本发明涉及一种具有降胆固醇功效的保健食品组合物,属于保健食品技术领域。
背景技术
根据《中国心血管病报告2015》最新数据显示,我国心血管疾病患者已达2.9亿人,成为我国所有疾病发病率、死亡率的首位,面临严峻挑战。
中国心血管病死亡率的上升趋势,主要是由于胆固醇引起的缺血性心脏病死亡上升所致。根据我国的研究数据显示,中国人冠心病死亡率增加77%主要是由于胆固醇升高所引起。而在众多危险因素当中,胆固醇指标异常是导致冠心病、心肌梗死、心脏性猝死和缺血性脑卒的独立而重要的危险因素。它通过加速全身动脉粥样硬化,对身体造成隐匿性、进行性、全身性和器质性的损害。
但在另一方面,公众对于胆固醇的认识远远不足。日前一项3500人参与的调研数据显示,60%被调查者不知道胆固醇是心梗脑梗的最主要原因,49%的被调查者不知道“坏胆固醇”是指低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c),37%的被调查者认为“高胆固醇是吃出来的,管住嘴即可”,只有约39%的被调查者知晓“70%以上坏胆固醇是人体自身合成的”。因此,为了控制体内的胆固醇水平,除了饮食上注意避免过来摄入外,最重要的是调理体内合成机制。
目前,高胆固醇患者一般以药物治疗为主要手段,而食疗由于具有温和、副作用小等优点而起到有效辅助疗效、预防等,现今越来越受到消费者青睐。CN201410230091.85公开了一种降胆固醇的燕麦软糖及其制作方法,包括下述重量份的组分:纯净水33~37份,琼脂1.5~3.5份,益生糖16~20份,饴糖17~23份,蔗糖4~7份,燕麦17~23份,利用了益生菌、燕麦具有的降脂效果,来实现目的,但是降胆固醇效果不明确;CN201210274882.1公开了一种降胆固醇菌粉,以及含有该菌粉的降胆固醇复合调味酱及应用,降胆固醇菌粉含有莫格球拟酵母(Torulopsismogii)新菌种LZKDZ2011,含有该菌粉的降胆固醇复合调味酱包括下述重量份组成的原料:小麦麦芽550-600份,食盐300-350份,降胆固醇菌粉5.6-6.6份,香辛料粉75-120份和水500-600份,其利用了降胆固醇菌粉可以有效降低肉制品中的胆固醇含量,因此可以将该菌粉应用于制备各种降胆固醇的复合物,但是由于该专利是从降低胆固醇的摄入量出发,因此效果有限。另外,CN200910091381.8公开的一种利用产胆盐水解酶(BSH)的乳酸菌、酵母菌制备降胆固醇蛋乳发酵饮料的方法,也和前者专利存在着同样的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种具有降胆固醇功效的保健食品组合物,该组合物可以达到抑制体内胆固醇的合成,使胆固醇水平维持在合适的水平,可作为高胆固醇患者的辅助治疗手段,也可适用于健康人群预防胆固醇过高。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有降胆固醇功效的保健食品组合物,各组分的重量份为:
抗性糊精 50~100份、植物油30~60份、凝结芽孢杆菌菌粉1~5份
所述的植物油,是指美藤果油、亚麻籽油、紫苏籽油的一种或其中几种;
所述的凝结芽孢杆菌菌粉,其活性为107cfu/g;
所述的组合物,可单独或添加到其他产品中食用,每天摄入量为10~30g。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)抗性糊精:其所具有的抗消化酶作用特性来看,是一种低热量食品原料,而且由于在消化道中不会被消化吸收,可直接进入大肠,因此,可作为膳食纤维发挥各种生理作用。可降低血清胆同醇和中性脂肪浓度及体内脂肪量,抗性糊精还可吸附胆汁酸、脂肪等而使其吸收率下降,可达到降血脂。另外,抗性糊精可作为益生元,促进有益菌的生长。
(2)美藤果油、亚麻籽油、紫苏籽油:三种油都富含ω-3系列不饱和脂肪酸。ω-3系列不饱和脂肪酸能有效促进中性或酸性胆固醇自粪排出,抑制肝内脂质及脂蛋白合成,能降低血浆中胆固醇、甘油三酯、LDL、VLDL,增加HDL。美藤果油、亚麻籽油、紫苏籽油还含有多种抗氧化活性成分,对机体增强免疫力有着积极的作用。
(3)凝结芽孢杆菌:凝结芽孢杆菌是唯一产乳酸的芽孢杆菌,其它芽孢杆菌是不产乳酸的。乳酸可促进肠道蠕动,有效治疗便秘,并能抑制酚、吲哚等有害物质,防治细胞老化,抑制多种有害致病菌。乳酸还可在产酪酸菌的作用下,转化为酪酸,而酪酸是肠粘膜再生修复最重要的营养物质。另外,凝结芽孢杆菌可结合并利用胆固醇合成细胞结构物质,而且对胆固醇生产酶3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸单酰A还原酶起到一定的抑制作用,将降低血液中的胆固醇含量。
(2)本发明提供的一种具有降胆固醇功效的保健食品组合物,是利用了抗性糊精、富含ω-3系列不饱和脂肪酸的植物油和凝结芽孢杆菌的生理作用,来达到在人体内有效抑制胆固醇的过多生成的目的,且对增强人体免疫力有一定的效果。另外,这三者并不是简单的相加,而是有机结合,达到“1+1+1>3”的功效:抗性糊精作为益生元,可促进凝结芽孢杆菌的生长;凝结芽孢杆菌促进肠道健康,并于不饱和脂肪酸的吸收;抗性糊精可吸附植物油,使入口的油腻感大大降低,使食用性大大提高。
(3)本发明提供一种具有降胆固醇功效的保健食品组合物可以达到抑制体内胆固醇的合成,使胆固醇水平维持在合适的水平,可作为高胆固醇患者的辅助治疗手段,也可适用于健康人群预防胆固醇过高。

1.一种具有降胆固醇功效的保健食品组合物,其特征在于:各组分的重量份为:
抗性糊精 50~100份、植物油30~60份、凝结芽孢杆菌菌粉1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有降胆固醇功效的保健食品组合物,其特征在于:所述的植物油,是指美藤果油、亚麻籽油、紫苏籽油的一种或其中几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有降胆固醇功效的保健食品组合物,其特征在于:所述的凝结芽孢杆菌菌粉,其活性为107cfu/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有降胆固醇功效的保健食品组合物,其特征在于:所述的组合物,可单独或添加到其他产品中食用,每天摄入量为10~30g。
