本发明涉及增白和增亮洗衣组合物的用途。
发明背景
在家庭洗衣过程中期望保持和改善织物的白度和亮度。问题是从一件衣服上除去的污垢又沉积到另一件衣服上。该问题由于衣服上和洗涤中存在的人油(皮脂)加剧,人油的存在有助于增强洗涤中的污垢沉积。该过程导致整个洗涤加载物的白度和清洁的整体损失。为了改善这个问题,分散聚合物例如烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺已广泛地加入到洗涤剂中。已知乙氧基化PEI(PEI=聚乙烯亚胺)是来自CA1210009的抗再沉积聚合物。某些纤维素酶也通过改变棉织物的表面性质已经被用于防止再沉积。Novozymes在WO02/099091和WO04/053039中描述了用于家庭洗衣的纤维素酶。

我们已经发现,烷氧基化多芳基苯酚和烷氧基化多烷基苯酚在家庭洗衣中增强衣服的白度和亮度。
在一个方面,本发明提供了洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其包含:

烷氧基化的多芳基苯酚和多烷基苯酚
优选地,烷氧基化的多芳基苯酚和多烷基苯酚是不带电荷(中性)的烷氧基化三苯乙烯基苯酚。
优选地,烷氧基化三苯乙烯基苯酚是聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(1-苯乙基)苯基)醚。
优选地,烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚含有平均2-70个烷氧基,最优选10-54个烷氧基。
优选地,烷氧基化是乙氧基化。
烷氧基化多芳基苯酚中的芳基优选选自苯基、甲苯基、萘基、四氢萘基、茚满基、茚基、苯乙烯基、吡啶基、喹啉基及其混合物。

遮光染料
染料描述于Color Chemistry Synthesis,Properties and Applications ofOrganic Dyes and Pigments,(H Zollinger,Wiley VCH,Zürich,2003)和IndustrialDyes Chemistry,Properties Applications.(K Hunger(ed),Wiley-VCH Weinheim 2003)中。
用于洗衣用洗涤剂的遮光染料优选在可见光范围(400-700nm)中的最大吸收处具有大于5000L mol-1cm-1,优选大于10000L mol-1cm-1的消光系数。染料为蓝色或紫色的。
优选的遮光染料发色团是偶氮、吖嗪、蒽醌和三苯基甲烷。
偶氮、蒽醌、酞菁和三苯基甲烷染料优选携带净阴离子电荷或不带电荷。吖嗪优选携带净阴离子或阳离子电荷。蓝色或紫色遮光染料在洗涤过程的洗涤或漂洗步骤期间沉积到织物上,为织物提供可见的色调。就这点而言,染料给白色布料提供色相角为240-345,更优选250-320,最优选250-280的蓝色或紫色。用于本试验的白色布料是漂白的非丝光编织的棉布。

