本发明公开了一种清热抗炎的葫芦保健饮料及其制作方法,所述饮料主要由葫芦40‑50份、苹果、苦瓜、玉米、银杏叶、山楂、银耳、鲜芹菜和苦荞制成。所述饮料绿色健康,不添加任何添加剂和糖,安全无副作用,适合任何人群,包括糖尿病、肥胖症及高血脂症的患者饮用。口感好,无明显的苦味,另具有清热解毒,润肺止咳,解暑利尿,消炎,降血压,增强体质,提高机体免疫力等功效。

本发明涉及一种饮料及其制作方法,特别是一种清热抗炎的葫芦保健饮料及其制作方法。
技术背景
饮料,加工制造的供饮用的液体。如汽水、果子露、酒、茶等。徐珂《清稗类钞·饮食·饮料食品》:“茶、酒、汤、羹(汤之和味而中杂以菜蔬肉臛者,曰羹)、浆、酪之属,皆饮料也。”沈从文《萧萧》:“许多城市中文明人,把一个夏天完全消磨到软绸衣服、精美饮料以及种种好事情上面。”随着社会物质文明的不断发展,饮料日益成为人们生活中不可缺少的部分。饮料除提供水分外,由于在不同品种的饮料中含有不等量的糖、酸、乳以及各种氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等营养成分,因此有一定的营养。
随着人们生活水平的提高,摄入高热量的食物越来越多,过剩的热量在体内积聚,导致身体肥胖,胃火旺盛,脾胃不和,消化不良,腹胀,口干口臭等上火症状,体内积聚了大量的各种毒素。且随着科技的进步和发展,手机、电视和电脑等电子消费品已经成为人们生活的必需品,这些电子产品的使用,会向外发射电磁波,不可避免的产生电磁辐射的污染,对人体造成一定程度的损害。目前市面上出售的清热润肺和防辐射饮料种类繁多,但大多含糖量高,且添加有色素、防腐剂等有害物质,长期饮用这些饮料会伤害我们的牙齿和身体,且不适合糖尿病患者和肥胖者饮用。因此开发一种不添加任何添加剂、防腐剂和糖,绿色、健康、美味、清热润肺、生津止渴及防辐射且适合糖尿病患者和肥胖者饮用的保健饮料有着广泛而深远的意义。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于,提供一种清热抗炎的葫芦保健饮料及其制作方法。所述饮料绿色健康,不添加任何添加剂和糖,安全无副作用,适合任何人群,包括糖尿病、肥胖症及高血脂症的患者饮用。口感好,无明显的苦味,另具有清热解毒,润肺止咳,解暑利尿,消炎,降血压,增强体质,提高机体免疫力等功效。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种清热抗炎的葫芦保健饮料,所述饮料按重量份计算,主要由葫芦40-50份、苹果5-15份、苦瓜5-15份、玉米10-20份、银杏叶10-20份、山楂10-20份、银耳5-15份、鲜芹菜5-15份和苦荞5-15份制成。
前述的清热抗炎的葫芦保健饮料,所述饮料按重量份计算,主要由葫芦43-47份、苹果7-13份、苦瓜7-13份、玉米13-17份、银杏叶13-17份、山楂13-17份、银耳8-12份、鲜芹菜8-12份和苦荞8-12份制成。
前述的清热抗炎的葫芦保健饮料,所述饮料按重量份计算,主要由葫芦45份、苹果10份、苦瓜10份、玉米15份、银杏叶15份、山楂15份、银耳10份、鲜芹菜10份和苦荞10份制成。
一种前述的清热抗炎的葫芦保健饮料的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)苦瓜、鲜芹菜、葫芦和苹果洗净后,加6-8倍量的水榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得A品,备用;
(2)玉米用3-5倍量50-60℃的温水浸泡30-50min后,榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得B品,备用;
(3)银杏叶、山楂、银耳、鲜芹菜和苦荞粉碎后,加10-15倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸1-2h,过滤,滤液备用,滤渣加5-15倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸20-40min后过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至滤液1/2,得C品,备用;
(4)C品与A品和B品混匀后,过滤,加入1000体积量的纯化水,搅匀后,灭菌,灌装,即得。
前述的清热抗炎的葫芦保健饮料的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)苦瓜、鲜芹菜、葫芦和苹果洗净后,加7倍量的水榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得A品,备用;
