Abstract

本发明的任务在于提供一种使用无水平印版直接印刷的轮转印刷机的带有短墨路供墨装置的印刷机组。根据本发明,固定在印版滚筒(3;4)上的无水平印版(6)直接对承印材料(14)施以印刷,短墨路供墨装置(16;28;34)至少由一个带凹陷的传墨辊(17)和一套刮墨装置(18)组成,与无水平印版共同发挥作用,而装有无水平印版的第二个印版滚筒(4)作为压印滚筒使用。从而来完成此项任务。

Description

轮转印刷机的带短墨路供墨装置的印刷机组
本发明涉及一种轮转印刷机的带有短墨路供墨装置的印刷机组。
胶版轮转印刷机上带短墨路供墨装置的印刷机组,按照常规,在这种印刷机上,油墨通过一个转移滚筒—亦即橡皮布滚筒从带润版液的平印版上间接地传递到纸带上,这种原理是人所共知的。
其缺点在于,传递到纸张上的润版液会导致纸张尺寸的变化。
本发明的任务在于:提供一种使用无水平印版直接印刷的具有短墨路供墨装置的印刷机组。
为此,本发明提供一种轮转印刷机上带短墨路供墨装置的印刷机组,固定在印版滚筒上的无水平印版被安置成能直接对一种承印材料施以印刷,短墨路供墨装置至少由一个带凹陷的传墨辊和一套刮墨装置组成,与无水平印版共同发挥作用,装有无水平印版的第二个印版滚筒作为压印滚筒使用。
带短墨路供墨装置的印刷机组可以安装两个传墨辊,它们都与带凹陷的传墨辊和平印版接触。
传墨辊之一带有亲和油墨的软性涂层;而另一个带有与隔离剂亲和的软性涂层。
此外,在带凹陷的传墨辊和无水平印版之间安装一组传墨辊。
由本发明所达到的特殊优点是:不会出现由润版液引起的纸张变形。因为不使用润版液,可以可靠地保证稳定不变的油墨传递。
装有软性无水平印版的印版滚筒承担了常规情况下橡皮布滚筒的功能,例如即使在粗糙纸张上也可均衡地传递印刷压力。
特别具备的优势是:通过舍弃橡皮布滚筒,在平印版和承印材料之间仅存在一个油墨传递区域,这样可以减少油墨的分离回传和挤压损失,由此可以向承印材料传递较厚的油墨层。较厚的油墨层以往仅在凹版印刷或丝网印刷工艺方法中才能做到。此外,与可比的胶印机组比较,这种不带橡皮布滚筒的印刷机组具有显著物美价廉的特性。
使用不分油墨区的短墨路供墨装置给无水平印版上墨优点突出,因为省去了为保证恒定供墨所需的调节工作,因此将作废印张数量减至最低。简化的机械结构减轻了维护工作量,而投资额也特别低。

在轮转印刷机侧面支架1上装有一个印刷机组2,它由两个印版滚筒3、4组成,其中第二个印版滚筒4起到压印滚筒的作用。
在印版滚筒3、4上各固定一张用来直接印刷的无水平印版6(图1)。这种平印版6具有一层金属或塑料基底层7。在金属基底层7上涂上橡胶层8,在橡胶层8上敷有一层感光树脂9,而在此感光树脂层9上面又涂有一个硅橡胶层(图2)。通过已知的工艺方法改变平印版6,即:在版面上由感光性树脂层9构成能接受油墨的印刷区域12,而硅橡胶层11上形成排斥油墨的非印刷区域13。软性橡胶层8与胶印橡皮布作用相对应。在印版滚筒3和4之间的承印材料14,例如:纸带,直接由无水平印版6印刷。
一个短墨路供墨装置16由带表面结构的传墨辊17和一个刮墨装置18组成,它们与平印版6共同发挥作用,将印刷油墨19传送给平印版6。印刷油墨19适宜于无水平版印刷,它含有隔离剂21,例如:硅油或者硅改性树脂。
传墨辊17由一个钢制芯22构成。钢芯22可以具有支承轴颈。钢芯22外围涂有耐磨损涂层23,例如用喷涂工艺喷涂上的硬质陶瓷层。这个涂层23带有表面结构,例如用激光加工法雕刻出凹陷24,如:微小的凹穴或凹槽。在这些凹陷24之间有细窄的隔离带26,这些隔离带26可以相互交叉或近似平行地延伸。隔离带26由耐磨的硬质陶瓷材料组成,它与隔离剂21有高亲和力。由此,作为硬质陶瓷材料可以使用诸如:氧化硅、氧化铝或氧化铬,用硅油浸透或置入硅橡胶及氟化硅橡胶。
凹陷24带有亲和油墨涂层27,例如:二叠氮基醌聚合物(图3)。
含有隔离剂21的印刷油墨19借助于刮墨装置18传给带表面结构的传墨辊17。传墨辊17再直接将印刷油墨19传给平印版6。平印版6上的印刷区域12上附着印刷油墨19,同时印刷油墨19的隔离剂成份传递给平印版6的非印刷区域13。
当然,在印版滚筒3与带表面结构的传墨辊17之间可以安装任意数量的传墨辊。例如:在短墨路供墨装置28中,印版滚筒3和带表面结构的传墨辊17之间,由另外两个传墨辊29,31传递印刷油墨19。这里,压靠在带表面结构的传墨辊17上的传墨辊29带软性涂层32,而与平印版6和传墨辊29接触的传墨辊31则带硬性涂层33。(图4)
在短墨路供墨装置的第三实施例中(图5),装有两个传墨辊36、37,每个传墨辊都与无水平印版6及带表面结构的传墨辊17相接触。第一个传墨辊36带有亲和油墨的软性涂层38,第二个传墨辊37带有与隔离剂亲和的软性涂层39,例如:硅橡胶或氟化硅橡胶。

Claims (4)

1.轮转印刷机上带短墨路供墨装置(16;28;34)的印刷机组(2),其特征是:固定在印版滚筒(3;4)上的无水平印版(6)被安置成能直接对一种承印材料(14)施以印刷,短墨路供墨装置(16;28;34)至少由一个带凹陷的传墨辊(17)和一套刮墨装置(18)组成,与无水平印版(6)共同发挥作用,装有无水平印版(6)的第二个印版滚筒(4)作为压印滚筒使用。
2.按照权利要求1所述的带短墨路供墨装置(34)的印刷机组(2),其特征为:可以安装两个传墨辊(36;37),它们都与带凹陷的传墨辊(17)和平印版(6)接触。
3.按照权利要求2所述的带短墨路供墨装置(34)的印刷机组(2),其特征为:传墨辊(36)带有亲和油墨的软性涂层(38);而传墨辊(37)带有与隔离剂亲和的软性涂层(39)。
4.按照权利要求1所述的带短墨路供墨装置(28)的印刷机组(2),其特征为:在带凹陷的传墨辊17和无水平印版(6)之间安装一组传墨辊(29;31)。
