The base 1 is provided with a foot protection component 47, the foot protection component 47 comprises a positioning pin 48 and a foot protection plate 49, and the foot protection plate 49 is installed on the base 1 through the positioning pin 48. The foot protection component 47 can be arranged at different positions of the base 1 through positioning pins so as to meet the requirements of different patients. And a knee protection plate 50 is provided at the upper end of the main shaft 2. When the patient does the dynamic and static balance training, the foot protection component 47 and the knee protection plate 50 can play a role in protecting other parts of the patient, and the dynamic and static balance training is ensured to be reliably and effectively carried out.