(2)玉米用4倍量50-60℃的温水浸泡40min后,榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得B品,备用;
(3)银杏叶、山楂、银耳、鲜芹菜和苦荞粉碎后,加12倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸1-2h,过滤,滤液备用,滤渣加10倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸30min后过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至滤液1/2,得C品,备用;
(4)C品与A品和B品混匀后,过滤,加入1000体积量的纯化水,搅匀后,灭菌,灌装,即得。
本发明饮料主要由葫芦、苹果、苦瓜、玉米、银杏叶、山楂、银耳、鲜芹菜和苦荞制成,其中,葫芦,拉丁学名:Lagenaria siceraria(Molina)Standl。属葫芦科、葫芦属植物,它是爬藤植物,中医认为葫芦有利尿消肿的作用(《神农本草经》),《伤寒类要》认为葫芦可以医治黄疸。苹果(学名:Malus pumila)是蔷薇科苹果亚科苹果属植物,其树为落叶乔木。苹果的果实富含矿物质和维生素,是人们最常食用的水果之一。苹果是一种低热量食物,每100克只产生60千卡热量。苹果中营养成份可溶性大,易被人体吸收,故有“活水”之称,其有利于溶解硫元素,使皮肤润滑柔嫩。苹果含有较多的钾,能与人体过剩的钠盐结合,使之排出体外。苹果能够保持血糖的稳定,还能有效降低胆固醇。苦瓜,Momordica charantia L.葫芦科苦瓜属植物,苦瓜果味甘苦,主作蔬菜,也可糖渍;成熟果肉和假种皮也可食用;根、藤及果实入药,有清热解毒的功效。玉米(拉丁学名:Zea mays L.)是禾本科玉蜀黍属一年生草本植物。玉米虽然营养价值低于其他谷物,但是玉米里面可以提出异麦芽低聚糖,异麦芽低聚糖是益生元里最优异的,益生元是益生菌的粮食,对人体的益生菌繁殖有着密切的关系,从而对肠道菌群达到平衡状态,使得肠道健康。处于粮食安全的考虑,各国总要储备一些粮食。世界玉米库存量一般占消费量比重的20%左右。银杏叶,为银杏科植物银杏Ginkgo biloba L.的干燥叶。具有活血化瘀,通络止痛,敛肺平喘,化浊降脂的功效。用于瘀血阻络,胸痹心痛,中风偏瘫,肺虚咳喘,高脂血等症,性味:甘、苦、涩,平。归经:归心、肺经。山楂(Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge),具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。银耳,Tremella,属于真菌类银耳科银耳属,是门担子菌门真菌银耳的子实体,有“菌中之冠”的美称。银耳味甘、淡、性平、无毒,既有补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠、滋阴润肺的作用。既能增强人体免疫力,又可增强肿瘤患者对放、化疗的耐受力。银耳富有天然植物性胶质,外加其具有滋阴的作用,是可以长期服用的良好润肤食品。芹菜,属伞形科植物。具有有平肝清热,祛风利湿,除烦消肿,凉血止血,解毒宣肺,健胃利血、清肠利便、润肺止咳、降低血压、健脑镇静的功效。常吃芹菜,尤其是吃芹菜叶,对预防高血压、动脉硬化等都十分有益,并有辅助治疗作用。苦荞,Fagopyrumtataricum(L.)Gaertn,具有苦荞具有降血糖、降血脂、降尿糖、疗胃疾和改善便秘的“三降一疗两通”的食疗营养功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用上述原料制成保健饮料,制成的饮料,制成的饮料饮料不添加任何色素、添加剂及糖类,绿色健康,无毒无副作用,口感圆润香甜,有厚重味,适合任何人群饮用,另具有清热解毒,润肺止咳,解暑利尿,消炎,降血压,增强体质,提高机体免疫力等功效,用药力专性平和,适合长期服用,达到了发明目的。
实验例1:性状口感考察
一、感官评价
取本发明保健饮料(按实施例1进行制作)测试样品,进行口感评价实验,选择小孩、老人、病后初愈人群分别对测试样品进行品尝,品尝人数分别为50人,采用不记名打分制,分别从口感、色泽、喜好度来评价产品并打分,每项满分10分,分数高则效果好,并对是否喜欢产品程度进行总体评价,实验结果见表1。