表面活性剂
洗衣组合物包含带电荷的表面活性剂,并且最优选带电荷的表面活性剂是阴离子表面活性剂(其包括其的混合物)。

洗衣组合物中的阴离子表面活性剂的水平优选为4-50重量%,更优选为6-30重量%,最优选为8-20重量%。

阳离子化合物
当本发明用作织物调理剂时,它需要含有阳离子化合物。
最优选的是季铵化合物。
如果季铵化合物是具有至少一个C12至C22烷基链的季铵化合物,则是有利的。
优选地,季铵化合物具有下式:
其中R1是C12-C22烷基或烯基链;R2、R3和R4独立地选自C1-C4烷基链,且X-是相容的阴离子。这种类型的优选化合物是季铵化合物十六烷基三甲基季铵溴化物。
用于本发明的第二类材料是上述结构的季铵,其中R1和R2独立地选自C12-C22烷基或烯基链;R3和R4独立地选自C1-C4烷基链,且X-是相容的阴离子。
组合物任选地包含硅树脂。
助洗剂或络合剂
助洗剂材料可以选自1)钙螯合剂材料,2)沉淀材料,3)钙离子交换材料和4)其混合物。
钙螯合剂助洗剂材料的实例包括碱金属多磷酸盐例如三聚磷酸钠,和有机多价螯合剂例如乙二胺四乙酸。
沉淀助剂材料的实例包括正磷酸钠和碳酸钠。
钙离子交换助洗剂材料的实例包括各种类型的水不溶性结晶或无定形铝硅酸盐,其中沸石是众所周知的代表,例如沸石A、沸石B(也称为沸石P)、沸石C、沸石X、沸石Y以及如EP-A-0384070中所述的沸石P型。
组合物还可以含有0-65%的助洗剂或络合剂,例如乙二胺四乙酸、二亚乙基三胺-五乙酸、烷基或烯基琥珀酸、次氮基三乙酸或下面提及的其他助洗剂。许多助洗剂也是漂白稳定剂,因为它们具有络合金属离子的能力。
沸石和碳酸盐(碳酸盐(包括碳酸氢盐和倍半碳酸盐))是优选的助洗剂,其中碳酸盐是特别优选的。
该组合物可含有作为助洗剂的结晶硅铝酸盐,优选碱金属铝硅酸盐,更优选铝硅酸钠。这通常以小于15%w的水平存在。硅铝酸盐是具有下式的材料:

其中M是一价阳离子,优选钠。这些材料含有一些结合水,并且需要具有至少50mgCaO/g的钙离子交换能力。优选的硅铝酸钠在上式中含有1.5-3.5个SiO2单元。它们可以通过硅酸钠和铝酸钠之间的反应容易地制备,如文献中充分描述的。表面活性剂与铝硅酸盐(当存在时)的比例优选大于5:2,更优选大于3:1。
可选地,或除了硅铝酸盐助洗剂之外,还可以使用磷酸盐助洗剂。在本领域中,术语“磷酸盐”包括磷酸氢盐、三磷酸盐和膦酸盐物质。其他形式的助洗剂包括硅酸盐,例如可溶性硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐、层状硅酸盐(例如来自Hoechst的SKS-6)。
优选地,洗衣用洗涤剂制剂是非磷酸盐作为助洗剂的洗衣用洗涤剂制剂,即含有小于1重量%的磷酸盐。优选的粉末洗衣用洗涤剂制剂主要是由碳酸盐作为助洗剂的。粉末应优选以pH 9.5-11使用。
最优选地,洗衣用洗涤剂是水性液体洗衣用洗涤剂,优选具有7-9的pH。
在水性液体洗衣用洗涤剂中,优选单丙二醇以1-30重量%,最优选2-18重量%的水平存在,以提供具有适当的可倾倒粘度的制剂。
荧光剂
组合物包含荧光剂(荧光增白剂)。荧光剂是众所周知的,许多这样的荧光剂可商购获得。通常,这些荧光剂以其碱金属盐例如钠盐的形式提供和使用。
组合物中使用的荧光剂的总量通常为0.0001-0.5重量%,优选0.005-2重量%,更优选0.01-0.1重量%。

最优选的荧光剂是:2-(4-苯乙烯基-3-磺基苯基)-2H-萘酚[1,2-d]三唑钠,4,4'-双{[(4-苯胺基-6(N甲基-N-2-羟乙基)氨基1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}芪-2-2'二磺酸二钠,4,4'-双{[(4-苯胺基-6-吗啉代-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)]氨基}芪-2-2'-二磺酸二钠和4,4'-双(2-磺基苯乙烯基)联苯二钠。
该方法中使用的水溶液含有荧光剂。在该方法中使用的水溶液中荧光剂优选以0.0001g/l-0.1g/l,更优选0.001-0.02g/l的范围存在。
香料

优选地,本发明的洗衣组合物中每种酶的水平为0.0001重量%至0.1重量%的蛋白质。
特别考虑的酶包括蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、过氧化物酶/氧化酶、果胶酸裂合酶和甘露聚糖酶或其混合物。

