本发明公开了一种用于增塑剂环氧大豆油生产的油水分离装置,它包括分离槽、进料口、隔板、视盅、阀门、动力泵,所述分离槽左上方设有进料口,所述隔板均匀布置在分离槽内,隔板高度从左到右依次降低,每块隔板上方设有均匀布置的溢流孔,分离槽内每个隔板区域底部设有出口管道,在出口管道依次安装视盅和管道阀门,出口管道汇集后分为水路和油路两路管道,在水路上安装水路阀门,在油路上安装油路阀门及动力泵。本发明通过分离罐中采用高度不同的隔板设计,阶梯式隔板有效提高油水分离功能;另外每个隔板区域底部设有出口管道,也可在各个隔板区域进行单独分离出底部的水层,提高油水分离效率。

[0001]本发明涉及有机化工产品增塑剂环氧大豆油的生产装置,具体涉及增塑剂环氧大豆油生产的油水分离装置。
背景技术
[0002]环氧大豆油是一种广泛使用的无毒、无味的聚氯乙烯增塑剂兼稳定剂,对光、热有良好的稳定作用,且相容性好、挥发性低、迀移性小,它在聚氯乙烯塑料制品中的作用是其它增塑剂无法替代的。目前,环氧大豆油作为环氧增塑剂通常是通过冰醋酸、双氧水与大豆油反应获得,反应结束后经过中和、水洗、蒸馏得到成品。传统的水洗工序为在水洗锅中进行,水洗后物料静置使油水分层,排水后再进入蒸馏工序。但主要存在水洗锅中油水分离不彻底,排水效率低,极易造成物料流失或物料含水量多,产生后续蒸馏工序负荷大,蒸馏时间长,能源浪费,同时物料温度超高后,环氧键发生开环现象,严重影响产品质量和产品收率。

[0005]有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过分离罐中采用高度不同的隔板设计,可以对罐内的油脂层通过各个隔板上部溢流孔进行向下阶梯式分离,阶梯式隔板有效提高油水分离功能;另外每个隔板区域底部设有出口管道,也可在各个隔板区域进行单独分离出底部的水层,提高油水分离效率。

[0009]操作时,物料从进料口 2进入分离槽I后,利用油和水的比重差,在隔板3的作用下,实现油水分离,阶梯式隔板提高了油水分离功能;进料结束后静置20-30分钟,排水时打开最后档隔板区域管道阀门8,通过玻璃视盅4观察,分离出的水层经出水口流入污水处理收集池,当观察到油时,则开启油路油路阀门12及动力栗5输送油至生产线贮罐。