注:分数越高,表明口感越好,且苦涩味越淡。
由以上实验结果可知,本发明饮料从口感、色泽,都受到测评者的青睐,且无苦涩味。
二、澄明度考察
取6份灌封好的本发明保健饮料(按实施1进行制作)至于(4±1℃)冰箱中冷藏,15天后取出,离心(4000r/min)处理10~15min。6份饮料均无浑浊或沉淀产生,可推断本发明保健饮料澄明度符合要求。
实验例2.药效考察
一、抗炎实验
1、材料:昆明种健康小鼠30只,雄性,18-22g,由重庆市实验动物中心提供,本发明保健饮料(按照实施例1进行制作),生理盐水,阿司匹林。
2、实验方法
将小鼠随机分成3组,每组10只。每日灌胃给药1次,本发明保健饮料组、生理盐水组每次剂量为20ml/kg,阳性对照组给与阿司匹林(0.2g/kg)连续10d,于末次给药1h后,用鼠耳肿胀法观察抗炎作用。分别于各组小鼠左耳前后涂二甲苯0.05ml/只,右耳不涂作对照,1h后将小鼠颈部脱臼处死,剪下左右耳,用9mm直径打孔器分别在同一部位打下圆耳片,称重,左右耳重量之差作为肿胀度,并计算耳肿抑制率。给药组与生理盐水组对照。

由表可知:本发明保健饮料具有抗炎作用,与对照组相比有显著性(*P<0.05)。
二、镇咳实验
1、材料:昆明种健康小鼠30只,雌雄各半,体重18-22g,由重庆市实验动物中心提供,本发明保健饮料(按实施例1进行制作),生理盐水,可待因,浓氨水。
2、实验方法:将小鼠随机分为3组,每组10只,每日灌胃给药1次,本发明保健饮料组、生理盐水组每次剂量为20ml/kg,阳性对照组给予灌胃可待因(剂量为0.2ml/kg)连续7d,于末次给药1h后,用浓氨水诱导法观察镇咳作用。即将小鼠放入玻璃钟罩内,打开通过橡皮管与之相连的超声雾化器,将浓氨水均匀地喷入玻璃钟罩内,喷雾10s,立即取出小鼠,以小鼠腹肌收缩并张大口为咳嗽动作指标,分别观察各组小鼠2min中咳嗽次数。
3、结果见表3。

由表可知:本发明组有一定的镇咳作用,与对照组相比有显著性(*P<0.05)表明本发明保健饮料有镇咳作用。
三、抑菌实验
1、材料:金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和本发明保健饮料(按实施例1进行制作)。
2、实验方法:稀释法将菌种活化,挑取典型菌落接种于肉汤管中,置37℃温箱中24h,作活菌计数并稀释成1×106CFU/ml待用。将营养琼脂加热溶化,冷至50℃左右,加入本发明做成含不同浓度药物(1/2.5-1/320)的营养琼脂,混匀,倾注于平皿作成平板,将上述菌液分别接种药物琼脂平板,置37℃,24h,观察结果。结果见表4和表5.

