种生产用多物料混合系统。
背景技术
目前,在众多的化工企业,萃取这一工艺技术应用的比较广泛,而萃取的效果和速度跟无聊的混合程度有很大的关系,2,4-二氯氟苯合成过程中,溶剂和原料没有时间充分混合和分离,导致的结果是萃取率低,产品质量不高等。为了提高产品质量和提高萃取率,目前采用加大塔的尺寸和增加填料等来延长萃取过程,投入大,效率低。
混合器可以加速溶剂和物料的混合效果,目前国内外一些经常使用的混合器,大多为静态设备,也有一些动态的混合器,基本上都是采用搅拌的形式,混合效果和效率也比较低。静态混合器大部分都是采用螺旋元件来实现,结构比较简单、阻力小、适用性广,但是流体混合不充分、混合效率低,缺乏动力,混合速度慢。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种生产用多物料混合系统,能够使溶剂和物料充分混合,提高萃取率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种生产用多物料混合系统,包括处理箱、进料口、抽余相出料口、填料层,抽出相出口,其创新点在于:所述处理箱顶部设置两个进料口;处理箱中部设置填料层,填料层下方和下方分别设置有混合机构A和混合机构B;
所述的混合机构A和混合机构B均包括搅拌轴、安装于搅拌轴上的螺旋搅拌桨、与搅拌轴端部连接的搅拌电机以及半径等于处理箱内径的,将处理箱分隔成多个混合室的分隔板;所述分隔板上均匀分布若干孔眼,且设置有供搅拌轴通过的通孔;
所述混合机构A的搅拌轴从处理箱顶部伸入处理箱内,穿过混合机构A的分隔板的通孔;所述混合机构B的搅拌轴从处理箱底部伸入处理箱内,穿过混合机构B的分隔板的通孔,所述螺旋搅拌桨设置于混合机构A和混合机构B中相邻两层分隔板之间的搅拌轴上。
进一步的,混合机构A和混合机构B均设置三层分隔板。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的萃取装置在萃取塔的处理箱上部和下部设置混合机构,使溶剂和物料充分混合,分隔板起到延长萃取时间的效果,搅拌桨则将溶剂和物料混合均匀,进一步提高萃取效率。

如图1所示的一种生产用多物料混合系统,包括处理箱1、进料口2、抽余相出料口3、填料层4,抽出相出口5,处理箱1顶部设置两个进料口2;处理箱1中部设置填料层4,填料层4上方和下方分别设置有混合机构A6和混合机构B7;
混合机构A6和混合机构B7均包括搅拌轴8、安装于搅拌轴8上的螺旋搅拌桨9、与搅拌轴8端部连接的搅拌电机10以及半径等于处理箱1内径的,将处理箱1分隔成多个混合室的分隔板11;
混合机构A6和混合机构B7设置三层分隔板上均匀分布若干孔眼,且设置有供搅拌轴8通过的通孔;
混合机构A6的搅拌轴8从处理箱1顶部伸入处理箱内,穿过混合机构A6的分隔板11的通孔;混合机构B7的搅拌轴8从处理箱1底部伸入处理箱1内,穿过混合机构B7的分隔板11的通孔,螺旋搅拌桨9设置于混合机构A6和混合机构B7中相邻两层分隔板11之间的搅拌轴8上。

所述的混合机构A和混合机构B均包括搅拌轴、安装于搅拌轴上的螺旋搅拌桨、与搅拌轴端部连接的搅拌电机以及半径等于处理箱内径的,将处理箱分隔成多个混合室的分隔板;所述分隔板上均匀分布若干孔眼,且设置有供搅拌轴通过的通孔;
