技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1前序部分所述的用于净化室内空气和/或新鲜空气的移动式净化器和用于净化室内空气和/或新鲜空气的方法。
背景技术
设计为所谓的多功能过滤器的滤芯已经众所周知。这些滤芯至少具有一个过滤颗粒的区域和一个吸附气体的区域。这样的滤芯由文件DE202008000380U1已知。
此外,在文件DE10324341B3中描述了用于净化穿流的流体介质、特别是输送给机动车的客舱的空气的过滤装置,其具有颗粒和吸附过滤单元。
吸附气体区域的吸附材料可以具有活性炭或沸石。过滤颗粒层通常由无纺织物制成。无纺织物用于过滤颗粒且可以被静电地充电。
还已知的是:多功能过滤器应用在移动式净化器中,该移动式净化器例如能地点可变地安装在建筑物中。
移动式净化器由于其移动的和位置不同的安装而会承受振动和颤动,振动和颤动会影响过滤效率。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于:提供一种如下设计的移动式净化器,该移动式净化器尽可能有效地过滤含颗粒的和/或含烟雾的室内空气和/或新鲜空气,其中,尽可能阻止颗粒状的被发射的杂质从吸附气体的区域释放到室内。

按照本发明认识到:当吸附气体区域朝向流入侧时,由该吸附气体区域发射的颗粒(partikulaere)物质几乎不能被排出到流出侧的空间中。物质向着流出侧的方向从吸附材料的所谓的“脱落”被有效地在很大程度上防止。由此即使当移动式净化器遭受可能导致“脱落”的颤动,该移动式净化器的过滤效率也显著提高。
因此开头提到的任务得以实现。
过滤颗粒区域可以具有被静电加载的过滤介质。滤芯随着时间的流失会丧失其静电加载电荷(Aufladung)。
由吸附材料制成的连接于上游的层令人惊喜地保护被静电加载的过滤介质免受潮气和会导致放电的气态杂质的影响。
在这个背景下,用于室内空气净化器的新的中国标准“GB/T18801用于便携式空气净化器的中国国家标准”作出了规定,该规定涉及滤芯被香烟烟雾加载。用于室内空气净化器的新的中国标准通过消耗的香烟数量来描述滤芯的使用寿命或者说使用时间,在室内空气净化器中的滤芯承受所述消耗的香烟。
各个过滤功能的顺序即吸附气体和过滤颗粒沿滤芯的穿流方向对被静电加载的过滤颗粒的区域的放电行为产生明显影响。已经令人惊喜地证实:在烟雾影响下通过滤芯的适当定向可以实现显著更小的放电效果。
如果烟雾、特别是香烟烟雾首先穿流被静电加载的过滤颗粒区域,然后才穿流吸附气体区域,那么效率和由此过滤颗粒区域的使用寿命比反向穿流情况下小得多。
被烟雾加载的室内空气和/或新鲜空气被有针对性地输送给滤芯,其中,室内空气和/或新鲜空气穿流吸附气体区域,并且接着室内空气和/或新鲜空气穿流被静电加载的过滤颗粒区域。
具体而言,在烟雾必须被过滤的应用中,通过滤芯的适当定向,被静电加载的过滤颗粒区域通过吸附气体区域保护以防烟雾,并且由此使得放电显著少于反向穿流的情况。在这方面,被加载烟雾的室内空气的净化在较长时间上得到保障。
过滤颗粒区域可以具有至少一个层,和/或吸附气体区域可以同样具有至少一个层。各层可以容易地彼此结合并且共同置于折叠部中。具体而言可考虑的是:过滤颗粒区域具有多个层、优选两个或三个由合成的无纺织物制成的层。
还可考虑:过滤颗粒区域的各层由纸或玻璃纤维制成。一个层也可以设计为膜片。
过滤介质可以具有无纺织物或设计为无纺织物。由合成纤维构成的无纺织物容易被静电充电并且被置于折叠部中。优选地,无纺织物通过熔喷法制造并且被静电充电。
吸附气体区域可以具有活性炭。活性炭特别适于吸附烟雾。活性炭层令人惊喜地保护被静电加载的过滤介质以免大量放电。通过连接于上游的活性炭层,在优选被折叠的颗粒过滤介质之前的蜂窝状过滤器中的或在多功能过滤器中的球状物形式可以实现较长的使用寿命,其中,活性炭优选作为颗粒材料集成到过滤介质中。
吸附气体区域可以构造成蜂窝形式。蜂窝形式提供多个圆形的、椭圆形的或多角形的通道和/或腔室以用于收纳由活性炭制成的球状物。通道的和/或腔室的壁可以由活性炭制成。壁优选是挤出的。
移动式净化器可以设计为机动车或者设置在机动车中。机动车可以基于设置在其中和/或其上的滤芯来为空气去除有害物质。
此处描述类型的移动式净化器优选设计为可携带的室内空气净化器。
此处描述类型的移动式净化器可以在循环空气模式中运行但也可以在供应空气模式中运行。
对此处描述类型的用于过滤加载有烟雾的室内空气和/或新鲜空气的移动式净化器的应用特别有利的,这是因为可以利用开头所述的减少的放电效果。
室内空气和/或新鲜空气可能被香烟烟雾或者雪茄烟雾加载。在电弧切割有机组织时产生的烟雾同样可以首先被引导通过吸附气体区域。过滤颗粒区域在此的放电与该过滤颗粒区域首先被穿流并且然后吸附气体区域才被穿流的情况相比也明显变弱。因此优选移动式净化器在医院中的应用或者所述方法在医院中的实施是可行的。
所有类型的多功能过滤器可以用于实施此处所述的用于净化被烟雾加载的室内空气和/或新鲜空气的方法。
机动车设计为用于净化空气的移动式净化器并且为此具有至少一个滤芯,该机动车可以有助于净化开放的或者封闭的环境。