由上表可看出,本发明保健饮料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。
四、清热实验
1、材料与方法
取新西兰大耳白兔30只(内蒙古大学动物实验室提供),体重2.0±0.2kg,雌雄兼用,随机分为3组,每组10只。禁食不禁水12h。在20±1℃室温下,固定家兔,待安静后,用PD-U型数字温度计(丹麦产)连续测2次肛温,实验前均经标准温度计(上海医用仪表厂产)校正。每次隔30min,求平均值作为正常体温。正常体温确定后,各组动物按1.0ml/kg静注伤寒副伤寒甲乙三联菌液。60min时,按上述方法测定致热后体温变化。然后对照组灌服常水做为阴性对照组,清开灵组灌服清开灵颗粒剂(市售),本发明组灌服本发明保健饮料(按实施例1的方法进行制备),给药后依次测定30、60、120、180、240和300min时的体温,并将各组动物的正常体温与该组动物致热后给药前的体温进行配对t检验,求其正常体温与致热后体温的统计学意义。同时将给药动物组体温与对照组进行组间t检验,分别计算并比较致热后的体温变化。
2、结果
家兔被静注三联菌液1h后,产生致热效应,体温明显增高。与致热前比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。致热后的家兔分别灌喂清开灵颗粒剂和本发明保健饮料后,体温明显降低。与致热后给药前体温比较,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。各给药组给药后1h体温与对照组相应时间的体温比较,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),见表6。

结果表明,本发明保健饮料能降低家兔的感染性发热。说明本发明所述饮料具有清热的作用。
以下通过实施例进一步说明本发明,但不作为对本发明的限制。

实施例1.
配方:葫芦45kg、苹果10kg、苦瓜10kg、玉米15kg、银杏叶15kg、山楂15kg、银耳10kg、鲜芹菜10kg和苦荞10kg。
制作方法:包括以下步骤:
(1)苦瓜、鲜芹菜、葫芦和苹果洗净后,加7倍量的水榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得A品,备用;
(2)玉米用4倍量50-60℃的温水浸泡40min后,榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得B品,备用;
(3)银杏叶、山楂、银耳、鲜芹菜和苦荞粉碎后,加12倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸1-2h,过滤,滤液备用,滤渣加10倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸30min后过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至滤液1/2,得C品,备用;

配方:葫芦50kg、苹果15kg、苦瓜15kg、玉米20kg、银杏叶20kg、山楂20kg、银耳15kg、鲜芹菜15kg和苦荞15kg。
制作方法:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)苦瓜、鲜芹菜、葫芦和苹果洗净后,加8倍量的水榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得A品,备用;
(2)玉米用5倍量50-60℃的温水浸泡50min后,榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得B品,备用;
(3)银杏叶、山楂、银耳、鲜芹菜和苦荞粉碎后,加15倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸2h,过滤,滤液备用,滤渣加15倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸40min后过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至滤液1/2,得C品,备用;
(4)C品与A品和B品混匀后,过滤,加入1000体积量的纯化水,搅匀后,灭菌,灌装,即得。
实施例3.

(1)苦瓜、鲜芹菜、葫芦和苹果洗净后,加8倍量的水榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得A品,备用;
(2)玉米用5倍量50-60℃的温水浸泡50min后,榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得B品,备用;
(3)银杏叶、山楂、银耳、鲜芹菜和苦荞粉碎后,加15倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸2h,过滤,滤液备用,滤渣加15倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸40min后过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至滤液1/2,得C品,备用;
(4)C品与A品和B品混匀后,过滤,加入1000体积量的纯化水,搅匀后,灭菌,灌装,即得。
实施例5.

(2)玉米用5倍量50-60℃的温水浸泡30min后,榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得B品,备用;

(2)玉米用3-5倍量50-60℃的温水浸泡30-50min后,榨成汁,过滤,取滤液,得B品,备用;

(3)银杏叶、山楂、银耳、鲜芹菜和苦荞粉碎后,加12倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸1-2h,过滤,滤液备用,滤渣加10倍量的水煮沸,密闭温浸30min后过滤,合并滤液,浓缩至滤液1/2,得C品,备用;
(4)C品与A品和B品混匀后,过滤,加入1000体积量的纯化水,搅匀后,灭菌,灌装,即得。