本发明的方法可以在归类为EC 3.1.1.4和/或EC 3.1.1.32的磷脂酶的存在下进行。如本文所用,术语磷脂酶是对磷脂具有活性的酶。
磷脂,例如卵磷脂或磷脂酰胆碱,由在外面(sn-1)和中间(sn-2)位置被两个脂肪酸酯化并在第三个位置被磷酸酯化的甘油组成;该磷酸进而可被酯化成氨基醇。磷脂酶是参与磷脂水解的酶。可以区分几种类型的磷脂酶活性,包括水解一个脂肪酰基(分别在sn-1和sn-2位置)以形成溶血磷脂的磷脂酶A1和A2;和可以水解溶血磷脂中的剩余脂肪酰基的溶血磷脂酶(或磷脂酶B)。磷脂酶C和磷脂酶D(磷酸二酯酶)分别释放二酰基甘油或磷脂酸。
合适的蛋白酶包括动物、植物或微生物来源的那些。优选微生物来源。包括化学改性的或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。蛋白酶可以是丝氨酸蛋白酶或金属蛋白酶,优选碱性微生物蛋白酶或胰蛋白酶样蛋白酶。优选的市售蛋白酶包括AlcalaseTM、SavinaseTM、PrimaseTM、DuralaseTM、DyrazymTM、EsperaseTM、EverlaseTM、PolarzymeTM和KannaseTM(Novozymes A/S)、MaxataseTM、MaxacalTM、MaxapemTM、ProperaseTM、PurafectTM、PurafectOxPTM、FN2TM和FN3TM(Genencor International Inc.)。
本发明的方法可以在分类在EC 3.1.1.74的角质酶的存在下进行。根据本发明使用的角质酶可以是任何来源的。优选地,角质酶是微生物来源的,特别是细菌、真菌或酵母来源的。
合适的淀粉酶(α和/或β)包括细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学改性的或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。淀粉酶包括例如从芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)获得的α-淀粉酶,例如在GB 1,296,839中更详细地描述的地衣芽孢杆菌(B.licheniformis)的特殊菌株,或在WO 95/026397或WO 00/060060中公开的芽孢杆菌属菌株(Bacillus sp.strains)。可商购的淀粉酶是DuramylTM、TermamylTM、Termamyl UltraTM、NatalaseTM、StainzymeTM、FungamylTM和BANTM(Novozymes A/S)、RapidaseTM和PurastarTM(来自Genencor International Inc.)。

合适的过氧化物酶/氧化酶包括植物、细菌或真菌来源的那些。包括化学改性的或蛋白质工程改造的突变体。有用的过氧化物酶的实例包括来自鬼伞属(Coprinus),例如来自灰盖鬼伞(C.cinereus)的过氧化物酶及其变体,如WO 93/24618、WO 95/10602和WO 98/15257中所述。市售的过氧化物酶包括GuardzymeTM和NovozymTM 51004(Novozymes A/S)。
适合使用的其他酶在WO2009/087524、WO2009/090576、WO2009/107091、WO2009/111258和WO2009/148983中讨论。
酶稳定剂
组合物中存在的任何酶可以使用常规稳定剂稳定,例如多元醇,如丙二醇或甘油,糖或糖醇,乳酸,硼酸或硼酸衍生物,例如芳族硼酸酯,或苯基硼酸衍生物例如4-甲酰基苯基硼酸,并且所述组合物可以按照例如WO 92/19709和WO 92/19708中所述配制。
当烷基足够长以形成支链或环状链时,烷基包括支链、环状和直链烷基链。烷基优选是直链或支链的,最优选是直链的。
除非另有说明,否则本文使用的不定冠词“一”或“一个”及其相应的定冠词“所述”是指至少一个或一个或多个。
染料重量是指钠盐或氯化物盐,除非另有说明。
实验
实施例1
制备具有以下配方的水性液体洗衣用洗涤剂:

该制剂用于预处理10×10cm的编织棉布片;将1ml制剂置于棉布的中心并以圆周运动摩擦。然后将棉布平放在平坦无孔表面上24小时,并在放置在定轨摇床(150rpm)上的塑料瓶中在26°法国硬水中在20℃以100:1的液:布比洗涤1小时。移去棉布,并使用反射计(包括UV的Ganz白度测量)测量洗涤剂液体的染色。在布的中心处和布的边缘处测量颜色,洗涤剂施加在布的中心处,未稀释的施加的洗涤剂不会到达边缘处。颜色表示为Ganz白度值,边缘和中心之间的颜色差测量为ΔGanz着色:
ΔGanz着色=b(边缘)-b(着色)
ΔGanz着色值越大,中心和边缘之间的颜色差异越大,着色越明显。ΔGanz着色最接近零表示优选的最均匀的白度。
所用的遮光染料是文中结构(I)的遮光染料(与聚乙烯亚胺连接的蒽醌染料)。
用不同水平的染料和不带电荷的乙氧基化型烷氧基化多芳基苯酚重复实验。所用的多芳基苯酚是具有不同乙氧基化水平(16和54EO)的聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(1-苯乙基)苯基)醚。

实施例2

(b)具有13个EO的2,4,6-三丁基苯酚醚,
(c)2,4,6-三苯乙烯基苯酚醚磷酸酯。
使用的染料:
结果概括在下表中。
多芳基/烷基苯酚减少了包含遮光染料和荧光剂的制剂的未稀释的接触染色,如Δb着色值的减小所示。
Claims (18)
1.一种洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)4-50重量%的带电荷的表面活性剂;
(ii)0.1-20重量%的具有以下结构的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚:
其中R1选自直链或支链C3-C15烷基和芳基,X选自乙氧基或丙氧基;n为2-70,T选自H、SO3 -、COO-和PO3 2-,优选H和SO3 -;
(iii)0.0001-0.5重量%的蓝色或紫色遮光染料;和
(iv)0.0001-0.5重量%的荧光剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中R1选自正丁基和苯乙烯基。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中T选自H和SO3 -。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚是聚乙二醇单(2,4,6-三(1-苯乙基)苯基)醚。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚包含平均2-70个烷氧基。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚包含平均10-54个烷氧基。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚以0.5-10重量%、最优选2-9重量%的水平存在。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述带电荷的表面活性剂是阴离子表面活性剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述洗衣用洗涤剂组合物是洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、皂、甲酯磺酸盐和它们的混合物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂选自:直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐和它们的混合物。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂的水平为6-30重量%。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含2-8重量%的烷基乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物,其中所述遮光染料是与烷氧基化聚乙烯亚胺共价连接的反应性蓝色蒽醌染料。
14.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
(i)4-50重量%的阴离子表面活性剂,其选自以下:直链烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐及其混合物;
(ii)0.5-10重量%的不带电荷的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚,其具有以下结构:
其中n选自10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21、22、23、24、25、26、27、28、29、30、31、32、33、34、35、36、37、38、39、40、41、42、43、44、45、46、47、48、49、50、51、52、53和54;
(iii)0.001-0.5重量%的蓝色或紫色遮光染料;和
(iv)0.0001-0.5重量%的荧光剂。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述荧光剂是选自以下的荧光剂:CAS号3426-43-5、CAS号35632-99-6、CAS号24565-13-7、CAS号12224-16-7、CAS号13863-31-5、CAS号4193-55-9、CAS号16090-02-1、CAS号133-66-4、CAS号68444-86-0、CAS号27344-41-8。
16.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物,其中所述洗衣用洗涤剂组合物是洗衣用水性液体洗涤剂组合物。
17.一种处理织物的家用方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
用不带电荷的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚的水溶液处理织物,所述水溶液包含10ppm至5000ppm的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚;1ppb至5ppm的蓝色或紫色遮光染料;0.0001g/l-0.1g/l的荧光剂;和至多6g/L的表面活性剂。
18.一种处理织物的家用方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
用权利要求1-16中任一项所述的洗衣用洗涤剂组合物的水溶液处理织物,所述水溶液包含10ppm至5000ppm的不带电荷的烷氧基化多芳基苯酚或烷氧基化多烷基苯酚;1ppb至5ppm的蓝色或紫色遮光染料;0.0001g/l-0.1g/l的荧光剂,和至多6g/L的表面活性剂。
